I had a wonderful stay at the four points on international drive. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Tigist and Osama made sure I was well taken care of whenever I visited the pool bar. They were very friendly with everyone. Keep up the great work.
Had the pleasure to meet Danielle, Migdalia, an the day watch front desk assistant from Peru also the bartender TG. These folks were very instrumental during my family vacation. They made sure all my needs were superseded during my stay at this hotel. Also Ron ensured the safety of my family during this visit. I had to check out on Wednesday due to another family trip up to South Carolina. But I returned on Friday for another stay at this hotel. On Saturday evening had to check out early due to one of the kids not feeling well. Danielle ensured all dealings with my portfolio during the stay would be taken care of. Very professional atmosphere an dealings with the staff at this hotel. Thanks
This hotel is lovely. Handy for transport if you don't drive ( bus stops within 2 minutes walk ) and excellent for going to Universal Parks. The staff are very efficient and friendly. A couple of small problems, and they were fixed within minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel . Actually writing this while staying in the hotel!!
I normally stay on Disney property. We received this stay free. I was not happy about being off Disney property, but was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. I also was able to view the fireworks on Disney property at night, as well as see all the parks, from a different perspective. Pleasantly surprised. The pool area was clean. It's an older hotel, but worked out just fine. Refurbishments were evident throughout.
Very pleased with our stay here. It's an older hotel- and it shows here & there, but updated, & updated nicely. We stayed here a couple nights till we went on our cruise, perfect for that. Great price, staff, rooms, restaurant good, & walking distance to universal. We walked there yesterday, instead of taking the free shuttle. We'd stay here again.
Enjoyed my stay here, yet again! This was my 3rd Star Wars Celebration in Orlando and had a great stay. The staff is friendly and helpful and International Drive is hopping with restaurants, stores, etc. The room is nice and the air condition runs cold. The beds are comfy and the hotel amenities are nice. This is a great place to stay if you're on a budget and want first class treatment. You can't go wrong with Starwood.
We booked ten nights at this hotel on our points, tonight will be our third night and so far it has been wonderful. Upon check in we requested a crib, by the time we got up to out room they already had the crib waiting for us! At first glance the room looked small, however it is just due to the shape of the room since the hotel is round. It is actually very spacious! Still lots of room, even with the crib. We have stayed at other hotels with a crib in our room and we were always tripping over it or banging into it...not an issue with this room, lots of space. Our room is very modern, stylish and clean. Comes equipped with a mini fridge and safe. Our room has a huge tv with many, many channels and a guide button to help browse. Bathroom is large and has body wash, shampoo and conditioner in pumps on shower wall. I love this because there is never enough conditioner in those tiny little bottles for me...this way I never run out. Bathroom also has a hair dryer that is not attached to the wall. Convenient because you are able to dry your hair in the room. The pool is a little on the small side in my opinion, but it's big enough. It is definitely the warmest hotel pool I have ever encountered which is awesome! You can still enjoy a swim, even if it is chilly out. No hot tub at this hotel. Lots of huge pool towels on deck and lots of lounge chairs, as well as tables and chairs with umbrellas for shade. Has a laundry room on the main floor with lots of washers and dryers ($3 per load for washer and $3 per load for dryer). Machines take quarters or credit card. Person at the front desk was kind enough to change some money for me. $3 actually completely dried our load of laundry which is nice...the last hotel we were at we put $5 in the dryer and our clothes were still super damp and we had to hang them around the room to finish drying. If you decline housekeeping the hotel offers you $5 hotel credit per day or 250 starwood points. This was a nice surprise. My husband and I rarely get housekeeping, so it's nice to be rewarded for it. You need to use your room key to access the hotel in the evening. You also need it to access the elevators at anytime. Very nice, makes you feel safer. It also means you get a lot less of those annoying take out menus poked under your door! This is out first time staying at this hotel. Overall, this is probably our favorite hotel we have ever stayed at. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff, prime location! It's fantastic location and is walking distance to pretty much everything. We will be staying here again for sure, we would highly recommend this hotel!
Ty Lodiso from the front desk was very helpful and cordial, he gave us tips of the attraction neat the hotel, and recommendations on the Disney's attractions. The Check in and out was great! Thank you Ty Lodiso for your great hospitality my family and I appreciate it.
This is a nice and reasonably priced hotel. It is due for changing the carpets (at least in some areas), but apart from this, itis efficient and close to almost everything. I used loyalty points and on a weekend which made it an even better bargain. With so many places to eat nearby I did not bother with the hotel restaurant. Staff are friendly.
im a big fan of SPG properties and this one was average at best. the room was a decent size, and of course was clean. the breakfast was pretty poor and not worth the $14.95. better bet is to walk across parking lot to IHOP and get a better meal (Cant believe I'm saying that) cheaper. the location though is perfect for Universal Studios. Less than 5 minutes away. also pretty central on INTL Dr and easy to get to everything. its a solid choice.
