The property is kept in an immaculate condition. The rooms, commons areas, dining room and lobby are nicely furnished. ALl the staff that I encountered went above and beyond in customer service. I will stay there again and recommend that you do too.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! I honestly have absolutely nothing even slightly negative I could say. The hotel is clean and the staff are SO friendly. We wanted something close to the vanguard and orlando can be soetchy in areas. We walked from the botel there at midnight and back to the hotel around 3am. It felt completely safe. The hotel was quiet but the breakfast that was included in my room was top notch!!!!! The room was large and they think of even tiny details like putting a wine opener in the room! I requested an early check in and my room was ready! I normally stay closer to Universal but id gladly drive to stay here next time!! Checm iut at 12 is also amazing! This hotel is worth every single penny and then some!
After a rather sketchy late night taxi ride from the airport, we were greeted at the desk by the kindest two folks….the desk clerk and the security guard. They were so reassuring and helpful!
The hotel and staff were great. The only comment I would make is that at night you could hear a lot of road noise, e.g. motor cycles or loud cars. Other then that everything else was very good. The manager and staff went out of their way to make everything plesant.

Did charge a parking fee 20$ a night not listed when making reservation Did not print receipts stated they couldn’t and was in our computer. Room was not cleaned during stay had to ask blamed on COVID really to at least pickup garbage in room shampoo and conditioner was empty. Forget the snacks probably stale at that price no Continental breakfast for what they are charging.
