When we first arrived, our room stunk of mold. They conditioned the floor but every time we turned on the air conditioning the smell was terrible. The pillows stunk of mold and smoke and offered no support. On the flip side we had an amazing view. They also have a fantastic breakfast place, I believe the name was Siro.

In Orbitz page shows that the reservation included breakfast and when you arrive the reception shows that Hotel don't give you any food except if you pay

The Hotel is nice. The staff is pleasant. My only problem was is rained and they have Dish Network so I couldn't watch my show.

This is a great hotel for families on vacation, I was there for a conference that was held in the building. The light shows that night had music so loud it was like someone was blaring music in my room. I didn't enjoy that about the hotel.

Housekeeping staff were excellent very Personable!!!

Nice hotel, close to Disney World only complaint is lack of wait staff at pool.

The World Center Marriott was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, Everything was wonderful. It was something to do at all times and a fun place to stay. The pool is beautiful! I highly recommend this facility. I'm very picky where I stay when traveling...so for me to recommend this facility speaks of the great place it is.

Beautiful well maintained property with large pool & water slide. Nice resort feel, near many family entertainment options.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, and it was very good, two things bothered us very much was the very soft mattress sinks in the middle, we came out of it very tired with body aches, our second disappointment was on July 4th, Pool with waterfall stayed almost all day closed, first to clean and then due to the weather, which we understood to be our own safety, but as for cleaning we did not understand why or what happened, well we lost all day without Being able to use the pool,

great stay! I loved the staff! Great pool and so many activities!

The hotel was very nice, and the check in process was smooth. Everything was good except for two aspects: 1. The room we got had terrible air-conditioning system. It was unable to bring the temperature down enough, and I spent all my 5 nights sweating and uneasy. I complained to the front desk, they sent an engineer, but the engineer said that some rooms are designed in such a way that the circulation of air pumped by the air conditioning is not good, so I am sorry, but there is nothing I can do. 2. Parking is pretty far from the hotel, and you have to take a shuttle to it every time you want to drive your car. That was a pain!

Arrived at the facility to find out there's a 24 dollar a day parking fee, once I get into the room I see ants and dirty sheets on one of the beds,my overall feel is that the room was dirty and outdated , I don't think I would consider going back again after all the money it costed , I believe I could of gotten better for the same or less money. Also they charge more than Disney world does for their food. When informing the hotel staff of the ants in the room they said we will let the cleaning crew know about it for the next guest, gee thanks!

This hotel was amazing very clean Beautiful pool for adults and kids many restaurants in the hotel except they are very expensive so we usually are outside the hotel. This hotel is close to everything 5 mini from Disney loved our stay would return definetly ❤️

We have a very nice time during our stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. Room was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel whether you choose to stay on a romantic retreat or family fun stay!

Great experience. Fun for the kids and the adults at the same time!

I took my two teenagers to Orlando for spring break and was thrilled with the hotel. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. Justin checked us in and made sure that our room for the week matched our needs. The service we experienced during breakfast by Mavelous was outstanding; she went above and beyond each morning to make my family feel special and welcomed. The shuttle service to the Disney made going to the parks easy. The housekeeping service was exceptional and as we needed things throughout the week they responded quickly with kindness. I had an issue with the in-room safe and a member of the security team came to our room immediately to fix it, he even brought bandaids for my daughter.

When I arrived I was met with a rude and very condescending hotel front desk clerk when I asked if there was a continental breakfast. For Sun night, I was planning on an nice evening with my spouse by the pool with a laser show when I was told it was closed off for regular quests for a "Duty Free" party. I called called for a wake up call and was treated very rudely. When I called, I misunderstood the hotel clerk's first name and she wouldnt repeat it back. Just all around rudeness. I wouldn't go back.

We had a great time on our trip! The hotel is exactly what I expected from the pictures and others reviews. But the pool is so much more! It's beautiful and huge! So many places to sit and lounge. The location was great for us. Close to the Disney parks and all the uber/taxi drivers knew where it was pretty much right away!

Horrible food, inexperienced stuff, slowest service ever.

I haven't had a vacation in over 16 years and this was the best experience I had because of the hospitality I will definitely go here again
