Our room was dirty, the sink faucet was not properly in place and grouted, so water was leaking underneath, and I had to put a towel underneath so the floor did not get wet. One pool is closed and the other is dirty, has not been cleaned, so nobody uses it. The mini golf course is closed as well the playground, and they are in disrepair, with overgrown vegetation and covered in leaves. Breakfast is mostly bagels, croissants and slices of bread, good thing they have toaster. Hard boiled eggs and freshly sliced oranges. The waffle machines are nice Milk, orange and apple juice in glass jugs to pour from. If it were not for breakfast and free shuttle bus to parks, nobody would be staying in that place

Half the property is abandoned your room smells like mildew. switch two different rooms and it still had the bad mold smell told us we couldn’t get a refund so that’s why we had to stay. walk to property looks good from the outside far away till you get up close and you notice all the vacant rooms. The doors are busted in. on our stay the police were there three times believe it or not they had no washcloths how to use hand towels as a washcloth room service was spotty people working in there very nice, but this is the second property now that I’ve stayed there that look nice from the photos must’ve been from when they first opened. I am sorry to say I would not recommend this plus when I was there, there was multiple people that left because of smell. disappointing so now we are trying a wood spring suits and I hope on the third time is a charm

The room was horrible. The carpet was wet near the bathroom as soon as we walked it and we stepped in it with our socks! The air conditioner looked as if it had leaked because the carpet had stains.
White substance and stains from ac. Table in the middle of floor and metal plate in the back corner where it looked as if a lamp was missing.

The fees charged were more than quoted on hotels.com. Room is very dated and floors were dirty. No heat when it was cold, only air conditioning. 1 friendly staff member but the first one I spoke to was not friendly. Would not stay here again because “resort fees” miscalculated and different. Also not really “resort “ For the price not worth it. Would look at other properties that have better amenities and cleaner

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The building felt unsafe from the moment we arrived. There was no visible security, and many people were walking around the halls at all hours. During our stay, police officers even knocked on our door asking questions about the room next to us because they were searching for someone. This was very alarming, especially since we were traveling with family. The room and overall environment felt more like a low-quality motel than a proper hotel. After we checked out, the hotel refused to return our deposit. When we called, we learned they had charged us for an extra night that we never stayed. They promised the manager would call us, but no one ever followed up. When we tried calling again, the phone number suddenly stopped working. We booked through Expedia, but they were not able to help and only told us to contact the hotel directly, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially families or anyone who values safety and honest service.

Staff was rude, had to get keys 3 times (door wouldn't open, and maintenance couldn't fix) before they moved me to new room, then the bathtub wobbled while taking a shower. Paid resort fees and this was far from a resort.
