The room was spacious and clen upon arrival. Two issues: 1) the table in the living room was a clear white one. The picture shows a long brown one. Also my room was only maintained a few nights in the 6 nights I stayed at Ramada.

It was a good stay but short. The room was clean but smelled a bit of Mildew. The pool was advertised as heated but the water was freezing. The breakfast at the restaurant was mediocre at best and not worth $18. I could have went to Perkins and had a much better breakfast cheaper. Their snack station was definitely price gouging. $7.50 for a smart water a bit excessive. It did have a great location and pretty easy to find.

Our stay at the Ramada Gateway Kissimmee was overall very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a short trip. The amenities were great, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet—good food and a very nice server. All the staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We did run into one issue at check-in. I initially booked only one night and later added a second night online. When we arrived, I explained the situation, and the front desk assured me that everything was taken care of and we wouldn’t need to check out and back in. However, after a full day at EPCOT, we returned to find ourselves locked out of the room and had to check in again. Nothing in the room was disturbed, but it was inconvenient after a long day. Aside from that, the rest of the stay was enjoyable. The pool was a great place to relax in the evening, and the hotel grounds have nice areas set up for entertainment. Overall, a good experience with just one frustrating hiccup at check-in.

We were placed on the second floor without being told that there was no elevator available to help with our luggage. While the front desk staff were not particularly warm, the cleaning team and technicians were very friendly. The rooms are a old but clean.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Cable didn't work. Called front desk, they sent someone to my room while I wasn't there. They were unable to fix the issue. Still got charged the full "resort fee" when the full amenities were not available. Front desk said "Oh I am sorry for that, here is your full bill and have a nice day."
