Redesigned with themed bedrooms and modern luxury, this home sits on the largest lot in the neighborhood, complete with a playset, outdoor games, and more. Each bedroom features a private full bath, ensuring ultimate privacy for all guests. Enjoy a frequently maintained pool and hot tub, a spacious movie theater, and a game room in the garage. Bikes are also available, making this home feel like a resort.

This luxurious 12-bedroom home is designed for large groups and events! Each bedroom features its own full bathroom, and there’s a convenient half bath in the backyard. The layout includes four King bedrooms on the main floor, three King and three Queen bedrooms on the second floor, plus two themed rooms (Lion King and Mickey Safari) with Full-over-Full bunks that sleep eight each.

The spacious kitchen boasts two refrigerators, two dishwashers, five barstools, a table for 16, and a full oven/stovetop—perfect for hosting large meals. Need to work remotely? Enjoy a dedicated workspace in the common living room or a private area in the Travel-themed bedroom.

Outside, the pool and hot tub are meticulously maintained, with optional pool heating for $65/day, please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply. Enjoy games in the garage, a PS4 in the upstairs living area, and plenty of space for relaxation. Ideal for weddings, corporate retreats, or masterminds, we can easily set up breakout rooms and conference areas to accommodate your event needs.

Pets are welcome, with a $200 fee per pet per stay.

Great house for entertaining

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There was 16 of us; we had more than enough room as well as great gathering areas. Theater room, game room, and bikes were great for the kids and adults. We had a couple issues come up throughout the week but the owner was very attentive and resolved quickly. Owner also made booking and check in very easy. We recommend this house and look forward to our next visit.

House for golf outing

We rented this 12 bed/12 bath house for our golfing group of 12 guys (3 foursomes!). It was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath so we were able to get ready in the early morning and before dinner. There were some slightly better rooms (king versus 2 rooms with bunk beds) or better location (downstairs vs upstairs) but this made our first round interesting as we played to see who chose first. But there are no bad rooms at all. We all loved it for this type of trip but we all have large families and are now contemplating coming with our spouses and kids in the future. Fouad, the owner/manager) is great at communicating. He is very responsive and made the entire process so simple. We would ALL rent again.

24 family members enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving, the day we celebrated with an additional 8 friends and family. En-Suite bathrooms were excellent accommodations for our crowd. We especially enjoyed watching Thanksgiving Day football in the theater room. The host was very accommodating throughout our stay. We hope to return in 2024.
