Great location close to Disney Springs and the parks!

Staff was helpful and nice. The hotel rooms were old, dingy and dark

Had to wait almost 40 minutes after check in time to get our room but other then that everything was great!

location of property. the restaurant and bar open late.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. It was close to all the things that we wanted to do at Disney and the staff was very courteous and helpful. We would stay here again.

For the price, you'd be better off staying pretty much anywhere else. I'm not sure why this is considered a 4-star resort, as the room quality was comparable to that of a Holiday Inn. Yet you're paying nearly double what you'd expect to pay at a Holiday Inn... for what, I'm not entirely sure. The resort fee is ridiculous and offers next to nothing. Astronomical parking rates. Unless you like paying high prices for mediocrity, I'd look elsewhere. The room was dated, much older looking than in the photos and not at all what I would expect both for the price and for staying at a Hilton. This was my first experience splurging for a 4-star hotel, and I will never do so at a Hilton again. The next night, I stayed at the Hyatt by Universal - it was half the price for double the quality. The price for my one room for one night was only slightly less than booking three rooms at the Hyatt.

Very nice hotel. Easy access. Desk personnel were helpful.

Overall, this place offers what you would expect - good proximity to parks, a place to crash, and no hiccups. The staff is definitely not the most stellar, but that is ok - I know it is not really Disney. For example, I had a Prime Now delivery. When I stopped by bell services to ask if it came (and a case of water was included so it was heavy) they just handed it to me. Some other hotels would have offered to bring it up. I overheard two front desk clerks complaining about certain things, which came across as unprofessional, but again certainly didn't ruin my stay or anything. The pool did not have a lifeguard, but there is food service and they were very pleasant. Forget the shuttle bus, though! It only runs every 30 minutes and stops at other hotels so you may not get on the bus if you are leaving at a popular time, then have to wait another 30 minutes. With all the money you are probably spending (if going to the park), invest another 30 dollars a day to lyft or uber to and from the park. Your time and comfort are worth it!! Super close to Disney Springs, if you plan on going there. The rooms are decent, though the sheets are very uncomfortable (I kept thinking it came off and the mattress cover was the sheet), and the bathrooms could use some updating, but again, it is a decent place to crash and the housekeepers do a great job.

Manager at check in was very nice and worked with us on a late check out. Room was very clean and updated.

Good location that offers shuttles to the parks but be prepared to be squeezed at the end of the day as the shuttles tend to over fill... Hotel pretty nice with pools and fitness center. My room was pretty small though. Awkward location and bed got uncomfortable after the third night. The “Starbucks” is waaay overpriced! Not worth buying snacks or food there. Buy water from somewhere else! Also, be prepared to pay for parking. Wouldn’t stay there again.

booked 4month though and reqest high layer .but not arranged.

The hotel lobby was nice. Location was great. Staff was friendly for the most part. Everything else was mediocre or poor. Rooms are small and furnishings are mismatched, old and run down. Resort fee and parking are a rip-off. Wait staff at breakfast was rude. I would look elsewhere. Location was good, but you can find better for half the price, 4-5 miles away.

Great location right by Disney Springs. Great walking distance and close to everything@
