Booked on the pretense of this hotel being close to Disney so we could shuttle over. Parks are open from 9-9. Upon asking when the next shuttle would leave we were told you have to reserve tickets for a shuttle 24 hours in advance and they do not run past 5 pm even though the parks close 4 hours later. Upon checking on the concierge said we were all set but it would be a $10 parking fee, which we were not informed of checking in or on the website. I then received a $20 charge to my card. When I called to let them know they said it is $10 a day for parking. Just be weary before booking if you have certain expectations for your stay.

Great staff, good breakfast, but bathtub seems very old and had permanent stains

Booked on Orbitz, was told at arrival they charge ten dollars for parking. Orbitz did not disclose this. I booked a king room. Was given a room with two doubles. They tried to pull a fast one on me, and then the girl couldn't figure out to room change my room in to the computer system. Room is so so, comforter and fitted sheet are torn. Carpet is torn, crumbs in the bathroom. Pool is not heated. Bleach stains on the carpet in hallways. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Attended a trade show and this place is near all events and food places

The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Clean room and very close to WDW & Disney Springs. Very good service. We have stayed here many times & I always tell them that I wish I could buy a room👍

Clean rooms. Nice hotel for families. The breakfast was decent - very busy! The room was nice, but the bed wasn’t the greatest and you could hear every conversation going on in the hallway. Easy access to Disney and TONS of restaurants nearby. We loved the “village” feel. The hotel seemed full and still parking was easy. We’d stay again.

Nice hotel. Stayed for four days and used uber to get to a conference which was three miles away. The rate was better at this hotel than the conference's hotel.

Great location.... friendly staff...... room was clean. Its small but since we were only staying for one night, it was perfect.

The experience was more than good. I thought the hotel was going to be "ok" but surprised me a lot. The breakfast was super great, a complete breakfast with fruits, yogurt, eggs, waffles, toast, sausage, bagels, coffee, juice, oatmeal, cereal, well a really complete breakfast. The only thing I could say is that ends early, 10am, you should wake up early if you want a relax breakfast area because of 8:30 to 10:00am it was very full. The room was very very clean, and the women who clean the room were very kind and gentle all the time, they were always pending on the lookout if we wanted something. The pool is great in summer days, too hot the weather for a great swimming. The location was the best, so close to the Premium Outlet around 3 minutes in car. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel rooms very comfortable. The location is very convenient and close driving distance to Walt Disney world. Places to eat in walking distance. Staff was friendly. Great place to stay.

Great hotel overall very clean and comfortable, breakfast was good to say it was complementary. The check in staff upon arrival could have been a bit more pleasant, but for the most part we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

excellent, EJOYED THE POOL AREA, THE PARKS GREAT TIME

Seemed like a normal 2 night stay, except for days later when they ripped me off on the bill. At the time of reservation I was offered a $10 nightly credit stated on my reservation confirmation and upon check-in I was told that it could be used for the nightly $10 parking fee. 4 days after checkout I received a charge on my credit card for $20. I called the hotel and they told me the $10 nightly credit couldn't be used for parking. I was lied to or given misinformation at check-in and essentially my $10 nightly credit went to waste because I didn't use it on anything. HIGHLY IRRITATED!!!

This hotel is in a gated area with two other Marriott properties and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Everything was great other than not having hot water in the shower.

I love the hotel except the parking fee. Very convenient for lots of things.

The breakfast had many healthy choices, and the staff was very helpful!

Everything worked perfectly...people were friendly...breakfast was great...everything was clean

We checked in late and requested a crib. By the time we went to eat dinner and the crib was still not in the room. We were eating about 1.5 hours at least, that should of been enough time to bring a crib to the room. Also the bathroom sink was small and outside by the hall way. The room can be cleaner as well.

Had a great experience at this hotel everyone really friendly, room was very clean, we loved the breakfast area set up, also would like to thank Nelson an employee who worked in the morning breakfast crew who made sure every need we had was taken care of, very pleased

Fairfield Hotel is a nice and quiet hotel. Fairly close proximity to Disney Parks.
