With extra Time Share points we stopped here for 2 nites on the way to Marco Island, Fla. We were treated to a check-in with room being ready immediately, all pre check was met and we ventured to happy hour at Blossoms, on the property.

We are spending 5 nights at Lakeshore Reserve, and it's a wonderful spot. This is a smaller resort by Marriott Vacation Club standards although it will expand over the years. Currently, the intimate nature of this well designed resort makes you feel as if you are living on a private estate. This is a very comfortable but also very elegant resort that's designed for privacy - a lazy pool that has lots of spots to relax in comfort, garden walkways to the pool from the buildings, and many areas to relax in that are very comfortable and stylish. We are here during the busy season so there is lots of activity but the staff is very accommodating and ready to make your visit memorable. This is a spot that cares about the details. There are a JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton nearby which adds to the elegance of the surroundings.

My husband and I stayed here with two of our grown up children for a week in December after returning from a Caribbean cruise. We had lovely weather and a gorgeous clean and well equipped two bedroom apartment. Our balcony faced south so we had sunshine all day, and our view was across the lake. We spent most of our days onsite relaxing at the central outdoor pool area, which is laid out in lazy river style. The water was warm and inviting, and there was plenty of space, shade and sun beds for everyone, creating a very chilled vibe (unlike the neighbouring large busy Marriott Hotel to which we also had access). There were also some water slides for the kids, and other low key facilities like ping pong tables. We absolutely loved this place, so relaxing!

We booked this place because there were 2 waterslides with height limit of 42 inches. What a great decision. This was the nicest Marriott property we have ever stayed on. 4 of us shared a 1 bedroom unit. It had a little kitchen & a nice little balcony. There was a couch bed in the living room. The king bed was comfy. The room was quiet. We all slept great. We spent an entire day at the pool. The lazy river and waterslides were so fun. We got frozen drinks from the pool bar & pizza from the store there. We bought inner tubes for $6.99 at the store. We also bought bacon & eggs & supplies & the prices weren’t too bad. We ate dinner 1 night in the pool restaurant & walked over to the jw next door to eat by their pool the 2nd night. If I ever needed a hotel in the Orlando area this is where I’d stay. The pool is like a hidden gem. It’s a hidden quiet uncrowded oasis. Can’t say enough great things about this beautiful quiet property.

Awesome pool! Beautiful grounds. Nice walking area between this, the Ritz and JW. Quiet. Not much going on at night as compared to the Grand Vista. Good location -- easy access to I-Drive. Hard to get a condo here. King suites are okay with kitchen area.

We were awakened by the blaring sound of the buildings fire alarm at 1am in the morning. We called the front desk and the staff member on duty stated no need to evacuate. We Evacuated to the front of the building with several others, and awaited instructions by staff. No staff had appeared to speak to awaiting and anxious residents who had evacuated due to alarms. The Fire department had appeared a few minutes later and entered the building, still no staff instructions. Firemen concluded a floor to floor search then exited and stated to return inside. Upon settling in again the alarm blasted for two more incidents. Due to our inconvenience, we cut our trip short and returned home. We should at least be credited back for our one night pre paid with points. Awaiting some type of response and compensation.

This is our 4th stay at this MVC and it’s always perfect. It’s one of newer, higher end and exclusive Marriott timeshares in the Orlando area and our family’s favorite. We’ve stayed at every Orlando MVC timeshare and are always thrilled when we can score a seat at the Lakeshore Reserve. The pool, slides and lazy river are a hit with our kids. The units are large and perfectly appointed. We look forward to return during our next trip to Orlando.

We decided to try this location because the lazy river looked great - and it is great. It isn't a white water rapid - but a gentle current that winds around in square through beautiful grounds. If you don't bring your own raft - you can buy them in the market on the premises - where they will blow up your rafts which is great. Additionally, the townhouses are really nice but you do have steps which might be a concern for some.

We really like this family orientated hotel. The staff is very friendly and the kids love the pool. We like the location and the fact that you are near the JW and Ritz as well. The Hotel manager, Esean Valero, was particularly helpful and professional. We hope to return next year!

Definition of perfect...park and chill, close to everything (parks), golf, easy access to airport. So my point is, perfect is in the eye of the behold..spender. We were visiting my brother in Dr Phillips and wanted a single night stay for a romantic Valentine’s Day where we could park and chill and walk bar/restaurant to bar/restaurant and this is it. Lazy rivers, running trails, food, beer live music on a Wednesday. Let’s put it this way, we had three more days after a quick stop in Homosassa with family and my wife was on the website refreshing until a room opened up. LOVE IT. Everyone is super nice and engaging which is a Marriott trait and we’ll be collecting some serious Marriott points as we come back a lot over the com g years for my brother’s new baby boy. Loved, love and will continue to love this place. Just stay and you’ll see.
