Staff were super nice and helpful. Next time I’ll be sure to book my room towards the back of the Hotel away from busy traffic noise.
Barely one star hotel. Bathroom ceiling paint falling off, common areas not good, “balcony” left with dirty chairs and overflowing ashtray. Did not stay.
Unique style. Non corporate feel
The location near Eola park and downtown Orlando is very convenient. The on site parking is quite an advantage in the downtown area without extra fees. The room I had was quite small and the traffic can be a bit noisy. The WiFi is rather poor. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The room was very small with no closet or space to store any clothing. The TV did not work. The balcony was very spacious, however, the only thing separating me from the neighbors on either side was a white sheet. Very uncomfortable. The bed seemed more like a full and not a Queen. I checked out within 30 mins of my arrival.

Great location. Very friendly staff. The balcony is semi-private but worked out nice. There’s no amenities in the hotel but it’s ok. The close proximity to everything makes up for that. Great for the price in downtown Orlando.
