Overall we had a good stay. I wished they had room service. Also, we did not have enough pillows for everyone in the room. When i called and asked for one more i was told the hotel was out of pillows. We managed, but i found this not customer friendly.

Thanks for having us! We had a good time, however, the slide was under construction, no warning beforehand, which was one of the perks we were most excited about, the hot tub was also not open as well as the terrace deck. I have pictures for proof. The woman at the omelette bar was extremely rude when I asked for potatoes in my omelette, like she was going to make me pay for a side of potatoes. The bowling which was shown as an Ami wry was $20 per person, no signage indicating that prior to playing, even a child was $20, a child and we also purchased drinks and food while bowling and to my surprise, our hour of bowling cost $150. The hotel was clean and staff were great, with the exception of the omelette lady.

Disgusting hotel. We didnt even stay we left. Dried blood on the floor, queue after queue for differnt things. Hotel is so dated and horrid decor. Toilet didnt flush. Would stay anywhere else over here.

The property gets alot of volume you can tell. They do a good job for the volume they see but the rooms show some wear. They have that funky damp smell they try to cover with deodorizer. They have gates with key pads around but most are in disrepair giving the feeling of it being gated when it really isn't. You can hear rides in the am if your on the outside rooms which we were. They have alot to do right on the property. The food was typical park food. Not horrible not great. It was priced fair though. We stayed here only one night as we got in a day earlier than we expected. We moved to or orginal destination which was the Hard Rock Hotel also on the universal property. If you can swing it the Hard Rock is totally worth the extra money. I understand fully they both have a place for different budgets.
