Very conveniently located next to Seaworld. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. People partying in the pavilions till late at night can be a issue, if you like going to bed early and are a light sleeper. Two pools on property with the lagoon pool providing an attached bar. All good with the only issue is poor management of kids/teens playing extremely rough. Accident waiting to happen.

Older property, but near orlando convention center. Strange layout (central tower surrounded by series 2 story hotel rooms. Arrived late so no opp to use restaurant or bar. It did appear they had this. Parking expensive but convenient.

It was very convenient location for Aquatica. However, the hotel advertising online for a play area with play set, even has a picture, but there is not actually a play set.

Our room didn’t have wifi and the front desk nor the AT&T service did anything about it. The bathroom didn’t have shampoo or body wash in the containers. There was only 1 bag to make coffee and the smell of marijuana was everywhere. Definitely not what we expected from a Hilton

Very outdated room. Had a room on the first floor and the noise was horrific. There was also something on the ceiling in the room with a bright green light that made it so hard to sleep. The room was clean but i would not stay here again.

no elevator on villas so prepare to carry your heavy luggage if your assigned room will be on second floor. walk is also too far from lobby to the villas and walkway is not smooth so not good if your luggage is heavy. the back building has parking lot without security so big kids and teenagers will play and talk even past midnight and some of them smoking weed so not safe for small kids who can have second hand weed smoke

I would first like to say that the staff at the location is very pleasant. Our flight came in early, so we got to the hotel at 12p.m. Check in is at 4, I wished we could've went into our l, but they said it wasn't ready. They did give us access to the pool, until it was ready exactly at 3:40. The fees for the resort are ridiculous. Not only do you have to pay $30 a day for parking, you have to pay $25 a day for resort fees. It totaled to pay an additional $60.05 a day. I just wasn't moved with this hotel. I had booked a suite with a king bed, but I didnt realize it was for the rooms located outside, and not in the tower location. The outside rooms are 2 levels and are more like a motel kind of feel. The food is very good at the Lagoon and at the market. I really enjoyed the pizzas and the salads. The pool is nice and my son ejoyed himself. My gripe was the huge water roaches that came out at night all over the facility. I get it, its humid, but there are so many repellants to keep them away. We couldnt even use the staircase that led to our room, we had to walk to the back stairway to get to the room. I love Florida, and it is a nice getaway from the everyday stress and loudness in NY. I just would like to see an upgrade to the rooms and the resort. Please work out something for those that come in on an early flight. Thank you for taking the time to read my long story. Lol
