The staff was nice and helpful. The room was fine and clean for the most part. Our shower leaked water on the floor and the hairdryer needed to be cleaned. The elevators were really slow. The football game crowd over whelmed the hotel restaurant so I wish management would have had more staff to handle the load better.

this Hotel was very clean and up-to-date. The only problem is the parking you have to pay for. Or you could Valley with the Hotel. I found this out the hard way. When checking out. I had a ticket on my window. The Hotel staff at check-in didn’t inform me that the property did not have selfparking for the guest.

First we had to wait told we would be CALLED @ 10 after 4, I went to front desk to find out room had been ready but not really I guess. Got to room floors dirty NO AIR!!!!! told attendant in hallway & he promised to get maintanence to repair. Went to Lainey Wilson concert hoping for air when we got back BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. took a nap left at 5:30 am.... Worst monies ever spent..
