Very outdated for Disney food court Not Very clean

The hotel was adequate and what we expected for the price. We would have preferred to be on a first floor and closer to the main building. The walking got to be alot for us. There were alot of school kids there, but we never had too much noise to deal with, so maybe the room was at the right place in that respect. We always had plenty of towels, the cooling system worked, there was a frig and nice TV in the room. The Disney Magical Express process made our travel easier, in not having to deal with our luggage as much, having transportation to and from the resort and the airport. They had a system for checking your bags in at the resort, along with our passenger check-in, so it streamlined the process at the airport. However, the printed boarding passes did not register at the TSA PreCheck area and the agent said that they never do. We had to go reprint our boarding passes. The food court was OK, chaotic at times and the choices could use some more healthy options.

Nice setting, more for sports lovers. Shuttle to recreation areas. Clean. Good staff

Room wasn't ready until after 6pm and that was only after 3 requests and they finally said they found us a different room...we checked in at 9 am...went to park arrived back at hotel at 3...waited 3 hours by pool for room.

Room is clean and staff was very nice and helpful.

Loved the hotel!! We love staying here every time we visit.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to upgrade to a preferrred room for an additional $5.00 per night. It was great because we were closer to the main lobby and transportation.

Hotel did not have a coffee pot w/ coffee which is standard in every hotel we've been to. Part of Donald Duck's hair was broken off, Donald's nephews' needed a paint job on the tennis court area, one day staff didn't clean our room so we had to call for a cleaning, and thermostat would not go lower than 69, paint job needed in stairways, and we had 85 degree weather. Just because it's a "value" resort shouldn't mean they shouldn't take care of the details. Room we were in was also not very well lit.. dressing area light bulbs were blown.

Quick check in, room was clean, transportation to Disney Springs and parks is quick.

The only reason for the 4 stars was because the room was not well lit and looked dreary. the rest of the hotel was very nice. The best part is transportation. Staying in a Disney hotel allows you bus access wherever you wish to go.

Great hotel. They provide shuttles to take you to all the theme parks pick you up at airport and take you back. Only thing is I wish it was dusted well. You could clearly see our room wasn't dusted for a while. When I first checked in the person who helped me wasn't too much help. Luckily the rest of the staff were very helpful. One more thing breakfast food is not great there. Tried it the first day and never went again.

Super small room, the bartender Katie not a good help

Cute outside football field for kids. Rooms are poorly decorated & need some refurbishing which is what hotel is doing. Reconstructing one of the pools. Eat in area and front desk had some slow, unfriendly staff.

Since this is a budget resort, I was expecting Motel 6, loud with lots of kids etc. of course there were a lot of kids but rooms were clean, quiet and fun decor. Nice pool. I was going to be at the parks all day so didn't feel the need to spend the money for one of the nicer resorts as I had last time.

The advertising that led us to choose All Star Sports were glamorous and kid exciting. Once we arrived, no characters, no fan fare - nothing to build excitement for what was about to come (in the parks). It was just a hotel. Long lines to check in -not all clerk stations were utilized.

The benefits of staying at a Disney property outweigh the minor deficiencies in an economy level hotel. Magic bands at no cost, free parking at any and all Disney parks, extra magic hours, super easy check in with Magic Band, proximity to parks, etc. Our room smelled a bit musty but was clean. Not a huge deal since I was only staying one night and essentially only there to sleep, but it definitely stirred up my allergies. Staff were pleasant, the football theme was fun. I can imagine boys who like to run and play ball would really enjoy the football field. Would definitely stay again, but not for an extended visit. Dedicated buses running to the park if you don't have a car.

We stayed for 3 nights on a cheap getaway. Our son loved the theme, which is really cute. We had 2 rooms, both were spotless. We did have a dirty sheet on one bed but staff was quick to strip both beds and remake them for us. Stayed in the Homerun Hotel section and it was pretty close to the food court which was chaotic and not great, but passable. The staff here were the friendliest we have ever encountered onsite.

The resort was nice with very clean grounds, rooms. Would have been nice if there was a hair dryer in room. The food court was good but could have used more variety. Great they had a display showing bus times. Overall it's a very nice place to stay and would stay again.

For a Disney stay, this hotel is great. Right on the property with free parking and free bus transportation to the parks. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always clean.
