Great area but the staff is rude. The one elevator was down and the other one's certification said it expired in 2023. Breakfast was not good at all

Quick and easy check in. No long waiting. Our shuttle arrived within 15 minutes just like the person I spoke with said it would when I called the hotel directly. Excellent hotel for our needs.

We have 5 people and booked a room that was supposed to have 2 double beds and a pull out couch. The room was given away to another person who arrived at the hotel before us. We even called and said we would be late due to our flight. The hotel shuttle was not operating after 1:00am so we had to take an Uber. Then we find out we don't have a room.

Our room was very, very dirty. It was a big bummer. Bugs all over the room, black fuzzy stuff in the beds…it just felt like nobody had actually cleaned the room in a long time. The rooms themselves just seemed run down. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work properly, one of the two elevators on the property was shut down by the Fire Marshall, the wallpaper was curling off the walls in areas. Overall I just can’t in good conscience recommend anyone stay here. The one positive from the stay was the continental breakfast was pretty good. It provided a lot of good options.

Upon entering the hotel, we were not greeted and there was no bellhop. Front desk staff was not communicating with us. Of the two elevators, one was operating and it had not been serviced since 2023. The room was dust and the toilet was leaking. The vent in the bathroom was so dirty that the blades seldom spun.

its an old property close to airport. if you are just looking for a transit, you should be fine. However, you are looking for a long convenient stay, may be not a good fit. Rooms are small and bathrooms are OLD. cleanliness and service was OK

The property is in a great location. The property needs major updates. We had to switch rooms because there was a stain and hair on the bedding. The next room also had hair on the bedding. The pillows lacked pillow covers under the pillow cases. Overall, the room/hotel could be cleaned better. The carpet on the second floor smelled horrible!
