The first night I arrived and they were over booked. They sent me to another property that was not accommodating and went back to them and they sent me to a different property. It was hours before I finally got checked in at 3 AM. They were supposed to have credited me for that night and it never happened

Over all very happy with the hotel. The heater didn’t work in the room and maintenance came and pulled it apart for 30mins and fixed it which is the only reason I’m given 4 stars on facility. But things do break so I was good with it just didn’t expect the guy to tear it apart in the room. The window units are very easy to swap out so having a spare unit to swap into the room and taking the broken one away to repair would have been a faster fix but they did deal with it. Other than that. Great hotel, didn’t smell like mould like some of the other local hotels and the staff were really really good and very polite. I’d stay here again no problem!

property was decent. Decent for my 1 night stay. Rooms are big and spacious. the 7-eleven across the street is shady but this property is on I-Drive. Nice overall

They have this manager Eve she is very obnoxious and very rude she embarrassed me in a lobby full of people . She spoke to me like I was ignorant and a child when she can probably be my daughter . I don’t expect this from some in superiority position and I don’t think she is fit for her role she patronizing people . She needs to be psychiatrist because only them be rude to there patient's and then try to calm them down she would have already pissed them off . The hospitality industry in America is poor …. I worked as a spotter and four points International Orlando was my assignment and this hotel fail big time as a Marriott property and the odor in the rooms and every floor smells like bug spray the bathrooms are out dated and has mold the tub as a black stain in the room I stayed look like black dye only left to see was roaches the best part to the hotel was the bed .

Very rude lady at check in time at around 10pm. She should be trained in customer service. Our keys didn’t work and when we came back to the front desk we had to go to the end of the line. Then she wanted us to wait for maintenance to go fix the lock. Finally, at the behest of her supervisor she gave us another room, but instead of giving us the new keys, she went to the back without any explanation and left us and others waiting. On top of that, we got a look of annoyance when she finally gave us the keys for the new room

Stayed 2 nites while visiting Universal parks, was a comfortable stay. Easy checkin, staff was great, location convenient. Only had one noise issue with my neighbor but staff took care of it quickly and quietly. I would stay again, thanks
