Nice hotel attached to a huge shopping mall with a Starbucks that opens at 6 am. Not sure what makes it a VIP Access hotel other than the free drink coupons. It’s an older hotel but kept up nicely and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is connected to the mall. There's a Chick-fil-A in Starbucks inside of the hotel. They give you 2 complimentary coupons to enjoy a free coffee from Starbucks or from one of the other restaurants. I think called crickets to get some coffee. The entrance of the hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are in okay condition, but very clean. The staff was extremely welcoming, and I will definitely stay there again. It is a very busy and popular hotel. They had several conferences any events. The hotel Isn't far from the food court in the mall .Yes, there is an entrance through the mall through the hotel. It was very easy to find parking and move in and out of the parking lot. You can't beat the location and the price. Yes, the room is a little bit dated, but it's not something that will deter me from staying there again.

Nice property for visiting florida mall. The room was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. Large bathroom with shower over tub had good water pressure. Overall and excellent stay for 1 night

recommend this beautiful Hotel

From arrival, checking in, and check-out, everything ran smoothly. I recommend this beautiful Hotel and I'm sure this will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Orlando. The mall being attached is definitely a bonus and so convenient with shopping and restaurant, you never have to leave the property!

Have stayed here many times and is good value. Few negatives are that the cost of the buffet breakfast is very expensive. Also Crickets bar menu is very limited.
