The hotel dont have soap in bathroom. The breafast area was very good.

Seems clean but the rooms are barely functional. The wall heater was extremely noisy and I had to toot off to sleep. The room became cold and there were no extra blankets. The coffee maker was broken.

I didn’t like the fact that the bar wasn’t open at 5pm for food and drinks. Also no extra bathing towels were not delivered to me as requested.

The staff were incredibly helpful and nice, always trying to make sure everything was okay. The snack area was well stocked with goodies for the kids.
Checked in but didn’t get into my room for at least 1.5 hours. Get to room, no key available due to a problem with their system. Bathroom not working so I had to take my 7 year old to the lobby to potty each time. Manager on duty was not able to get us another room and dismissed due to being extremely busy the complaints about the toilet. I cannot believe how bad the room was and when I asked about the cleaning of the room she said that they are understaffed and had too many issues to deal with right now but we have a room.
Facilities are old and dated. They gave me a room that didn’t have its A\C working.
Room safety latch was broken and door didn’t close fully, but apparently not a big issue for hotel. Woken up in middle of night by some domestic squabble, but suppose that’s not the hotels fault. Just kind of not awesome altogether
