Positives: It was nice enough and the room was clean and suitable. The shuttles were of great benefit when visiting the Universal parks. Negatives: The elevator was out of service the entire time we were there; for the price we paid there were a some items I would have received at other hotels that were not provided here (complimentary breakfast and free parking being the most obvious examples)

The early admission to the park and shuttle hours to the parks are attractive. The outside pool is big and nice. However, except frontd esk, all other staffs I ran into didn't speak English. I asked someone in uniform how to get to parking garage, or where to get pool towls, they didn't undersatnd. The clean staffs talked very loudly to phone or to themselves in spanish in the hallway and elevator, which I don't think is professional for such expensive hotels.

Very very noisy hotel. They changed our room but noisy guests are everywhere. Very rude people. And staff ignore your noise concerns and ask you to leave hotel if you don’t like it! Disgusting security staff

Great for a universal stay at a good price.

Came to stay for Easter break with the family. Love that the price was fair with early admission to Universal. We were allowed to check in at 0700 and leave bags and enjoy a day without worrying about parking and belongings. Rooms were great for four with 2 queen beds. Staff was very friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 7 days. The property was nice. Quiet and convenient to the surrounding areas. Room cleanliness could have been a bit better. During the 7 days I believe the room was cleaned twice. But the floors were not vacuumed or swept, either time. When we requested something it arrived though, great service there.
