Staff was good but the first room I was given the TV came on but no channels. The second room they gave me there were roaches/bugs in bathroom. I bought a can of Raid and probably killed 25-30 bugs over 4 nights. The room had a window unit AC but no heater. Would be fine most of the year but it was in the low 50s at night when I was there and room got down to 60 degrees at night. Floor left your feet black with dirt on the bottom with very little walking on it. Have stayed here several times over the last few years. Had trouble the last time too. Was never more than a “buget” hotel but it has REALLY GONE DOWNHILL. Won’t be staying there again.

We found black mold in the air condition unit. The room was very dirty and the hallways for dirty. There was trash and used towels in the hall for our entire stay, and our room was only serviced once. We got trapped in the elevator, and someone tried to enter our room at 3 am. Would not recommend

The hotels is run down. It looks nothing like the pictures. My room smelled like mildew and there’s black mold on the ceilings. I woke up coughing. The shower was dripping water all night.

Room was very run down hole in the door, curtains ripped,sink had ants coming out of it. Hotel states game room which they did not have just empty room with chairs, workout room just had boxes in it, pool says heated on website but it’s not. But for the pice I paid it did what it needed to do spent most of time site seeing

We had to leave as soon as we arrived because the whole place is in terrible condition. We checked out after the first night of four that we were meant to stay for. The were cockroaches, broken lights, dirty mattresses, covers and sticky floor, among other things. I’m looking to get the remaining three nights refunded since we ended up checking out much earlier than anticipated and staying at a different hotel.
