First time In Florida I loved it & the hotel was decent

Close to WDW and a variety of places to eat. Room had roaches and tiny ants. Could not close bathroom door. Room had a musty odor. Overall not a happy experience.

Affordable hotel close to the parks. They have shuttles that run to the parks. People at checkout seemed to have an attitude but there was one girl who worked at the desk with all the Disney info who was an absolute sweetheart. I wish I remembered her name. Breakfast was okay. Personally think you’re better off going to Denny’s or iHop down the road instead though. This was my first trip to Florida. I’d probably stay here again for the convenience of it being close to Disney, but to anyone looking to stay here, make sure you have a car because getting anywhere by other means is difficult. A LOT of gift shops nearby including one just across the street.

Good hotel close to alot of restaurants stores free shuttle to Disney

Overall everything was great, but the room had a persistent mildew-y smell that was a little off-putting

Dirty carpet and there was no remote in the room for the TV. Only stayed here to sleep.

Close to disney and close to restaurants and other stuff.👍

Convenient, reasonable price. Older hotel with renovations taking place. Much of the Lobby amenities were closed during the day. Shuttle service was POOR. Do not depend on the theme park shuttle. Only three departure times. Last one was before 11am. Return shuttles were useless. Extremely limited

Check in was quick and simple. Room was exactly what I needed it for, shower and sleep. Beds were a tad bit small for my fiancé and I but we managed well. Would stay again.

Close to the parks and attractions breakfast buffet helps save money for families

Our stay was only one night. The name kinda fooled us, we thought it was an actual resort.

The toilet paper was wet like really wet. Rug felt very gross. There was what looked to be poop on one of the towles. The pillows were a joke.

There were cripple ants in my room. Stains on the sheets. Too many Pizza Hut ads all over the resort. I really got confused, and this is not an exaggeration, whether I pulled into the front door of a Pizza Hut or the resort. Granted it was at night, still kinda cheesy. Pun intended
