I have to say worst Marriott in town. Not only did we have to move rooms three times because the AC did not work in any of the rooms on the 10th floor. Finally after been put into a whole different floor and room we decided to go out for a night in town. When we got back there was no parking in the parking garage that I payed for. So they obligated me to pay for a parking space that is part of the city. I ask how is this possible and if I can get a refund for my parking since I had to pay for a different parking place and the employee at the desk said no is just the way it’s been. We were exhausted so decided to just leave it at that. The next day we thought the pool would be a great sight and relaxing moment. We were wrong!! The pool was messy. Umbrellas were broken. Dirty towels everywhere knowing they could possibly be infected. No service available anywhere. I give it 1 star and will never go back here. It’s sad to know they represent Marriott because with such a good reputation this one is the worst.

I paid $500 for two night stay. The pool was closed, which I did not know. Instead of replacing my sheets, they reused the same one, which was dirty from my makeup...etc.

Manager of restaurant upgraded my meal because of a very minor mistake in kitchen.

Fridge didn’t work they didn’t honor a military discount and ac barely worked the room was hot and never cooled down talked to the front desk and they said they would take care of it. Never happened

The air conditioner stopped working over night, the engineer was professional and prompt. Hot water was not consistent, again egineer tried. I went ro restaurant and paid at time of service, my room was charged. Even thus they were very nice it took an extra 40 mins at check out to fix this even with my credit card reciept in hand

The hotel itself was clean and nice, and the rooms were great as well. The check in process, however, was terrible. We waited 3 hours for check in, only to find out that other people who booked the same room type as us, and arrived to check in 2 hours after us, were given their room before us. We were told multiple times that our room would "be ready soon" and the whole thing was ridiculous. It took me calling out the fact that they gave other people their rooms before us to finally get our room assigned. Other people said they had been waiting even longer. We were given free valet as compensation, which is also strange, because the whole property is required to use valet parking, at $26 a night. Outrageous. I understand that the hotel was experiencing high volume due to events in the area, but they should have expected this, knowing that their hotel was sold out for the night, and hired more staff, etc. to be sure to be ready for guests. This is a Marriott, not a small family owned hotel, so there is no reason to have had this experience. We even watched multiple people we assume were managers standing around, instead of jumping in and helping out.

I loved the clean modern aesthetic. The room was great! Wood styled plank floors in room, so no dirty carpet. Colors were soothing, not busy or ugly. I have never loved being in a hotel, till now.

Great downtown location, friendly check in. The most annoying this about marriotts is the housekeeping knocking on your door before check out time when you have the privacy sign on your door.

The customer service was outstanding and kind. Housekeeping always did a fabulous job. I felt very taken care of.

We got this hotel room at a great price. Super quick and friendly check in, clean and beautiful room. The pool was under construction, but nothing you can do about that. I suggest this place. Close to Amway for events.
