The breakfast selection could stand a bit of improvement the restaurant was good but a little pricy for the quality of the food the rest of the place was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful
The room had a slight mildew smell and the counter was burnt but other than that it was a very pleasant stay
Muy buena experiencia, el hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. La atención fue muy buena. Lo recomiendo a cualquier persona.
Impressed by very friendly service and clean room. More vegetable added into breakfast would be better.
Beyond our expectations, room was very comfortable, service was very good, business center too small has two computers but only one working, not big deal, good breakfasts Overall great deal
Stayed Dec 3rd-10th. Hotel was clean, not crowed and staff was excellent. Hotel bartender by pool was top notch and extremely helpful with questions I had. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a few different choices daily and a huge savings from going out somewhere. If we come back we will definitely stay again. Location is basically in the middle of Disney and universal. SeaWorld is close by but not walking distance. If your renting a car it is the perfect place to stay. Universal 12 min drive, Disney 15 min drive SeaWorld 8 min drive. I'm from the Northeast and used to quick stop lights. Orlando lights it's not uncommon to sit at a stop light for 2 minutes. So times can be much quicker if you get green lights. Oh and don't run red lights they have cameras and comes with a $260 ticket that your rental car company with hit you with. Overall 5 stars and worth the money. Had a 2 Queen studio with 2 adults, a 13 and 11 year old and had plenty of room
Booked the room, PAID FOR IT and even called ahead and said that we would be late arriving. When we got there, they were overbooked. Sent us to a "sister property" and we didn't get the same type of room (a suite), the room stunk like urine so badly - the front desk gave us an air freshener and it was too small for the 5 of us so my boyfriend slept outside. They refused to attempt to accommodate us to find us a room suitable for three unrelated teens of mixed genders who we prefer NOT share a bed. Front desk refused to contact a supervisor or manager who was "off duty" at 945pm on a Saturday night (in Orlando) to resolve issue. I could go on and on. Awful customer service. Awful representation of hotel chain. Sadly, nothing will happen to fix these issues as big corps do not care.
quick check in, nice accommodation , very clean room. Nice for family. quick check out Will stay there again definitely.
nice location, about 5 miles to the all general activities of Orlando . The breakfast was good. The Swim pool is awesome . Thank you, we had a great time at this hotel
We have had nothing but great experiences in our two stays at this hotel. The hotel is well-kept and the staff is very helpful.
I booked this hotel for my mother to recover from Hip Replacement Surgery at the Orlando Medical Center. The staff was super awesome. They helped with everything. Upgraded her free to a bigger room closer to the lobby and breakfast area and another room. The handicapped rooms were very well prepared and they got us al old chair from their storage to comply with a seat with armrests. The location was great. Close to sea world, Disney, Universal. Right of I4. A CVS one block away.
We stayed here for 4 nights (Check-in: January 11, 2012 and Check-out: January 15, 2012) and we simply loved this hotel. We stayed in the 1 BR Family Suite (616 square feet) and the bedroom and living room were separated which was a huge plus. Our suite was very clean and there is maid service everyday if you need it. The suite included 2 queen beds, sofa bed, 2 LG LCD TV's, dining table, full kitchen with full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sink, dishes & cookware provided, stove top, utensils, etc... There was also a bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and 1 sink. The suite was huge and perfect for a family of 3. The windows can also be opened which was nice because of the fresh air outside. The weather was perfect when we went. It was about 70-77 degrees and at night about 50-59 degrees. My stay was excellent. We arrived there at around 8:00 A.M. on January 11 and we got a room right away (which was amazing, seriously who gives a room that early when check-in is at 4 PM.) We also got a late check-out at 1:00 P.M. as well. The free breakfast was a huge plus as it was very convenient. It was an american/continental breakfast which included eggs, sausage, ham, french toast, potatoes/hashbrowns, coffee, soda, orange juice, apple juice, raspberry juice, bagels, cream cheese, jam, fresh fruit, muffins, pastries, fresh biscuits, milk, boiled eggs, a variety of cereals, fresh oatmeal, yogurt, etc... The concierge was also very helpful. Orry was a great person! Outside there was a pool, basketball court, spa, etc.. There was also a fitness center as well. The people working at the front desk were great people and I simply had a wonderful stay. There is also an I-ride trolley stop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient to get around International Drive and Universal Blvd. You can go to places to eat, outlet malls, shopping, attractions, etc... It was a great form of transportation. The hotel provides FREE shuttle to Seaworld, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, and the Disneyland Resort. We went to Seaworld, Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure. All were amazing parks! We had so much fun and a vacation of a lifetime. The shuttle was always on time and prompt. The drivers were really nice too. This hotel was in a great location and very quiet. I simply loved this hotel and we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. When I go to Orlando again, I will stay at this hotel again with no hesitation. Thank you for a great vacation! We simply had a blast!
We enjoyed our stay there. We have stayed there two weekends back to back. Everything was great and you could not ask for a better staff. The only thing I missed was having a safe in the room. It is in a great location and close to all the places we wanted to go. We are looking forward to our next stay there in the future.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay there and felt comfortable and safe. Everything was great including the breakfast. I do wish they would put safes in the rooms. I like to lock up, at night, car keys, wallets and any jewelry my wife may bring. They have little boxes at the desk but I prefer keeping everything in my room which is much more convenient.
Quick trip to Orlando with my wife and daughter while visiting my in-laws in Ft Myers beach area. Booking couldn't have been easier and the hotel was perfect and the value was excellent! Amenities and staff were great and location was centered between Universal and Disney while being About a mile from Sea Worlds parking lot.
Nice sized rooms that are perfect for a multi day stay. The two bedroom unit is a must for families and provides a little breathing space compared to a traditional hotel. Cleaning staff did an outstanding job of referbing the room each day. Location to parks is excellent.
Massive spacious rooms, with huge queen beds. lovely kitchenette and also includes a sofa bed. bathroom fixtures modern with sink separate from bathroom for added convenience especially when sharing. Buffet breakfast eclectic. Great choices
Hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was convenient with kitchen ammenities. Made service was good. Breakfast every morning was great/ good variety of things. Shuttle service to parks was a big help for traveling. I would stay again next year.
Great breakfast, nice clean rooms, close to everything! Great value for your dollar. Nice heated outdoor swimming
Overall good but uncomfortable sofa bed.not suitable for another adult to sleep on
