Great hotel!

Short stay and a beautiful family friendly hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful! Close to all the parks with a shuttle service offered as well. Only tiny thing we noticed were the towels did leave us with white floof bits on our skin

Os funcionários do hotel são extremamente simpáticos. O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto da universal com vários bons restaurantes por perto que dá para ir a pé. Mas o serviço de quarto deixa MUITO a desejar. Ficamos 4 diárias, estávamos em 4 pessoas. Todos os dias só eram deixadas 3 toalhas de banho. O sabonete de banho acabou no 2° dia e não foi reposto, assim como o sabonete da pia. Não tem lugar para pendurar as toalhas de banho

The first receptionist we had appeared annoyed. She gave us a room that wasn’t clean yet. The next receptionist did upgrade us. The hotel is close to Epic Universe (5 mins drive) it is also a 5 minute drive to Topgolf, and the racekart arcade. Overall, good stay.

The stay way okay, got greeted by a roach in the hallway on our way out the room. Got charges on my card that were different from my invoice but it has been impossible to get in contact with the hotel. Customer service email bounced and when I call I just get placed on hold forever.
