Universal Loews Sapphire - Good choice

Beginning with check in, Austin and Aristotle were extremely helpful in our check in process, informative, professional and friendly. Will definitely stay at the Loews should we come back to Orlando.

Front desk literally lied to us when we asked for the highest floor possible she said they don’t have anything available after pretending to go and talking to the manager. And she placed us on the first level with a view to the dog park, turns out these rooms are for families with pets and kids when my wife is allergic to dogs. They did fix it by moving us to a different higher floor level that “ was not available” when we actually asked for it.

I love the way we where greeted by the front desk her name was Mariangel and she went above and beyond to welcome us and start the trip off with a huge positive she even gave us a complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade facing the lake and jetty for river boat taxi because we where celebrating our honeymoon she is a very helpful universal staff member great to have this when you arrive.
