I booked this resort abd when I arrived at the resort the room that was provided was dirty, smelled of cat urine, and had the door's locking mechanism exposed (which felt very unsafe). I asked to change rooms and was told I would have a nice room. The "nice room provided was not much better, the carpet had parts that were seperating from the wall and floor, one of the chairs were broken and later on I found out the tub drain was clogged. They sent a security gaurd with a plunger to unclog the drain and a ball of hair, toilet paper, and im not even sure whay else was in that came up from the drain. I asked to cancel the rest of my stay and requested a refund. I took pictures for proof and when I submitted them to orbitz I was informed that my refund was denied. The pictures on the orbitz website are not current pictures of the rooms. This is very misleading.

I won’t even give them a 1 start this is a horrible dirty place to stay at the rugs have stain and the phone in the room are not working broken phones and the worst part is even that the paint of the wall is peeling off and as you open the room door all 3 rooms that I book have a horrible smell. As soon i check in i went and ask them to give me back my deposit that will be sent back to the account in a few days,as the receptionist told me to call the company where I booked my room from see what the can help me with out which I did i called the 2 website that i book my room from and they told me they will send a request refund to the hotel that i rent the room from and they did not refund me back my money even if i did not spend my days there i was not satisfied with nothing there especially when you have kids it’s not god for them there al always book hotel rooms and resort but this was the worst hotel ever I booked and got experience from I would never go back here.

I stood in line to check in for 90 minutes. I refused the first room because the beds weren’t made. I refused the second room because the sheets were stained and there were approximately 1000 bugs in the bathroom. I refused room number three because the sheets and carpet were dirty. I’m and I refused to sleep in the fourth room they offered me because it was 90 degrees and smelled like febreeze. The staff is rude as well.

Motel misrepresents rates online. Snuck in fees without telling me and I only knew when I checked my online account. Onsite manager refuses to return calls or email. Another manager promised to follow up and never did. Third manager responded and refuses to remove unauthorized, deceptive fees or to accept responsibility for employee miscommunication. Rooms are filthy, phones don’t work, ice machines don’t work, no housekeeping yet they add on additional fees. Front desk staff rude. Reserved King bed and the air in the room was broken, asked to be moved and was given room with twin beds, says no kings available. They said they “upgraded me” because of no other kings. Upgrade? King to twin? Horrible experience and management is clearly inexperienced and uncaring about the customers, only want to collect as much as they can with no regard to their horrible facilities and untrained staff.

Room wast bad once you get in, property is terribly maintained and run down. Multiple units with doors kicked in and wide open. For the price, the room itself is not bad at all, just so long as you stay inside. The property is just a mess but for being so close to Orlando's main attractions it's hard to beat the price.

Upon entering the room it smelled like it was a hotel for dogs. The couch was full of dog hair, the wallpaper was ripping off the walls, the bed sheets were covered in dark stains, and the AC unit emitted a bad smell. Terrible place to stay.

Very run down!
Very run down hotel that did not look anything like the photos on the internet. The poor night auditor was overwhelmed with a long line of people waiting to check in. We passed two, out of order, ice machines on the way to our room as well as a pool with no furniture. For the money, it was ok to sleep there but I would not stay again.

Staff was friendly. Only good thing was the location of the hotel. It is no where near a “resort”. You get what you pay for if I’m being honest. Hotel rooms were absolutely filthy. Rusted out doors, fridge, lamps. Door closed and locked but one kick to it a someone would be in your room. Sheets were stained and the whole room smelled like mold. No fitted sheets on the beds, just a normal top sheet tucked in. Rooms look no where near the pictures.
