This is our favorite hotel. The pool is beautiful easy to enjoy after a day in the parks or just to take a break from the parks in the middle of the day. This hotel has easy access to the theme parks, easy to walk to. Food options are basic. The staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant.

I’ve stayed onsite with Universal many times in various properties but never stayed at Sapphire falls until recently - the hotel was immaculate,rooms well sized,comfortable beds,great facilities and upon check in we had a complimentary upgrade to a suite - which was just fantastic!
