Breakfast was very good. I was a little disappointed with the room. The room was clean and spacious, but there are no towel bars to hang your wet towels on in the bathroom. The only towel bar was one small bar that held the clean towels. The toilet was not as clean as I thought it should be. The handicap rail in the shower was not in a very convenient place for anybody that might have a balance issue. There was no plastic mat for the shower either. The tub was a little slippery.

Room and carpet floor where the rooms are located need to be cleaned. Carpet has soiled spots and rooms need the furniture cleaned & curtains need to be cleaned. Bed was clean in the room. Just overall it was a decent stay but they need to do a deep cleaning on the carpet and room furniture. Also the free shuttle was disappointing because it’s contracted through a third party so you have to book 24 hours in advance and take whatever time slots are available. If it’s not you have to find your own way to the parks. Free Breakfast was really good with variety.

Our stay was pleasant. Close to shopping and dining areas. Check in and and check out process was quick and seamless. Hotel staff was helpful and welcoming. Only issues are daily parking rate is a bit expensive and wish pool was open a bit longer (closes off at 10pm) Shower can also be upgraded. Overall 7/10 experience.

This was my second time staying here. I must say it’s a lovely property. The room was very spacious. The pool area was nice as well. The breakfast was amazing plenty of Mickey Mouse waffles to go around. Also was very close to the parks. Definitely will be booking here in the future
