Staff was good but the first room I was given the TV came on but no channels. The second room they gave me there were roaches/bugs in bathroom. I bought a can of Raid and probably killed 25-30 bugs over 4 nights. The room had a window unit AC but no heater. Would be fine most of the year but it was in the low 50s at night when I was there and room got down to 60 degrees at night. Floor left your feet black with dirt on the bottom with very little walking on it. Have stayed here several times over the last few years. Had trouble the last time too. Was never more than a “buget” hotel but it has REALLY GONE DOWNHILL. Won’t be staying there again.

This place is a complete catfish, found bugs crawling up the walls, hallways and rooms smell like cigarettes we found ants everywhere. Half the furniture was falling apart we even had to ask for a ring change, cause the smell was so bad

People working there were super nice, but the first room they put us in was disgusting. They had mold all over the place, the AC was hot, and there was blood stains on the floor. And there were dirty linens all lining the hallway. That was on the second floor. The fourth floor was a lot better after we were moved to another room, but definitely “you get what you pay for”

During my stay, I discovered bed bugs in the room. After returning home, I have developed itchy bites on my hands and legs, which is consistent with bed bug exposure. This situation has caused significant discomfort, stress, and potential risk of bringing bed bugs into my home. I am now having to treat my belongings, wash all clothing, and monitor my residence for any signs of infestation.

I started to get sick and thought maybe just allergies, was a few cold nights and we used the heater and ac unit. Last night there we happened to notice tons of mold or (moldy mice poop) inside the ac units. Location is great and so is price but after being so sick never again.

It was OK. The room smell very fresh but the water from toilet poured out when flushed, we were placed in a room right next to elevator and the elevator noise roared all night making it hard to sleep. TV didn’t work and had to be swapped out. There was no bath towels in bathroom, a piece of iron stuck out from underneath bed which is dangerous because you can’t see it until you hit it with your foot that caused me a lot of pain. Walls were cracking and paint peeling , holes in wall near unit to the point you can see outside. Price should match how rooms look. These rooms are priced to high to be in condition they are in.

I stayed here for 4 nights. When we arrived there were pharaoh ants crawling on the front desk wall. Upon entering my hotel room there were more pharaoh ants crawling in the bathroom and some type of creepy crawly that came out underneath the bed. We made sure to put any type of food and sweets in the fridge or threw it out in the trash downstairs to keep the ants out, The place smelled clean but all the metal items in the room such as the towel holders and lighting were rusted and falling off the wall. All electricity sockets were worn out and could not hold our plug electrical items. The microwave had old food inside and never been cleaned. The room felt wet and damp at all times even though the humidifier ran constantly it was not enough to rid the room of moisture. Do not expect any peace and quiet as you could hear every footstep and noise all night coming from the hallways. This hotel needs some basic upgrade remodel but I was glad to have a roof over my head and a hot shower during my stay in Orlando. I also have to say the staff was friendly.
