We were there with my daughter and her husband and two little kids. They loved the pools and hot tubs too. The room was very comfortable and nice king size bed. We had a great view of fireworks at park at 9 pm each night but ask for floors above five.

We enjoyed the pools and lazy river~ very relaxing! Our room was fresh and very clean, quiet as well. Hotel staff were very friendly. You do pay for parking, but it is in a covered garage so a win for the Florida heat!

First impression, very nice resort/hotel. Easy check in and parking. Walking in from parking garage gave you a luxury hotel feeling. We stayed in a room with buck beds and the layout was nice and spacious. The only issue we had after being in our room for less than 5 minutes where sugar ants. We called and they immediately sent maintenance to spray and housekeeping. To wipe down countertops and exchanged coffee pot. The queen size beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. We made reservations at the hotel restaurant at Deep Blu seafood grill. It's pricey but the food was wonderful. Pool area was very nice. It was nice having a barista to get coffee in the mornings. On check out day we noticed ants again in a different are of our room. Overall a very nice resort.

The room was dusty, a lack of choices and places to eat, and the hotel staff disabled my keys before I formally checked out. I went to a presentation given by Whyndham resort and it was finished later than it was supposed to so that caused me to check out late. The agent at the resort took my name and the hotel name to notify them of my lateness. Went I went back to the hotel my keys were disabled and the hotel agent said that she didn't receive any call from the resort saying that I am still at the presentation.

The rooms are not clean and the detergents are not good

We just got back from a four night stay at this hotel. We loved it. It was conveniently located near Disney/Epcot. Our children loved the bunk beds. The queen beds were very comfortable. The pools, hot tubs, and other amenities were superb. The only negative was there was no microwave at all on location to warm up items for our toddler. We asked more than once and the front desk was unable to accommodate warming up milk for our child. For this caliber of a hotel, it was unfortunate that there was not one on the whole property.

My girlfriend and I the night before had our rental car stolen with our passports, all our clothing and pricey belongings. We littearlly checked in here with a Wal-Mart bag and we were taken care of that made us deel much better. We got upgraded to the executive floor, were given a bunch of toiletries and most importantly were made feel like we were st home. We actually got to enjoy our last day of vacation thanks to your wonderful friendly staff. I'm a VP for a large financial institution and customer service is so important to us that it feels good when you're on the receiving side. I will definitely be back and eill recommend to all my friends and family

It's beautiful. There's at least 5 pools including a lazy river and a putt putt golf. The ice cream was not very good from the lobby. Crazy fast drivers drive in the garage parking lot. I wish they could do something about it including staff that drives fast. FYI- They charge an extra $40.00/day. 20/for parking and 20.00/amenities per day. We enjoyed our stay except for the garage parking issue.

Wonderful experience overall. Few suggestions, more return shuttle times from Disney. Also, fees charged for total stay upfront, are posted in comments when booking but not added to total cost (resort fee $20/day, parking $20/day etc).

We enjoyed the stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Easy access to Disney world

My experience at the hotel was nice. Upon my early arrival I was offered a room upgrade. I was informed that I would get a room where I could see the fire works but unfortunately our room we received did not accommodate that experience. I can't complain since it was a free upgrade. The hotel was very quiet despite so many children being present. The shuttle timed to and from the parks were a little odd and a few times found ourselfs running to the bus other times we Uber'd. Overall a very good experience, I would consider staying again.

Our hotel room was very clean, well maintained, and quiet. The hotel swimming pool was rather small. There are two lazy rivers one is very small and the other is adult size however, it is not too large. If I was staying there for the pools, I would probably choose another motel. If I was staying there for a comfortable room, I would choose this motel.

Great location. Would like to let future guests know about resort and parking fees not included. Otherwise, the staff was great and very helpful.

Very enjoyable. Check in was very smooth. Concierge was very helpful.

Great all around!!!! I've stayed at alot of resorts but this by far was the best!!!

We had only 24 hours to stay and see Disney. Perfect location and beautiful hotel. We will stay there again in future when we return

Awesome experience. Right near all that Disney has to offer. 0 complaints.

Lovely hotel, great staff. Front desk went out of their way to accomodate us. Highly recommend. Kids loved all the pool options

Stayed here about 6 times. Never disappoints. Highly recommended if you want close to Disney but don't want to stay at a Disney brand hotel.

Friendly staff and very nice hotel... would recommend to anyone going to disneyworld.
