Decent hotel. Nice pools, clean rooms. Affordable and very close to everything. Front desk check in folks could be a little more friendly.

Horrible experience. But I was able to get a full refund.

My wife and two of our children spent 3 nights here while visiting Disney world, the room was clean and comfortable, the shuttle service was great, all in all we enjoyed this property...

Was about what you'd expect for a low-end "resort" in this area. Was OK for the price. Only wanted an over-night stay so we could stay in the park until closing and not drive 2 hours getting home, so it fit our needs. Room was clean but the carpet was very stained. The biggest down-side was the poor condition of the exercise room. Out of the six machines there, only one treadmill was working. No way to change volume or channel on the TV, although leaving the TV on the cartoon channel was probably a good family-friendly choice.

Very good hotel , booked through Orbitz. I attended the Mobile tech expo

Price was excellent but carpets need cleaned and the room smelled of mildew. Staff was friendly. Beds are a little hard. Room was large.

Mold in the bathroom, floors were very dirty especially next to the sink where my daughter wanted to crawl. Found a dangly earring that wasn't mine. Bathroom tub clogged up while showering so was in a tub of water as it drained slowly. The room was not like the pictures on their site

Nice people, easy parking, clean, safe, nice room, the best choice if you need a place just for spending the nigth, having a good breakfast the next morning and spending the rest of your day going to parks or shopping

The staff was not friendly. WIFI did not work. Hotel was dated and was not very clean. Didn't feel comfortable. Don't let the pictures fool you.

Cheap hotel close to a lot of attractions but the quality of the hotel was very poor. The room was very dated with old furniture/fixtures, had a stale smell, the room still had hair and eyelashes from the previous guest. The bathtub was not clean. The bed and sheets are low quality. The walkways had overflowing trash cans and were smelly. I chose a cheap hotel so my expectations were not high but I was still disappointed, I would choose a Super 8/Motel 6 over this hotel.

Seriously, if you are going to Orlando for some time traveling experience stay in this hotel. Nothing was down done to it since it was build. They call themself a resort and will charge you a $10 a day resort fee, sorry guys you are not a resort. Place like that is clearly a motel. Pictures look nice, but in reality its a one sad place.

Carpeting was old and stained. Toilet fixtures and showers showed signs of discoloration and the walls were in need of a fresh coat of paint. I thoroughly checked the bed for bedbugs and was happy to not find any. However I did have the unfortunate experience of running into a large cockroach running across the floor in the middle the night when I went to use the restroom.

The room entrance light was broken, the walk- way was dirty poorly lite , had a odor . I could not stay their. Went to check out the manager was very rude.

Nice Hotel and friendly staff. The location was was also very convenient just a little scary when walking in room because people were hanging out outside of the room.

Very outdated motel type atmosphere. Needs major upgrades. Broken phone in room, no alarm clock, slow sink and shower drains, peeling paint, stained rugs.

People are nice. Close to Disney. Good breakfast with reasonable price. PizzaHot inside. Close to everything.

AC continues to run nonstop due to bad seal of door, toilet running continuously, dripping inside walls by sink, possibly bed bugs as very itchy and apparent small red bites by foot causing restless nights

Worst "hotel" ever: - Super slow check in, took about 30 minutes, only one person working. She didn't seem to care, about 7 people in line trying to check in. - They completely ignored room requests to be on the first floor (bad knees). She informed me, "we don't have to honor requests". - Check out is noon, but "housekeeping" will be banging on your door at around 8:30am, and they won't stop until you literally yell at them. Then, when you call front desk about this issue, there response is, "uh....sorry?". Room: - Room was gross. Dead bugs on the walls/doors. - MOLD - everywhere. On the ceiling, on the shower head. All black. Front desk again, seemed to not care. - Sheets had sticky seed pods on them, like they ran though the fields with them. - I've slept on floors softer than these mattresses. - AC smelt a bit musty, not shocking with the amount of mold. - Lamps may or may not work, depending on how many times you want to twist the switches. - 4 TV channels, but the tv was a newer LCD, the only updated thing in the room. - Carpets have seem some things. I refused to walk barefoot in fear of catching something. - The "couch" must also have some stories to tell from the different color stains all over it. "Resort": - Definitely not a resort. The pools are nice, if you don't need a towel. They are not provided. - The "grounds" are overgrown, and neglected. We stayed at this hotel a couple years back, and it was nicer. The manager was amazing, the rooms were clean

When we pulled up the cops were out front trying to calm a customer down from a confrontation she has with the front desk. While I was checking in, the front desk personnel was so disrtracted with the cops out front that she wasn't paying attention to checking me in, she failed to clearly explain wher my room was, Its a pretty big place and it was dark it would have been nice to have someone escort us to our room. We arrived from a flight from Texas at 7:30 pm and the numbers to the room were small, we had a hard time locating the room. The room smelled like mildew.
