Very surprised that a Hotel was this good in every aspect.
When we arrived we were informed that construction activities had caused delays. Our 2 bedroom suites weren't quite ready yet. The GM put us in 4 rooms together. It wasn't what we booked but we were happy with the accommodations that were made for us. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff are very friendly. Even with the close proximity to the freeway, you could barely hear any traffic. Very peaceful, tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I would dedicated stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a reservation booked but when we checked in there were no rooms available at the time. They offer us a suite with kitchenette with no additional cost. Also, my daughter forgot to pack her toothbrush and they provide us complimentary toothbrushes. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast which was a delicious buffet. My daughter and I had a great stay.

I really liked the lights at night, the outside aesthetics of the hotel, and that everything is close by, but thats about it. We didnt get or got offered any room cleaning in the week we were there, same towels, same bed sheets, nothing cleaned, nobody ever came into our room, or knocked. The free breakfast was just 1 egg sandwhich from a freezer, and a muffin, which was kinda disappointing compared to the breakfast we received at the quality inn, where we had cereal, and waffles, and other options. The "free shuttle" to the theme parks thats on their website, we were told isnt in service, so we had to pay to uber everywhere. We got a room on the ground floor, with the window literally infront of the pool thats open till 11pm every night, so every morning and night kids were splashing right outside our window, so we had to maintain it closed the entire vacation, so people wouldent see the inside of our room or vice versa. So we didnt have a view like we could have gotten had they put us literally anywhere else but there. When i arrived at the airport i tried to call the hotel several times, but the phone just rang, they never picked up. Overall, glad i had a bed to sleep in, but for the amount of money i paid, i will definitely not be returning to this place again on my next trip.
Asked for pillows they said they didn’t have any My son slept on a dog bed without sheets or pillows or covers

The pictures are not accurate. The hotel on the outside looks nice but the rooms are old and musty smelling. I would not stay here again.
We loved the room! It was very nice and clean!!! Even though breakfast was cut out, it was still a pleasant visit. I was frustrating that you only had one ice maker working but understandable the other needed to be fixed. The only suggestion i have is although the pool is nice, the chairs were severly ripped and needed to be replaced. Also when at the pool, every window seemed to have stains or needed to be painted. Even in the middle of a busy city, itd be nice to look up at the building and have fresh paint. Staff was also very pleasant. Thank you!!
The breakfast(free) was the best I have had at any motel in the last 5 years. The hotel is located next to a freeway and you can hear the trucks going by during the night if you have a room on the freeway side.
