Super friendly staff, clean room, and good breakfast but the hotel itself was a bit run down- and the park shuttle service is extremely limited so be aware that you will most likely need a backup means of transportation- because I booked this hotel for the shuttle and had to call an uber for my park days

The tv and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. The hotel needs to be updated. The property wasn’t really clean. The breakfast was not great.

The staff was friendly and easy to engage with as well as helpful. The room was clean but some area needs to be updated the lamps had rust, one of the wall needed to be repaired (small dent) and there might have beena leak or something in bathroom ceiling over the bathtub. The breakfast as ok not much selection, my food was cold and not tasty. But if you like cereal and waffles that was good. But overall for a one night stay it was fine. I recommend and would come back knowing what I know.

The room had a terrible mold odor. Carpet very dirty with spots. Bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. No option to change rooms. AC didn't work properly and on top of that room service came to only make beds and change towels which every day we needed to ask more because we were 4 and they only put 3... didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom. Breakfast ok.

The pillows are not comfortable. We had to ask for what we needed in the bathroom, such as toilet paper and towels, etc. The room cleaning also needs improvement. There was a lot of noise in the hallway. Also, please add more variety to the breakfast.
