• A $100 security deposit is included in the pre-authorization.

• The credit card on file is authorized before arrival for the anticipated amount of the stay, including the security deposit.

• Guest delivery handling fees: 1–15 lbs: $6.25; 16–30 lbs: $12.50; 31+ lbs: $25.00; pallets: $90 flat rate.

• Cafe Soleil is closed for renovations September 8–November 24, 2026.

• A limited menu is available at the Marketplace during the Cafe Soleil renovation.

• The resort entrance has changed for guests arriving from Palm Parkway. The new entrance is at the intersection with Daryl Carter Parkway, approximately one-tenth of a mile north of the previous entrance.

• Late arrivals after midnight must contact the resort front desk to avoid no-show cancellation.

House Rules / Policies

• Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms; a $250 fee will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room.

• Designated outdoor smoking areas are available; please ask the Front Desk for locations.

• The primary guest must meet the resort's minimum check-in age of 18.

• No flotation devices are allowed in the pool.

• Pool waterslide access requires guests to be 42 inches or taller.

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charge upon check out.
