Love the look and feel of the whole place. Being centrally located, right there a part of the Disney springs complex, really makes for a great stay

perfect for a few days stay (was in florida on business); did not bother with the pool, fitness center was pretty standard fare

Great location! Staff very accommodating and pleasant. Great looking Resort. Air conditioner very loud. One room musty odor .. was given a second room .. odor free but still loud air conditioner.

Everything was great honestly the manager at the restaurant was very strict on ordering food we got to the restaurant 1minn before the kitchen closed and he refused to let us order anything only finger food other than that it was great

We had visited this resort 4 years ago, same time of year, but this time we could tell that they were “cutting back” on amenities. The bar outside by the pool was never open, couldn’t ever reach the front desk via phone (cleaners had forgotten towels), the water in the lobby wasn’t infused with fruits, on Easter they had nothing going on for the kids(last time there was an Easter egg hunt for the kids), it’s definitely less clean, I heard someone telling the front desk that their room didn’t get cleaned at all the day before, etc. Things you need to know: parking is $22 per day; resort fees are $30 per day. Have to use the bellman to use the carts to load/unload. Otherwise, great location. Shuttles are awesom and timely.

Room needed a good cleaning as there was a lot of cobwebs along the ceiling. The edge/ perimeter of the room Needed a thorough vacuuming as well. The bathroom needed some repair as the molding had come off and needed repair.

Room was not ready until 7:30pm at night!! Ordered room service and they delivered $40 steak over cooked. Gave glass bottle drinks with no can opener (no twist top and no can opener in room) There were only 3 very small drawers for your things and 6 hangers for clothes meaning unless you’re a very light packer, there’s no room for your clothes. There is no dresser. It looks like they went for appearances of a room and not versatility and usability. Horrible customer service . Apparently the dining room manager was too busy to call and apologize. They didn’t refund our meal even though i explained to try and eat a meal after a long flight with nothing to drink!!! We got a wake up call every morning that we did NOT order so we were awoken every day for no reason. Again no apologies and no explanations. Elevators stops at every floor going up. Avoid at all costs. This hotel is a mess with poor management. It’s a shame as it is nice looking until you had to use it. Extremely disappointing. It was a nightmare

Not a good stay. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The room was dirty (there was trash all behind both our beds). The beds themselves were not comfortable. Each of our double beds were lumpy - never have I ever slept in a bed like that. More than half the outlets in the room didn't work. The light fixture was missing light bulbs. We also were placed in an adjoining room and the folks next door could easily be heard. The ice machine was out of ice. The cleaning staff came around much earlier than necessary. When I asked about Disney benefits/perks, the front desk did not know. Would not stay here again nor would I recommend. Spend a little more at another hotel for a more comfortable sleep and friendlier staff.

Room was horrible. Booked a suite and the extra pull out bed was insanely flat and had springs coming out of the mattress. No real fridge in the room.

Convenient but not at all a place I would recommend, the extra fees were ridiculous.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. While there I learned that when in town Michael Jackson stayed there. They named a suite after him

Everything in the hotel was excellent. Nothing to complain about.

The customer service was outstanding! My son and received excellent service from the moment we walked into the hotels all the way up to when we left from the front desk crew, restaurant and coffee shop.

My gosh, where do I start? From the moment we checked in till the time we left, the staff and accommodations of this hotel were great. The wonderful gentleman at the front desk, from Belarus, was as nice and welcoming as could be, The room was clean and neat and the bed was soft and very comfortable. Bottled water and coffee pods every day where great to have, and the cleaning staff was more than willing to give us something extra when we asked. The pool was clean and refreshing and the gentleman at the pool bar is as friendly and funny. One last note....this is walking distance to Disney Springs where there are a lot of great dining options, but don’t miss a chance to try the pizza offered atthe hotels resturant. We had a cheese and pepperoni pizza. It is by far the best I’ve ever had. The pepperoni is huge and the cheese.....ahhhhhh, the cheese! We also did the breakfast buffet and it was delicious. This is really a wonderful hotel and I’m glad we stayed here.

Dear Valued B Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We deeply apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our pool bar is always open until 6pm. Also, we did have Easter activities on property. We had an Easter Egg Hunt throughout the property that began at 10AM with a special golden ticket. We also had Easter brunch and Easter cocktails from 12PM - 4PM. We are sorry if you missed those events but we did have activities going on. Hopefully you'll give us another chance and B our guest in the future.
