The fitness center is great

Overall was great but you can hear people on the hallways and the guest on the floor because of the doors opening at the bottom of the room. Need to be more sound proof to have a good rest.

This hotel is located in a dicey area of downtown Orlando, which we did not know. Furthermore, the property is not cleaned frequently enough. I could see dirt and grime in the common restrooms in lobby and in the fitness center. The place is really just meh

Great staff and clean rooms

The staff was extremely helpful and personable. They were able to quickly resolve any issues I had. The hotel restaurant food options were very tasty. The only thing I did not like was having to pay for metered parking.

The property details lists 24 hour room service but they do not offer that. Also the lobby bar has very rude, lazy bartenders that will refuse to make a drink and only offer to give you a beverage they can hand you without making themselves.

I like how breathe taking it is since the moment you walked in the lobby.

Location was good room was average

Upscale hotel. Clean, friendly, and incredible location. Starbucks and restaurant/bar onsite.

Paid garage not mentioned. Sketchy area to leave car unattended.

Conference was here. All things under one roof. There were not too many places to eat or shop within walking distance.
