Staff very pleasant. Room was clean and not much outside noise. However, the a/c was loud,the shower was very weak, and breakfast was cold.

The room & shower were dirty. There was hair all over the floor. There was no cleaning service provided. When I asked the housekeeping lady for extra towels, she said “ aren’t you leaving today? I responded yes, and I’d like to have clean towels to use since I wasn’t provided with any” , and she laughed saying well I guess you had poor service huh? Like it was a joke. Overall a place to stay for any over night if convenient but I’d never stay again.
I was charged a $50 deposit and upon check out was told it would he refunded to me but when checking my bank today the $50 was no longer pending but posted to my account. I left the room clean and in the same condition as when I arrived as I arrived at 9 pm Friday went to bed and checked out Saturday at 8

It was a nice place for a budget friendly hotel, even though it is close to the freeway you could barely hear the freeway noise, it was overall quiet and great location for the theme parks. The free breakfast was not great, did not have high expectations since it was free but the sausage was completely dry and the sunny side up style eggs looked to just be reheated each morning from a frozen batch. Same with the potatoes. My issue with the stay was that the showers have no pressure and little water would come out which didn't help. I was given the chance to move rooms and the shower had the same issue. Their maintenance man had initially come to check on the issue but did not actually check anything, he asked me what the issue was and then asked me for the options on what to do, like it was my job to figure it out. He also did not have any clothes or name tag signifying he was the maintenance guy.
The property was sooo clean and quiet very nice place i recommend this place to everyone i will be back soon!
Property is ok, for a relatively young property there is a lot of maintenance items needed. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired, our room was ok, but it took 3 rooms until my step son and his wife had a clean, ok, room. One the bathroom had not been touched, the second had bugs, needed vacuuming, and the pillow cases were dirty. The DAY shift front desk clerk was very good. The evening clerks were not very knowledgeable and one was very rude. I had to continually assure her that I was not upset with her nor trying to become loud or obnoxious. I just kept talking quietly and as politely as I could until she relaxed somewhat. I get it , it’s hard to hear bad things about the place you work at but we just wanted a clean room for my family. Had stayed there previously and had bragged about how clean they were and then have that happen. They had next to nothing out for breakfast where most hotels in the area have their full compliment of breakfast items. Pool area was nice, gym was ok, and the staff overall were very nice. Won’t rule out this hotel in the future but they have a little bit to work on.
Room was ok, free parking, food nearby, free breakfast was horrible stale bread. When I arrived I was given a paper to signed the price of the room was half of what I paid on orbitz. So for the price I paid I wouldn't recommend the room if I had paid what was on the paper I signed at the hotel then its a good deal. Unfortunately orbitz charged me double so I do not recommend staying there.
We came in and the linens were dirty, one of the beds was actually harder than the floor (I think it was missing some padding), the tiles in the elevator were all coming up, and the light in the bathroom was strobing like a disco.

The staff was friendly and attentive but my room was dirty- there were hairs/eyelashes in bathroom and on sheets/bedspread, bugs in both the bedroom and bathroom, and the towels and sheets were thin- I was so cold with the "bedspread" I had to use the blankets from both beds to stay warm overnight. I would not stay here again.
The room is just run down and very old looking .
