It was a alright stay for a place to stay while I went to Disney. The breakfast was not very enjoyable with very limited options. Also I was super frustrated because my room key did not work every single night to get into the room. It was super frustrating to be walking a lot at the parks and then having to walk to the front desk and wait quite some time to be helped to get my room key to work. It also took quite a while to check in because there was no one at the desk and I had to wait quite some time for someone to come check me in. However the room was clean and the bed was comfy, I also liked how close it was to get to the parks.

Check in was fine. When we got to the room i moved a chair and a cockroach ran out. The shower was dirty. There was no remote for the TV, when i went to the front desk to tell the attendant she just kept saying she could not get maintenance on a thursday night? Not sure what that would have done. The breakfast was terrible, just white bread and dognuts. Coffee was not good. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

NASTY AND RUDE!!! NO PLACE FOR KIDS

RUDE STAFF, I NEEDED A ROOM KEY JUST TO GET A 2OZ COFFEE... THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A HOMELESS PERSON TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR FREE.... BATHROOMS HAD MOLD AND BURN MARKS, THEY HAD ROACHES AND SHEETS SMELLED HORRIBLE.. I HAD A LITERAL PIMP APPROACH ME SHOWING ME HIS GIRLS HE HAD SMH... WHEN IT WAS TIME TO CHECK OUT THEY CHARGED ME $15 FOR A TOWEL THAT HAD A SMALL AMOUNT OF CEREAL AND MILK FROM MY TWO YEAR OLD. THEY PUT IT IN THE DIRTY CLOTHES TO REWASH TO REUSE AND INSTEAD I ASKED FOR THE TOWEL I HAD JUST PAYED FOR.... KEEP YOUR FAMILY AWAY!!!!

over night service and cleanliness.

I booked here for the night before our disney trip. I have done this for years, staying at off property hotels and then heading into disney the next day. We never pay an insane amount for these off property and I don’t consider myself super hard to please. The over night customer service is terrible. the employee was rude and dismissive. When we finally got to our room, it looked like it had never been cleaned. the bathtub shower was stained brown and the shower head was covered in mildew. I went and took a shower at planetfitness because it seemed cleaner. there were holes in the walls in the bathroom and in the main bedroom. the head boards were dirty, there was hair on the tables, dirt on the floor and part of the door frame was missing. Even if you’re just a road side motel, have some standards. A little cleanliness and customer service would have made this a much better stay.

I only stayed o e night and never go back again. There was people lived there and at night make a lot noise and there smell a lot marajuana. The bathroom is mold everywhere and the beds is not comfortable.

I was charged for cleaning the room. I was there 4 nights and they cleaned and changed towels 2 times but still charged for 4 days. I was also charged a Covid fee per day. Though Covid was a thing of the past? Otherwise ok

Unfortunately this hotel needs several renovations, the room only had the bedding changed once while I was staying and they never swept it or gave them a map. The room didn't smell good. The administrative and cleaning staff were told about the situation and there was no response as to what was requested. I had to play the role of housekeeping, asking for towels, garbage bags, to do the job. When the room was delivered, the person in charge was contacted again and he indicated that she would be consulting with management. Unfortunately the worst experience of a stay I have ever had. I don't recommend it at all.
