Great place to stay! Rooms and building was great. The pool area was beautiful. I didn't get a chance to visit the lazy river or mini golf but they look really nice too! Helen was very nice at check-in. Morning breakfast was also great!

I wanted to love it but it has quite a few things to improve. The cleaning process was inconsistent, they cleaned up the bathroom but left the bed undone. The breakfast needs more options and more fresh food. The room is big and comfortable but very noisy and dark. The checkout process was very complicated… our key got deactivated ahead of time and the distances to the stairs and elevator are really annoying considering you need to get things done fast. Quite a conflicting experience.

Being a newer hotel has its perks! Clean overall around the hotel. Nice amenities and fun things to do. But I did not like that they cleaned my room only 1x during my 8 day stay there! Was way overdue to get cleaned! And when using the pool and hot tub and not having any towels available at the stations was annoying! The breakfast was delicious tho that they ended up giving me for free, since I was expecting free parking and free breakfast as they claim on their website but because I booked threw Expedia apparently I was not getting free breakfast or free parking so after complaining about it they decided to give me free breakfast for the entire stay. The staff was all very nice and friendly tho so that was cool.

Everyone was super accommodating. Hotel was extremely clean. Rooms were comfortable. It had washer and dryer which would be great for long stays for Disney. It was great as the start and end of our vacation.

We didn’t eat at the restaurant but really took in the atmosphere of the hotel. A big!!! Plus that the hotel had a restroom in the lobby.
