Hotel relatively new, just over a year, so everything in good shape. Room was very clean, staff all friendly and helpful. Liked the room layout a lot--had a small kitchenette and the enourmous TV set up was FINALLY DONE RIGHT! TV swivels so you can sit on very comfortable couch and watch, turn 90 degrees to watch from kitchen/dining or 180 degrees to watch in bed! You are not forced to sit on a horrible chair or crane your neck!! This neighborhood a bit odd--right in the middle of everything Brazil, just FYI. Had to UBER every day to get to convention center, but we still liked it.

Clean rooms, above average breakfast, employees were very nice and helpful. Parking can be difficult due to the limited spaces and even though this hotel is pet friendly, the bathroom area is very very small. We do plan on staying here again.

Staff was wonderful and friendly. There was a random cockroach when we first checked in and the room smelled a bit like urine but the room was nice and clean otherwise. Breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the food fresh and full. They varied the offers a little each day so that was nice. Location for universal was really great!
