Had a bad experience with my room air conditioning was not cooling I went to lobby front desk took a long while so I just went to my room. I don’t think I will be staying at this hotel. I did try to call but was placed on hold for long time. Definitely don’t think I would recommend

This property nickels and dimes everything!!!!! I specifically asked what were the hidden cost and they said nothing but parking and that wasn’t true they also have a resort fee they never said anything to me. Plus the crappy free breakfast was barely anything but they tried to upcharge that as well of course and the maid service don’t come to you’re room so the trash never went out and no new towels.. I will never stay at a Hilton again.
This hotel has very poor customer service. The restaurant staff are outright rude and don’t care at all about being pleasant or nice. In fact there were three instances during my stay when the staff went out of their way to make things unpleasant for me and my child. I will never ever stay here again.
The beds was nice and comfortable, the bathroom wasn’t all the clean to where we had to clean it ourselves. They only gave one towel and rag, room didn’t come with an iron. I just expected better from double tree. Bathroom and rooms a little outdated, bathroom also had a smell in it, that we had to keep spraying and cleaning our slaves. In addition took me over 20mins to check in, because they couldn’t find my rsvp in there system had to consult with the manger, they also seen my email with my rsvp number. Best part about the hotel is the cookies. But my next travel to Orlando I want be staying at the double tree.

what i liked the most about my experience is how easy it was for the check in and the location (being close to both Airport and Amway Center). The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.
It was in a nice location and staff was helpful. The placement of laundry room was quite a distance for us and it wasn’t running properly.
Never changed my bedding and was there 7 days, wasted a day doing laundry there not knowing the dryers did t work
Convenient location relative to the convention center. Room cleanliness was suspect. Sheets were clean and bed was comfy but the floor was dirty, turned bottom of my feet black quick. Hot tub was in the kids pool area so that was a hard pass ... disappointing. lots of road noise. Not a 4 star so it was oversold.

The lobby and newer pool area were great. The area by the "villas" (really just a motel) was dark, outdated and dirty looking. Next time I would book in the tower and not the villas.

This property is in desperate need of remodel. The room we stayed in smelled so bad , it was impossible to breathe. Overall the whole place is run down and dirty.
Nice warm cookies at checkin. But in 2022 by now all large properties should have converted their light bulbs to LED, not still using CFL.
Hotel was nice however I think the room wasn’t as nice as the hotel. Nice lobby but old rooms. Overall the service was very nice, staff at the front desk and restaurant were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel amenities and room were clean and warm because of the weather
