Room was clean and ready upon arrival at resort. Fun themed Disney resort. No issues with bus transportation.

Stayed at All Star Sports one night on our travel day to Florida. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the theming was great. We stayed in the baseball section. The pool was closed due to rain while we stayed, but it looked fun. The football “field” looked like a great place to play with the kids and unwind. The bed was a little stiff, but it did not keep me from sleeping. We would stay again for a night or two.

Nice value hotel on Disney property. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The online check-in and text notification when your room is ready makes enjoying the parks easier as you can save time by not needing to go to the front desk. The hotel also provides bus transportation to all the parks and Disney Springs formerly Downtown Disney. Another perk of staying on property is the extra magic hours which varies, a different park daily. For those who want to take a break from the parks this hotel offers a variety of pools as well as other fun family friendly activities like trivia games and an arcade. There is also a food court offering quick service breakfast, lunch and dinner options. We had the breakfast platter which was very tasty & included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, roasted potatoes & a Mickey Mouse waffle.

The staff was amazing. The room, however, was meh. There was no water pressure in the sink, which also had drainage issues. The toilet wouldn't flush well. The new shower products were falling off the wall.

Had a very good stay at All Star Sports. Very friendly and helpful check in and guest services staff. We requested a first floor room near parking and we were assigned a room in Building 8 (Home Run Hotel), very convenient and quiet location. Room was extremely clean and beds comfortable. Bus service from this resort was excellent, I do not think we ever waited more than 5 minutes for a bus. Food court ok, be prepared for lines in the morning, plenty of seating. Food quality good.

Room was not clean. The table had a sticky substance on it. Check in time was over 40 minutes. The shower gel and conditioner were empty. A $10 gift card was offered in lieu of service. The toilet did not work right.

My second stay at this hotel and it doesn't disappoint. It has a convenient bus system that will take you to any location on the resort. It was clean and themed perfectly.

The staff is exceptional, they are willing to help with anything questions you have. Small rooms but each has a fridge which is nice to keep snacks and drinks for your trip. Food is excellent!

We had a great time!!! Great memories as always;)

Love the fact that you have everything in this hotel!!

It reminds me of a motel, your really paying for the name. However it was an easy checkin and checkout. I was vacationing with my friends and we requested to have our rooms next to each other, and they made it happen with no problem. The pool was enjoyable, great place to rest your head at night. I really didn’t spend much time in the hotel. There was a orange stain on my sheet. But overall clean and ok stay

We have never stayed at a value resort at Disney before. In previous trips we stayed at moderates as well as Wilderness Lodge and the Dolphin. We felt nervous that we would not enjoy our stay here but since we were trying to take a very budget trip we decided to give Pop Century a try and were very pleasantly surprised. We had an updated room and aside from it being smaller than what we are used to it was every bit as nice as any of the other hotels we have been to. Since it was just my daughter and I the room was large enough for us to feel comfortable but if my husband and son had come with us it would have been a very tight fit. We had a preferred room and were very happy with how close we were to the pool, the cafeteria and the bus stops. My daughter and I both agreed that we would definitely stay at Pop Century in the future.

This is definitely the low end of Disney resorts but it is an affordable way to stay at Disney if you can't afford the really expensive Disney resorts. The rooms are kind of like an econolodge or red roof or something. The room opens to the outside, not an interior hallway. The room was clean but did not have a lot of the niceties that you would find in nicer hotels. The shower worked well and that was a big plus. The wall sockets were old so we had trouble getting our chargers to stay plugged in. We thought the mattresses were uncomfortable but when I reported this they brought us some mattress toppers that really helped so that was nice. There were a lot of buildings just like ours, large full of rooms it is a huge complex and everybody uses the same big huge pool or I think they had two pools but no hot tubs. Instead of restaurants they had a cafeteria to which I kind of turned my nose up at first, but then I found that the food there was quite good and they had a bar that made really good drinks. You can catch a bus there to anything Disney which was convenient. So if you can afford something nicer, get it. But if your budget is stretched for your Disney trip you will do just fine here.

Never had a bad experience at any of the all-star resorts. Staff is always friendly and park transportation is great convienence

Although the room was fully paid for it took 2 hours to check in. The staff just kept blaming the other staff, I had to switch counters. I have stayed at many Disney resorts, this one was a let down, the room Was comparable to the red roof inn. It was so small, the “queen” beds were actually full size beds. Not at all what I expect from Disney. I am annual pass holder and normally we love everything Disney, I will never stay at this property again.

the room were small it look bigger on line, the ac was not working, called maintained they try to fix it, but it was not working.

The hotel was fine for the price. They named it well "value". The park itself was beyond crowded. Disney needs to limit the number of tickets. At times a number of us did not feel safe. Main Street on Wednesday night looked & felt like Times Square on New Years Eve.

Wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities - great for families and great value! On Disney grounds and includes free parking at the parks or shuttle if you do not want to drive

Sitting on line for 30 minutes to check in is unfair. Hire some staff!!!

Disappointing given this was a Disney property. No shampoo in the room. Not awful but way too expensive for a very average room.
