Not 4 star at all. Not as pictures show. Old, run down and dirty with cockroaches in the room. Shower barely running with handle that comes off, dirty shower curtain in the 21st century. Wiped floor when we dropped water and the towel used was filthy. Resort fee expensive when we used none of the amenities as not in summer time to use pool etc.

Three adult friends. One bdrm suite. Clean. Well appointed and roomy. Front desk very personable. Rooms are in towers separate from check in so don't unload the car until you're directed to your entrance.

I did not like anything, the front-end lady was not courtesy at all did not even ask how my stay was at check out! I would not recommend this hotel. I booked with breakfast included and they said it was not! charge me more money for resort fees which did not get any extra service for that. horrible experience

We stayed at the Melia Orlando from January 8th-January 14th. We had the most amazing experience at the property. The check-in was easy and all staff were so kind and pleasant. We opted for "speciality packages" as it was a birthday celebration. We had a wonderful King suite room with welcome Champagne. Our room overlooked the pool which was very nice. The room was very spacious and clean. The Wilson was fantastic for breakfast each morning. We loved the happy hour. We will definitely come back to this resort. Thank you to all the staff who made it a fantastic experience.

This was truly a great stay, wonderful staff and great layout of the property made it easy to walk around. The pool area is nice and well accompanied with fun things to do. There was even mini golf and a hot tub! Pet/ESA Friendly: my service dog had a better vacation than we did! Dinner menu just for dogs, plenty of space to walk him and even an illuminated dog park!

I like that the location was accessible and easy to find. I was expecting more since i has stayed at the Melia in DR. The place needs to be updated the room had smell and looked clean until i dropped something that fell behind the nightstand. I was disgustingly dirty this happened while getting ready to check out. Disappointed.

The two bedroom unit was minimalist and in need of update, but spacious and comfortable. Kitchen with amenities was clean and very useful. Beds were very comfortable. TV options were basic.
