The over all stay wasn't bad. The main issue was the billiard tables outside of the rooms. People playing pool outside the door all hours of the night can be loud. There are many nice places to stay in the area for around the same price.

Linens had black stains on them, tile was stained and cracked.

Older hotel motel style facilities, good location for Disney and restaurants, room overdue for renovations, stained carpets, overhead ac dripped water on bed, housekeeping ran out of towels, telephone broken. traffic busy,no bugs, room safety lock broken, front desk staff rude, housekeeping and maintenance very nice, value for price point ,you get what you pay for

I was so expressed with the staff. On three separate occasions, in person and on the phone, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. And were kind and helpful without making me feel like I was a bother. The hotel is well maintained and the a/c was actually one of the strongest I have ever experienced in a hotel. In Florida, that can be a HUGE deal!!

Close to Disney and parks. Have stayed here many time and never disappointed. Slightly older hotel but well maintained. Could use more outlets and USB access. Over all great stay and pricing.

Chose this hotel based on proximity to the Disney Parks. Originally wanted to stay at a Disney Resort however there were NONE available for the dates of my visit. With the exception of Contemporary or Grand Floridian, NO value and/or moderate resorts were available. As much as I’d like to stay at a luxury Disney hotel, $300/night just doesn’t accommodate my budget. That said, Ramada Kissimmee Gateway served as a place to lay my head. Sadly, that was about it. Billed as a “smoke-free” hotel, 4 days 3 nights at this establishment more than 1/2 my stay my room smelled like an ashtray! As if we were smoking in our own room. 2 of the 3 nights, I was awoken to a HYSTERICALLY crying woman in the room adjacent to my own! The fighting of this couple was insane, it seemed to go on all night. I told hotel management about the fighting, crying, and cigarette smell simply because they will run your credit card for a fifty dollar “incidental” charge. Again, this hotel is billed as “smoke-free,” THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOM! So, if you’re not smoking you better say something unless you don’t mind paying for someone else’s poor choices.

I'm able to walk short distances, so I don't need an accessible room. I called the morning of and verified that I would have a room on the ground floor, close to parking, with a shower chair. When we arrived, I was told my room *AND* my shower chair had been given away. I was assigned a room on the second floor of a building with no elevator. The first night I didn't argue because it was 1 AM and I was absolutely exhausted from the drive. I went back down the next morning and was told they might have a room on the first floor available, but they wouldn't know until later that day; I had to pack up my stuff and move it to my car in the hopes I wouldn't have to drag it back up stairs again. Luckily a room was found ... right outside the pool. Would have been fine, except I was in town for the Disney races and needed to wake up at 2:30 each morning, and had trouble getting to sleep because of the noise from the pool. Nobody ever checked on me the rest of the trip, or apologized for the epic screw up at the beginning of my stay. Will never stay here again.

We had stayed at Ramada last month in the tower rooms, which we were totally pleased with and enjoyed our stay there. This time however though we had to stay in the old section and the room was certainly substandard. Very disappointed compared to our previous day.

We waited in line to check in for 45 minutes because there was only one person working at front desk while three people were standing in the back laughing and talking. We went to the room to find that our TV did not work and our mattress was hard as a rock I think Fred Flintstone would have even complained about it. The whole outside of our room smell of marijuana which is not the hotels fault but when we tried to call front desk our phone in her room is busted. Completely disappointed would rather spend an extra 50$ to stay somewhere else.

This is a motel no a hotel pretty bad condition and the manager is horrible

Room was dusty with trash under bed. Bathroom fan was dirty.Windows were dirty with cobwebs

Had a great room. Located on top floor of the tower. Beautiful view of the Orlando and Disney area. The beds were very comfy. Didn’t want to get up a couple mornings. Will for sure come back.

Staff was not very accommodating, but overall the hotel was worth the low price. Would stay again to be close to Disney. They offer FL resident deals, room was nice for the price. Had an issue parking near my room and it was difficult to find, but mostly worth the stay.

All I can say, this place is AWESOME, friendly staff, Shady was very nice at the front desk quick and very nice. The room was very clean and very comfortable... everything was very very nice. I was my first time and I will recommend this place to anyone. If it was possible I would give them more than 5 stars :)

We stayed for one night, a rest stop on our road trip. It's an ok place, too big and too full of tourists so it gets loud. Our room was far from the reception and when the key did not work, it was quite a walk back! I did not risk taking the car as the parking was completely full and I felt I will have nowhere to park if I lose my space. The room was run down.. one of the pictures on the wall was hanging on one nail and we had to take it down for fear it would fall and seriously hurt someone. It gave the impression that no one cares as to the room condition since there's so many tourists coming to Disney, it doesn't matter if its dumpy. I would not want to stay here again.

First day while showering tub filled up with water in less than 2 min. my son dropped a toy behind dresser and w found garbage. They take too long to replace clean towels at d pool!

Located close to all main attractions. Was able to take a Lyft to all Disney parks for under $10. Stayed in the king suite and it was lovely. Very spacious and comfortable. Would stay here again.

there was a insect at room my son was freaking out and the receptionist just say ''ooo sorry'' , receptionist said 1 breakfast is free when we were doing check in, and they got 2 people breakfast from us at check out , and they just said sorry we had a mistake!!! that was really terrible experience for us.

Room was not of good quality. We were put in the outside motel style building rooms. Musty smell as soon as we opened the door. If my kids did not pass out from the 16+ hour drive, I would have requested a room in the main tower or left for another location!

Not a fancy resort, but a perfect launching point for the parks and sourroundi attractions. Clean accommodations with spacious rooms and attentive staff. Find a good rate and you are set.

The hotel rooms are 100% non smoking. if we find a guest has smoked in the room, we charge $150 cleaning fee. If we are notified of an adjacent room having smokers in the room, we will contact the room and tell the guests that they cannot smoke in the room. I agree, you should tell us if someone next door is smoking in the room.....we would have been happy to stop them from having the smell contaminate your room. I sincerely hope that you told us about the room next door, we would have sent our 24 hour security officer to talk to the guests in that room. I am sorry that you were disappointed, please try us again and don't hesitate to let us know if a neighboring room is causing a problem, we will certainly address it.
