The entrance to the mall is right behind the check in desk. The staff greeted us and brought our luggage in. He stayed with us when there was a confusion with our room and made sure our luggage was carried in. My dad’s scooter lost power and we were allowed to leave it in the elevator area while it charged.
I liked that it was in a Mall. And the staff was so nice.
Was kinda surprise there was no breakfast included, no airport shuttle service included at this price point
I loved how welcoming the hotel and our room was. I felt safe because you needed a keycard to get into the elevator. I also loved being able to just walk into the mall since it was connected to the hotel. It was also close to a lot of dining options. I go to Orlando about 1-2 times a month, and I wish I found this hotel sooner! And probably the best part is that they are pet friendly!
The location was perfect, very central. Awesome that it was connected to the mall, a ton of restaurant options close by, as well as target, etc.
My family and I had an amazing stay here. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The rooms were super nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. The entrance to the mall was a plus! I would definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Orlando.
The room was very clean, the location was fantastic, close to highways,airport, and attractions. Being attached to the mall was also fantastic.

Traveling to Orlando for the fifth weekend in a row, I needed to find a hotel that was centrally located, reasonably priced, and met my high standard. The Florida Hotel and Conference Center exceeded our expectations. The hotel and the rooms are beautiful. The decor and attractive art pieces around the hotel and room were very welcoming. The room was immaculate, which is especially important during these times. I had a minor issue at check-in that was immediately corrected by the pleasant and friendly staff. This hotel is attached to the Florida Mall, which was a huge plus because my teenage son was able to go to the food court and snack the five or six times a day he gets hungry. This hotel really added to the enjoyment of our stay and we are already making plans to return.
I stayed for two nights. Attached to the mall with Starbucks and sushi super close. Friendly staff. Big pool. Can’t complain.
The staff was very friendly and professional. The Starbucks breakfast was a nice SUPRISE.
