Stayed in the Grand Suite. Extremely large room and very nice.

The staff seemed preoccupied verse really focusing on service. Their was a big conference group that took over the hotel but that shouldn’t affect well trained staff. The most disappointing factor for me was the room cleanliness. The shower curtain needed to be replaced months ago and the hair that wasn’t cleaned and dirty look made for a quick shower each morning. The phone, remote dirty and the hotel directory was broken so the pages keep falling out.

Amazing place, highly recommend for a 5 star experience

It was such a beautiful and the staff was amazing! I’ll be staying here every visit from now on.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and many restaurant options

the hotel clerks were very efficient at check in. The elevators are probably the best that I have experienced at a hotel; rarely had to wait more than 30 seconds, even with a very busy hotel. The facilities and amenities were very good.

Hotel was great. Plenty of restaurants and activities to do. 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. You can sync your Netflix or other streaming services from your phone to the TV which was great. They just upgraded the TVs the last night we were there so we took advantage of it. Location of hotel wasn't too far from Disney and Universal parks (15-20) min away. Across the hotel, there's a supermarket, pizza place, Dunkin Donuts-- -all places we utilized during our stay. Would definitely stay here again. We are Gold Rewards member, but when I asked what perks we get because it's listed as an Orbitz hotel, the receptionist just said we could get a late checkout and parking (but I believe self parking is free anyway). Wish they offered more perks to Orbitz gold members.

Hotel was okay, but charging guests to use the gym facilities is outrageous. $20 per length of stay isn't much, but the principal of it is very off putting. Will not be staying again, solely because of this reason. Hope the $40 made of my Wife and I for the gym was worth the $1000+ from our next stay.

Front desk: Not friendly. Though this hotel is listed as VIP under Orbitz, none of the front desk people were aware of this. Front desk person at checkout had no smile at all. Room: Missing a glass and requested to bring it and it took more than 45mins to deliver a glass. Room cleaning left the used bathrobe on the bed, used towels on the chair as they forgot to clean them.

Great hotel - nice pools, close to the airport, not too far from attractions; Disney, Cocoa Beach and right near Universal. Parking is extremely far away and then to charge to park so far is ridiculous but otherwise was a great stay!

One of the best resort style hotel near Universal Orlando. Stayed for 5 nights. Registration desk staff were very nice but not the staff managing vehicles movement at the car port. Hotel is car dependent and needs better traffic management. Overall very pleasant stay and would definitely like to come back again.

Other than having to walk down 12 flights of stairs at midnight due to a fire alarm; it was well worth the money!

Great staff, Perfect for family vacation stay and extremely clean. I would definitely refer friends and family to that location.

This is a great hotel. Very nice inside and out. Plenty of food options on site as well as a really nice golf course. Pools are clean and room for everyone.

Room's so big, and very comfortable. Equipped with kitchen devices. Close to the airport.

The only thing wrong with my experience is that we only stayed one night! Lovely comfortable room with a nice view. There was a complete choice of where to eat or drink. The staff were efficient and friendly. Would return to Florida just to stay there. One small word of caution would be that there were no big conferences or Corporate events in progress so there were no large groups using any facility.

Excellent hotel and window view at the room. Great distance to attractions

Great for a conference.. nice rooms . Pool area great to meet and relax with friends.

Stayed two nights. Arrived late at night. Front desk woman not very friendly. No name tag so I asked her name and she mumbled something. This was an Orbitz VIP hotel and Orbitz had sent me an email indicating my self parking would be free. Front desk had no record of free parking. Once I showed my email she said she would remove the fee. Efficient check in, just not very friendly. Room was big, clean and nice. Housekeeping was good.

Big box hotel. Avoid when travelling alone or family.
