We love Florida Hotel, it is right inside the mall which made our stay enjoyable. The room is spacious and cozy and what really made us love the Hotel is the staff who are very attentive to us. Mr. Ted Kopsaftis was very helpful and he has a heart of gold for his unwaivering assistance with my return packages to amazon. I would have been miserable without his help. He went above and beyond helping me settle my problem with amazon. Thank you Florida Hotel for having an amazing staff.

I have stayed here quite a few times, room was relatively clean, I use the makeup mirror and I noticed the arm was had not been cleaned in a while, had dust on it. A little turn off, also shower head was not not fully attached to wall and bathroom door was a little beat up. I must say this is the first time i have noticed such disrepair at this hotel. I am sure it was probably just that particular room.

I loved this hotel! So convenient that it is attached to the mall and has Starbucks in the lobby! Hotel was clean, quiet and felt safe. Check in/out was quick and smooth and staff were very helpful. Will definitely be back!

Met at our car by a fantastic bellman Jean. He made us feel like VIP’s . Gave us useful information about the check in, services, and the property. Even arranged a taxi for us for our early morning trip to the airport. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Nice hotel, easy access to shopping with the mall being steps away. Many things to see and do.
