This is our second year that we stay in the property. Love that is Family Friendly, staff are super duper nice and the rooms are perfectly clean. My girls love the recently renovated pool area and the fact that they could played minigolf acrossed the street. The location of the hotel is perfect, closed to the park, shopping center and eating areas.

Room is extremely noisy. You can easily hear everyone in the suite next door (even if they are speaking at normal conversation volume). Any knock on the next door neighbor suite sounds like it is for your room. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Location is convenient

We unfortunately had to cut our trip short by one night due to an impending snowstorm at home, they were gracious enough to refund us for the night we were unable to use. (Expedia helped with that too) The room was great. It was bright, quiet and well-appointed. A little dated in terms of cabinets/dressers - some of the door pulls popped off in hands and drawers were difficult to open, but we didn't really use them.

Worst setup of rooms. Was loud and had to carry luggage up flights of stairs. No parking at night. Had to walk very far to our room. Will never return. This was also a studio. No privacy at all!!!

The property was very clean and well maintained and the staff were very nice. The room was exceedingly small with a soaking tub right in the center. It's really only functional for one person. The parking situation is absolutely atrocious with an overflow lot quite a ways away. Cool was very nice and the fitness center was nice too.

The staff was great at check-in and a few days later they surprised me with a bottle of champagne and balloons (super thoughtful) as I was there celebrating my birthday. The macaw was super cool (I believe his name was Charlie). And the room was nice and clean. The coffee shop had every type of snack. The only con to my visit was the neighbors being super loud (you could hear them through the adjoining door and the vents). Overall, I would definitely stay there again!
