GREAT STAFF CLEAN FREINDLY POOLSIDE WAS AMAZING GOOD SIZE ROOMS GREAT VIEWS EASY PARKING GOOD FOOD ALL AROUND GREAT RESORT FAMILY FRIENDLY WOULD DEFFINITELY RECOMEND

The swimming pool is perfect for family hangouts. It large with adequate space for mnay to enjoy at once without it feeling crowded.

Parking garage was a little tight

The rooms were nice.

Liked the property landscape, room was very nice. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Only issue I had was pool area. Seems people put towels on chairs and dont show up till mid day and after. That was bothersome considering I like the morning relaxation of pool.

Love this place. If a sure is available, I’ll be back

Amazing place! Beautiful pools and hot tubs, super family friendly and clean! 5 stars!!

My husband and I took a trip to Orlando for a 6 day getaway from Michigan. This hotel is so much more beautiful than the pictures. Our suite was clean, spacious and well maintained. Supplies were well stocked and staff was so happy to be of assistance when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient to Disney. Suite had a full kitchen and living room, washer and dryer. Very comfortable and like being at home. The only negative is that they do try to get you to listen to a talk about time share purchase. There are incentives but they were a little aggressive trying to get us to go.

I realize with COVID restrictions things will be different but I'm sad that we didn't know ahead of time that we would not be able to get food from the restaurant past 7p nor could we utilize the pool slide. We chose this hotel for the pool time we would get on Saturday before heading to Epcot but the slide is only open for an hour each day. Very disappointed. However, the hotel is very clean and staff is very nice as we would expect from a Hilton Vacation Club Resort.

Our room had a loud noise probably AC that made it hard to sleep. We face a parking garage which wasn’t great.

this is a great destination for families, it has a great Pool and so many nice facilities that families will love, but if you are a business traveler then i will think twice. The hotel is not a conventional hotel. it is Residential / Hotel. there is no lobby really. you enter from garage area to the elevators and no concierge in tower 2.

Five star hotel close to everything, only complaint is the cleaning, because our room has a lot of dust, but other than this everything was amazing especially the pool area+ the activities.

The hotel is wonderful, the pools and hot tubs are fantastic! It is nice to have a small store and restaurant on the property. I would caution you on using the hotel staff to call your cab. We did not have a good experience with the driver/company they use and called for us. After that, we used uber and had no problems at all.

Facility is mainly a time share with some studio rooms for rent. Pros - Room was very nice, clean and spacious. Staff with one exception was courteous and helpful. Two very nice pools; one was large with all the bells and whistles and the second a much smaller quiet pool. Parking was convenient but the parking stalls are extremely tight. Cons - WIFI was unusable, too slow and ended up using my data. Since it's mainly a time share facility, the one restaurant is small and the menu limited. Also, the attached bar was tiny with zero ambiance. Be forewarned that if you want to have a nice dinner or a cocktail in a nice setting you will need to go elsewhere. The event that soured us on the facility is that the plumbing in our room developed a high pitched whine that made it unlivable. We told management about it early in the morning and they sent up an engineer who said he'd fix it. When we returned in the middle afternoon, the whine was still there and they sent up another engineer who then told us he couldn't fix it and we would need to move to another room. When he called the front desk to get us another room, the front desk person told us we had 1/2 hour to pack our things and move to the second tower on the other side of the complex. I went and found a manager and he took care of everything, to our satisfaction. Amazing how one employee with an attitude can ruin a vacation.
