The Lakeshore Reserve is a fantastic resort that is great for families. It has one of the best and warmest pools around. My son really enjoyed the water slides. The activities staff are very friendly and made the stay exceptional.
Stayed in a three bedroom townhouse and loved it. Plenty of room for 8 of us and the pool and grounds were immaculate. My only issue was having to call to have some repairs done that should have been taken care of ahead of time. The people who clean the units would have known of these issues so why don’t they tell anyone? That being said I would still go back
This is the third time we have stayed here. We just went for a moms trip and these villas were perfect! The pool is beautiful.. the outside bar is nice and the breezeway with the couches is just a relaxing place to hang out. It's also convenient that you can use the adjoining hotel facilities on the property as well. We took the grounds shuttle over to the Ritz and had a lovely dinner. I would love to continue staying on this property every trip we take to Orlando!
We stayed in the studio lock off for two nights. Room was nicely appointed but a little cramped for three adults with luggage. Air conditioner cooled the room, but was unable to remove the humidity, so it was very damp. The buildings and grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the pool and water slides are awesome.
This is our second visit to Lakeshore and we loved it as much this time around as the previous. We vacation in Orlando quite often and this is our favorite Orlando resort. A few things we are particularly fond of: 1. The lazy river pool - it's not particularly large as far as lazy rivers go, but it's wonderful for floating around with a cool drink and enjoying the gorgeous scenery. 2. Blossoms (the pool side bar & grill) - great bar menu and a really nice place to hangout after a day in the sun 3. The friendly staff - we've noticed this both times we stayed here. 4. The Grande Lakes resort area. Lakeshore is a short walking distance from the JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton, and there is a wonderful walking path that runs along the entire resort. I started every day with a walk along this path - the grounds are very scenic and immaculately groomed. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time in the sun.
Gared Hassel is a very nice person. He makes you smile and brightens your day.Gared is so nice he had a chat with my friends and family and then set up a family trivia for us.He is very funny and plays games and does activities with the kids. If you go to Marriot Hotel he will always give you a big , happy smile! 👍🏻😁🤩I think he is the best activity person!!! 🥰😜👍🏻😁🤩😂😃😉
Family spring break with 4 teenage boys. The resort is beautiful and much quieter than we anticipated. Our boys were typically the only ones in the pool after 9 PM. But they loved the fact that the pool stays open until 11 PM. One thing that really stood out to us was just how friendly the staff was. Our two bedroom was very nice and we were so pleased that the kitchen had everything we needed for family dinners, including a pizza cutter. Top notch resort!
We booked this as a short stay trade with Interval International. This is a smaller, quiet beautiful property. Part of our wheel was business but during off days we enjoyed daily offerings here. Property staff was all very kind and helpful. We will return here anytime.
Have been vacationing in this place for 8 years and will be back there again next year. This vacation resort was built in 2010 and has about 80 rooms, but he facility was planned for many more rooms. Thus it is very/fairly quiet in the pool and always plant of chairs available. The best part is the lazy river. It takes about 15 minutes to float the length of it and is the best way to relax. The Blossoms restaurant is outdoor, but can be heated in the winter when the temperature drops. Gym is adequate for work arounds. For fancy dinners you can go to the JW Marriott or Ritz-Carlton next door. Absolute Gem. Should really no do this because it may attract more guests.
The landscaping is beautiful, the lazy river pool is relaxing, the rooms are well appointed. With all that said, the staff here is above all else. Everyone says hello and actually talks to you. Also, the walking path along the creek is a highlight because you see birds of all kinds as well as other little creatures. We would return in a heartbeat.
