Nothing was unique at this place, service was terrible
Nice place, clean quiet with a good pool.
Nice living quarters and nice location. We had a great stay
I’ve stayed here before and I’d stay here again. Right rear everything, but tucked away in a nice private area.
Beautiful resort with the right price.
Love this property! The two bedroom/two bathroom “condo” was exactly what we needed. Lots of parking and very convenient to Universal Studios, I4 and the turnpike. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.
The view was excellent and the rooms were very nice. Also, we must think one staff - EJ Taylor- in particular for his raving customer service and help. EJ saved the day…( from room 1006A)
There was a bad leak on our 2/3 day there that ruined our stuff, my 4yr fell, and so did my husband. I spoke to manager and all she did was say I can move your room. Not a convenient thing at all for a party of six. Supervisor never asked once if my family was ok. I waited 30min plus before heading to front After phone call to the front desk; when I asked why I had to wait so long I was told that the hotel had other issues to attend to
Our stay was wonderful! Large pool and lots of things to do around the property. Staff were so accommodating and kind, we will be back!!
It is an excellent place to stay. Very quite with great views. The new kitchen is beautiful.
Great location!
Great location, and even better service.
Liked the room layout, pool/lake. Bed was a little hard. No water bottles or snacks in the room. Front desk check-in wasn’t very hospitable, and told us we could get room service at that hour (11:00pm ish) when we really couldn’t. No breakfast wasn’t good. Shower in one bathroom had to be fixed. Vending machine wouldn’t take my money or credit card. When I went to the front to get food There was a line of people checking in so I didn’t want to wait that long for a snack...
I didn’t like the cleaning staff did not refresh the linen, towels. Nor did they ask if we needed anything
My stay was incredible! The suite was lovely, the location is great, the pool and amenities are in great shape, it’s located super close to the theme parks and has free shuttles there and back, the housekeeping went above and beyond daily in cleaning our room, the staff was nice, the food and drinks at the restaurant downstairs were good and affordable, and parking is easy. Best of all, they have a program where you can text in and speak to someone at the front desk. They reply immediately and go above and beyond in accommodating your request. I work in customer service myself and this small feature is a great example of meeting your customer’s needs via their own preferred method of communication. Shoutout to Martin, Erika, Ellen, Victor, and Jo-Ann. I will refer my friends here and return next time I’m in Orlando.
CHECK IN: The check-in was lengthy. I didn't wait in line to be helped; they just took a ridiculous amount of time to check me in. Then when the process was finally done, instead of handing me my room keys, the desk clerk handed them to another employee who walked us over to another desk and then that guy starts asking me if I want to attend a presentation the next day about new amenities at the hotel. All the while he is holding my room keys. They essentialially wanted us to sit through a timeshare presentation. I told him we were not interested, I finally got my keys and we were allowed to go up to our room. THE ROOM: They gave me a "complimentary upgrade," so my room had king bed instead of a queen. The view was amazing. However, the room itself was very worn-out looking. All the wood surfaces were torn up and scratched, there were broken outlet plates and the TV was so fuzzy we couldn't watch it. The glass shower door in the master bath room also couldn't open more than half way without hitting the toilet and making a horrible sound. The next morning we were woken up by a phone call. It was once again the hotel trying to get us to attend their "presentation." I was upset. I had to go downstairs and again tell them I was not interested. I already spent a good deal of money for this vacation and now they felt the need to hassle me twice to buy something else? They woke me up over something that is not an emergency, which to me is extremely rude. I WON'T be returning.
