The property is older and is starting to look runs down. Upon check in I was greeted by Donna she had a really bad attitude and every time I tried to ask her a question she would cut me off. Finally I got in my room. The first thing I noticed is there was no elevator I’m older so that was a huge problem. Next I bought a 3 bedroom condo but the room only had 2 bedrooms. I complained to the hotel manager who stated to me that the I received was the equivalent to the one I purchased on orbitz. I told the hotel manager it was totally different and that I needed an elevator because stairs are hard for me . I was told there were no other rooms available and told that I would have to wait to be accommodated . I was never accommodated and felt that the manager and the staff were just completely rude. Finally after inspection of the room I noticed that the toilet was dirty and the towels were stained the front desk never sent anyone up to correct those issues.

Booked a deluxe 1 bedroom. Room nice, but came with only 4 towels for a 4 day stay, and 2 tiny rolls of toilet paper and a tiny bottle of shampoo, enough for two showers. Had to buy shampoo and toilet paper as well as a sponge, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Also, had no elevator in a three story building. Not handicapped friendly.

I came during a cold wave in Florida and had to use heat in suite. Thankful the facility is equipped with simple thermostats. Have stayed in a few places where adjusting room temperature is impossible. The housekeeping staff were easy to communicate with and all questions about garbage disposal were given attention.

The check-in attendant did not make eye contact and was difficult to understand. The room was dated and had a chemical smell but the grounds and pool are gorgeous! There are lots of fun activities and the price was affordable.

Room needed updating. Lady at the pool who gives you towels was extremely rude. Jacuzzi tub In bathroom looked very old and was sort of broken. Furniture need updating, very old.

I paid for one night with Expedia $214 the first room o was given said it was 3 bedroom at booking it was actually 2 bedroom with living room kitchenette then pipe on jacuzzi hot tub in room was broken room flooded. Moved to new room and that pipe too came out flooded room again. I had horrible time. All restaurants and bars closed before 9pm due to they said it was cold out. Just horrible!

The main room was nicely put together the other room that connects to the main room was way out of date. The floors in the three bedrooms and living space were disgusting. We could not go bare foot. We bought disinfectant wipes and cleaned the floors on our hands and knees. We called and asked them to clean the floors they never did. We stayed there for a week. Even the hair dryer was dirty. When I used it I had to use a washcloth to hold it. I would never stay there again.
