While the hotel has been remodeled and is very modern in styling, it did not fix the doors which were difficult to open and had to be pushed hard to close and the noise which traveled easily between rooms. The restaurant and conference staff were fantastic, but the front desk staff was not helpful. I needed to extend my stay another night and they indicated they would not be able to check availability and I would have to check with them later. I went to another hotel across the street who was more than happy to accommodate me.

Pictures posted online are for the pending renovations. Room still old and cramped. Shower had a gross mat that looked moldy. Don't have those in there man. I'm a Spireon elite member. Second time at this hotel. Thought I would give it another shot. Look forward to updates displayed and I'll give another try. If I could talk to the owner, being in business myself, I'd expect better QA standards.

The property was under construction, however the important aspects of a construction (rooms, reception) are obviously being left for last. This would have been one problem, but the staff made promises to accommodate me by adding points to my account. I have not seen any notice of being rewarded for this experience.

This was NOT your typical holiday inn. My room had stains every where. It reaked of sour water, the air conditioner was broken, the door was broken, house keeping left their equipment out in the hallways at night. Everything about this hotel was disgusting, except for the staff. I expect so much more out of a hotel name like the Holiday Inn. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. For the same price you can get something leaps and bounds better.

I have stayed at much better places. The staff appeared to be rushing us out the door when trying to check out. I would give this places a 2.5 rating but they didnt have the option..

The parking is an additional charge. There is no attendant and the gate often fails to open. It is very confusing. The hotel restaurant is expensive and has a limited menu. There is nothing special about this hotel. I think it is overpriced for what it offers.

It is a great place to stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms, great amenities! All around great experience!

Good location next to Airport and easy to find. It was close to the Freeways if you are driving to the theme parks. Kind of old and rundown in rooms, needs major remodel but the rooms were mostly clean, bedding comfortable. Conference amenities ok, food ok, pool small but clean. Staff was very good, restaurant staff ok, but had to wait longer than acceptable for food.

Basic Holiday Inn - close to airport, convenient, only there for a short stay, arrived at 9 and left at 4:30AM, missed out on breakfast because of an early flight, hotel is showing some signs of wear, Wifi connection was adequate, bed comfortable, TV was flat screen, but <40", front desk staff helpful and courteous,

Very convenient as we were flying the next morning. The front desk personnel was very helpful with directions to Wal-Mart in order for us to buy an extra suitcase we needed. Excellent breakfast and service.

I spent one night at Holiday Inn and it was a very good experience. The room was clean and staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay close to the airport.

Hotel is very well located close to the airport, they have hotel shuttle 24 hours which is very convenient. Food not great but OK. (we only had dinner)

It was a nice hotel, nothing to jump around about. Bathroom was a little dirty when we checked in but thats about all i can complain about.

Very close to airport and thus convenient. However, a tad shabby. Leaves, trash at the front curb. Poorly kept hallways, with corners that had not been vacuumed in ages. Otherwise run of the mill.

Room was unkept and not clean upon checkin saw a few bugs in the room as well, the only upside was a nice pool area but pool wasn't vacuumed and dirty as well, will not return

We only stayed one night - but it was what we needed. We didn't use the pool, hot tub or exercise room, but they looked nice. It is close to the airport, has free shuttle service, restaurants within walking distance and CLEAN! Very good value for the money.

Very conveninet to Airport. The hotel has great front hall and restaurant. The room is clean. The bed is confortable.

great staff, but absolutely dirty filthy dated pit

We take room cleanliness very seriously and have procedures in place where every room is double checked by our housekeeping leaders prior to having new guests arrive.
