Had a great stay, will definitely return

Booked for one night after a cruise and needing to fly out 6am the next morning. Be aware that the “resort” will add a $20 resort fee regardless of the stay. The place has heavy use and it shows. The property looks like it used to be an apartment complex, then chopped up into rooms. Our one bedroom had an adjoining door. This was a single door with multiple locks. Both light and loud laughter could seen and heard late into the night. This is not a typical Hilton property experience. I will say those at the front desk were extremely pleasant, both checkin and check out.

Bad small, bad service

Great staff! Property had some really good amenities - the rooms itself need a nea carpet from normal wear & tear.

Booked for the jacuzzi tub...it had no working jets and the water never got warm/hot. Wasnt able to use it

No turn down service, entering property at night requires card to open gate which didn’t always work. Water in showers was inconsistent. One morning no hot water. Steps going up to the upper floors were wet and dangerous and slippery when it rained

Amazing staff...great service comfortable room

Property and staff were fine until 12 am and our next door neighbors decided to argue, and smoke Marijuana all night. It was so strong that it began to come under our door. I knew that we'd be offered another room , but we had to pack all of our belongings to do so. So we decided to just leave and head back to sc with 3 children at 12 am!!! Mind u this was an extra night, we had already been there for 4 nights prior . Just wish our last night was as peaceful as the 4 nights prior!

There was space for everyone in our group, our unit was freshly cleaned, the staff was super nice, and the kids loved the pool, mini golf, and basketball court.

The room (king single) was nice. The room and property was clean. Staff interactions were all positive. Parking was very crowded. The property is so loud. You can hear people in the room next to you, you can hear people walking up stairs, you can hear every word exchanged in the hallways (even at normal volume). Earplugs made it a little better, but this is not the place for a good night of sleep. Very unfortunate because everything else is great!

The place is very decent and clean for the price.

Rooms were fairly clean and the staff mostly friendly. I probably wouldn't stay again because the walls are paper thin and my neighbor kept my up until 1 am every night. People smoking on the balconies was also a negative.

Thank you so much for your feedback, we really appreciate it. We do apologize if your stay did not meet your expectations. The resort fee of 20 is charged at the moment of the arrival, you should've gotten an e-mail confirmation with such information in it as well as being displayed before booking the reservation. As far as the noise we have security to deal with such incidents as noise during quite hours is prohibited at the resort. We hope to welcome you back and make your stay more enjoyable.

Hello Mr. Brunner. We're sorry for the way you feel about your stay. That being said, you had admitted to us that you had ironed all of your clothes and the last article of clothing was the shirt that you had damaged. Per the washing instructions for this type of shirt, you are not meant to iron it due to possible damage. The damage was user error in this case and the iron is working as it should. We cannot be held accountable for the damage that occurred to your item knowing all of these facts.
