No internet so no Netflix or apps on tv staff no very warm or inviting the Starbucks on location is a joke couldn't even get a decent coffee thats if they wernt to distract to tend to customers all they care about was you attending a sale pitch

2 bed premium apt in building 1 great view over lake eve , furniture in lounge bit tired but bedrooms really nice would stay here again great location pool at building 1 is quiet during day as it is shaded but can be busy at night and is open till 11pm ask for a room up upper floor and room ending 01 or 13 as these 2 bed apt are bigger and better layout , have experienced both layouts at building 1 2 other pools 1 mainly adults and the main pool is huge

We were with out hot water for the first 24 hours, and were told they were working on it,, finally we asked to be moved to a different building. I got a call 30 min before check out to hear that they needed to enter the room for a leak above and they needed to come immediately,,, they never showed up and we just left. Not too sure I would return with all the other great resorts in the area.

Our trip was wonderful. Very relaxing and that’s what we were looking for. My only complaint/issue which was resolved concerned the elevator in our Bldg 8. For first 3 days only one elevator available and it was making noises. I called the front desk to notify them and the next day the elevator that wasn’t working when we arrived, was now working. Don’t know if original elevator that I complained about got fixed because we had no need to use it after the 2nd elevator was working.
