Vey nice resort!!!! wonderful location! Daughters enjoyed the pool and bar area.

Didn't really spend much time in the hotel, but the people were really nice and helped with everything needed in a timely manner. Nice surroundings and views.

Great hotel. Very accommodating. Lovely grounds as well as roomy

While the central facility was decent (pool, lounge, golf, etc) the sleeping room was very small for a suite and a bit old, worn, and very musty smell

We stayed at Star Island 15 years ago and decided to come back. Everything was fantastic from the pool to its friendly workers. Would recommend this hotel to all our friends in the future.

VERY NICE RESORT TO STAY WOULD STAY AGAIN REASONABLE

Sand hill crane just lay her eggs in the nature preserve area. Swimming pool water temperature was warm for daily swimming even for me. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Love to take short trips there to revitalize but lots to do if you want to do more

You have to pay the extra resorts fee, the room is mold smell for a whole day. The noise of AC is huge.

Great hotel overall, but you can hear people in next room as though they were sharing a room with you.

Great experience! Convenient, close to all necessities.. Restaurants close by, Walmart and fast food. Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Pool open til 11pm.

Great hotel in the perfect location. The amenities on site were fantastic, and free

Horrible this time. Small, small, small kitchen. Two burners and a microwave. No garbage disposal, no oven not really any place to wash dishes by hand. The bedroom was very small, there was only a very small closet and a very small table to eat breakfast at and it was full of brochures from the hotel. I will never stay there again.

Horrible experience checked in and reported a plumbing problem which was never addressed by hotel staff. Unit ended up flooding due to no plumbing problem that was not checked by staff after my bringing it to their attention

We thought this resort would be nicer and more updated, based upon the pictures, than it was. Strongly recommend updating the rooms, i.e. carpet, fixtures, etc. as the overall appearance of the room was from the 80s/90s timeframe. We rented a 3-bedroom (one of the rooms was a pull out bed/couch type room), 2 bath room.

Great experience. That all I need to say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice, clean, and friendly. The check out was a little slow but they said the computer had crashed and the lady that was helping me was having issues.

This is time share place but it is GORGEOUS! Room was beautiful. Great value. Nicest place we stayed on our trip

We loved this resort, staff is unbelievable. They are all very professional and kind.

The facilities have everything you could need right there. We really enjoyed ourselves. The overall up keep could use some tweeking, like getting rid of cobwebs on bikes and swan rides and our toilet leaked, but was quickly serviced. A Lizard got into our room and security came to save us. Cleaning staff could do a better job, but it wasn't enough to ruin our stay. We just went to the store and purchased some supplies for our own comfort. Children activities were awesome. Would definitely come back.
