Was impressed by the clean room, clean smell. Didn't have that "hotel room " smell! Spacious, with 2 Tvs , great for families. Good breakfast choices.

One night stop before heading to Disney resort. This was a great place to refresh and rest. Beds are very comfortable. Staff very accommodating. Complementary breakfast was phenomenal!

This hotel was perfect! The pool was great, the room was large, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was nice. My only complaint is that the shuttle to Disney was late going and coming.

We reported our floor being wet next to the window and bed but no one came or done anything. Very dissatisfied!!

We were a party of four from Ponce, Puerto Rico coming in for the weekend. The hotel was very clean. The hotel personnel were very customer service oriented. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed was comfy too. The only suggestion is the parking fee unnecessary. Hotel very close to parks and great restaurants

Nice and clean hotel. The room on 5.th floor was big and comfortable, 2 tv-s, sofa and table area for a kid. Pool area was good, parking free! Simple and nice place.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated and for it's price, it's very accommodating. The breakfast is really good, it includes waffle, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, etc. so that you can last way beyond lunch hours until you're hungry again. The Wi-Fi is pretty reliable too. The only critique I have is that the air either makes your room either too cold or too warm and the sheets and bedding aren't very warm. The hotel is not that close to the convention center so you have to drive there, but it's a few blocks away from all the restaurants.

very nice , good time ,good amenities, great breakfast.

Room was not very clean and air conditioning was not working very well, water pressure in the shower very low

The hotel lobby is nice and well decorated. The rooms are old, Think 1995, but clean. The problem I had was with the staff. We visited this week for one night. We had a very early morning flight and this hotel was only booked for location and a good night’s sleep. I requested a 5 am wake-up call (so it was clear the we needed a restful night’s sleep). The hotel was rather empty. (If the hotel is empty there is no excuse for putting people close enough to hear the neighbors). This hotel was Nowhere near full capacity. Unfortunately they still chose to put us in a room by loud noisy drunk people (loud music blaring, laughing, banging, shouting, pounding, jumping, screaming, etc.). I finally called and complained at 12:30 in the night. They said they would send security, but they never did. The noise continued until 4 AM. THIS WAS A MONDAY NIGHT. There is no excuse for that. So much for a good night’s sleep. Then at my 6 am checkout my bill was wrong. NEVER AGAIN. Not family friendly. Only go if you like a loud party hotel.

I am very pleased with this location. I have just spent a second week there and found that the quality equaled what I experienced before. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including fresh fruit and yogurt. Walking across the parking area allowed for dinner options so I never had to take the car out.The beds were comfy. a great value.

I have stayed at this chain before and I love that the rooms are spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with nice décor.

I booked for a 2 double bed room. When I checked in I was told that there's none available. They gave us a room in Fairfield which was next door. When we got there, the room was dark and dingy so I calles Springhill and told them I was not staying at Fairfield and they will have to find us a room in the hotel where I booked for. We had to walk back to Springhill . Pls note that my family and I had just spent all day walking at Epcot and Magic Kingdom so we were all tired and Springhill made us go back and forth. Finally, they have us a room which was exactly what I booked, a 2 double bed. So why did they make us go to Fairfield if they had a room after all? This was very poor customer service for a Marriott hotel.

Stayed one night..clean,comfortable room less than 1mi from downtown disney..would stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing accomodations in the lake buena vista/downtown disney area..hotel is less than 2 minutes from the clearance outlets and is only 2 short exits away from sea world/universal studios and international drive.

Nice location, great breakfast, comfy room, & nice staff

The best thing about this hotel is their breakfast, we enjoyed every morning during our stay. The room has mini refrigerator and microwave which is really convenient.

We had a wonderful impromptu visit to Orlando, and found this hotel met our needs perfectly! It was quiet, had a great breakfast and was conveniently located to all attractions. Restaurants and shopping very nearby. Loved the pool area as well as the workout room. Our sweet, while small, was well appointed. We saved money by buying some items at the grocery store and taking advantage of the fridge and microwave. Highly recommend!

We've stayed in Orlando many times but this is our favorite hotel yet! Everything was great

Nice and comfortable rooms. Breakfast wasn't great but it was ok... it's a Continental breakfast + eggs.
