I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at [EO INN] on 03/16/25
The experience was far below acceptable standards, and I am requesting a full refund due to the numerous issues I encountered.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I immediately noticed that the surrounding construction made it extremely difficult to locate and access the property. This significant inconvenience was not disclosed in any of the hotel’s advertisements or booking details.
Once inside, my experience worsened. My room had a severe roach infestation, which is entirely unacceptable for any lodging establishment. Additionally, my television was not functioning, and despite bringing this to the staff’s attention, no effort was made to resolve the issue or offer me an alternative room. Given these conditions, my stay was not only uncomfortable but also unsanitary and unsafe.
The misleading advertising, unsanitary conditions, and lack of customer service have left me with no choice but to formally demand a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no alternative but to escalate this complaint to the appropriate health and consumer protection agencies, as well as leave a detailed account of my experience in public reviews.
