The hotel was great. It was the lack of flexibility with Expedia that was beyond awful. Our flight from MCO home to BDL was canceled after waiting hours in the airport, it was late, we were traveling with small children. The airline automatically rebooked us for a return flight 2 days later (ridiculous) and we had to scramble to find a hotel. Then we were able to get a return flight home the next day so my original need for a 2 night hotel stay wasn’t necessary but Expedia would not allow me to modify my booking and credit me back for the unused and not needed extra night. I was on with a representative for a while late that night only to get the runaround that the “system” wouldn’t allow for the modification and refund and to contact the hotel directly who already told me they couldn’t do anything with a 3rd party booking. I will never use Expedia again. What a way to take advantage of an awful situation especially traveling with young kids. You made this nightmare situation even worse and should be ashamed of your restrictive policies.

I had an amazing stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Orlando, Florida. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and stylish, and everything felt fresh and updated. The food was great, and the service truly stood out—friendly, professional, and always helpful.
