The hotel had an power outage all night and throughout the morning. No power, hot water from 2am to when we had checked out. They did not offer any alternate accommodation or even flashlights. Getting ready to check out was a difficult ordeal. Staff could have been more accommodating.

Had 2 rooms, one had a sink that was broke, the other had hair on the floor and a big rust stain in the tub. Neither room had working wifi. Went to go to the outside bar at 8:45 pm and it was closed, went to go to the inside bar as advertised on their website and was told it had been closed for 2 years.

We arrived on feb 21 through 25 2017 no phone carpet wer and dirty bathroom water didnt work when i went to take a bath no water went to sleep water leaking on ceiling tham i called manager rebecca she knew about the leak and said we knew it leaked but didnt know where i was shocked and told her i wanted my money back she said the best i can do is move you to snother room the pther room terroble water didnt work i was loke omg water in pools were to much chlorine made me sick never recommend this hotel to noone it be a waste of your money. The carpet never was clean in no rooms bed bugs everywhere

Not a safe hotel. There were "guests" loitering throughout the hotel grounds, several times during my stay I was approached and asked for money by homeless families. Probably not as big of a concern for an individual traveling, but certainly not a family destination.

This hotel is older but comfortable in a good location. Rooms could use some updating & refresh with new paint, etc. Buffet breakfast was reasonably priced & good.

Decent hotel. Nice pools, clean rooms. Affordable and very close to everything. Front desk check in folks could be a little more friendly.

Horrible experience. But I was able to get a full refund.

My wife and two of our children spent 3 nights here while visiting Disney world, the room was clean and comfortable, the shuttle service was great, all in all we enjoyed this property...

Was about what you'd expect for a low-end "resort" in this area. Was OK for the price. Only wanted an over-night stay so we could stay in the park until closing and not drive 2 hours getting home, so it fit our needs. Room was clean but the carpet was very stained. The biggest down-side was the poor condition of the exercise room. Out of the six machines there, only one treadmill was working. No way to change volume or channel on the TV, although leaving the TV on the cartoon channel was probably a good family-friendly choice.

Very good hotel , booked through Orbitz. I attended the Mobile tech expo

Price was excellent but carpets need cleaned and the room smelled of mildew. Staff was friendly. Beds are a little hard. Room was large.

Mold in the bathroom, floors were very dirty especially next to the sink where my daughter wanted to crawl. Found a dangly earring that wasn't mine. Bathroom tub clogged up while showering so was in a tub of water as it drained slowly. The room was not like the pictures on their site

Nice people, easy parking, clean, safe, nice room, the best choice if you need a place just for spending the nigth, having a good breakfast the next morning and spending the rest of your day going to parks or shopping

The staff was not friendly. WIFI did not work. Hotel was dated and was not very clean. Didn't feel comfortable. Don't let the pictures fool you.

Cheap hotel close to a lot of attractions but the quality of the hotel was very poor. The room was very dated with old furniture/fixtures, had a stale smell, the room still had hair and eyelashes from the previous guest. The bathtub was not clean. The bed and sheets are low quality. The walkways had overflowing trash cans and were smelly. I chose a cheap hotel so my expectations were not high but I was still disappointed, I would choose a Super 8/Motel 6 over this hotel.

Seriously, if you are going to Orlando for some time traveling experience stay in this hotel. Nothing was down done to it since it was build. They call themself a resort and will charge you a $10 a day resort fee, sorry guys you are not a resort. Place like that is clearly a motel. Pictures look nice, but in reality its a one sad place.

Carpeting was old and stained. Toilet fixtures and showers showed signs of discoloration and the walls were in need of a fresh coat of paint. I thoroughly checked the bed for bedbugs and was happy to not find any. However I did have the unfortunate experience of running into a large cockroach running across the floor in the middle the night when I went to use the restroom.

The room entrance light was broken, the walk- way was dirty poorly lite , had a odor . I could not stay their. Went to check out the manager was very rude.

Nice Hotel and friendly staff. The location was was also very convenient just a little scary when walking in room because people were hanging out outside of the room.

Very outdated motel type atmosphere. Needs major upgrades. Broken phone in room, no alarm clock, slow sink and shower drains, peeling paint, stained rugs.
