We usually stay at the resorts in Bonnet Creek but decided to try something different. Terrible mistake. The overall appearance of this place is impressive... on the outside. The issues begins here: 1. They messed up our room reservation and ended up in one of the accessible rooms which we found uncomfortable. The rooms smells like mold and everything is outdated. 2. Poor service. There's a Habachi restaurant and we were in line for about 10 minutes and when we were finally ready to speak with the hostess, she picks up the ringing phone and attends to them instead. When we are finally seated, we waited about 10 minutes but the server never showed. We ended up leaving and heading somewhere else to eat. Lesson learned: Stay at a place where you know it's just better. Waldorf/Hilton ftw.

Tropical scenery; the thing i didn't like about the hotel is our room had bed bugs.

We loved the restaurants and the pool and water slides .

Excellent property and wonderful staff. Great food choices too.

My family is a big fan of this resort. It's a great place to take kids. The staff is amazing. But last time there our room was not the cleanest and the room seem out dated.

Pantry and pool were awesome. Nice staff. Only issue was super busy on Sunday and couldn’t get a seat to eat with family.

Keep up the good work, thanks for great day with you guys

nice clean comfortable close to all atractives and activity places

Perfect location to visit the Disney parks! Very convenient.

This was my second time to visit there, but I def want to visit there again if I go to Orlando!

Nice hotel beautiful pool, hotel food is really good

Great amenities, onsite restaurants great, loved the pools, drinks and food SUPER overpriced and rooms are a bit dated and small but Overall, fun place. Wish they extended pools hours and amenities hours onsite.

Close to Disney World and appreciate the shuttle service.
