Staff was really nice but I didn't like the room layout or the hotel layout in general (separate buildings, the only window in the room allowed others to see in, the toilet and shower are separate from the sink/counter and they're in a super tiny enclosed space, and they keep the music by the pool loud until late at night and the room isn't sound-proof so it kept me awake. The hotel also allows dogs and doesn't do anything if they're barking, I heard a dog barking constantly for 45 mins). Although, I attended a conference in the Palms Conference Center and that was really nice and the food was excellent.

Enjoyed the hotel. Would like to stay there again. Facilities are wonderful. Thank you.

The location is great, I never received service during the stay. The check out day 3 times opened the door when we were sleeping. There is no way I can recommend this hotel, next weekend we are trying in other hotel to stay.

We like to stay here when we come to Orlando, it is affordable, clean and the staff is very friendly.

front desk should know they are the face of the hotel. The woman who checked us in was unfriendly, unhappy & unhelpful. Once our trip was started with a negative experience at check in, it was hard to mve beyond that and enjoy the rest of the stay Room was nice. Could use a small fridge, like most decent Orlando hotels There were 400 members of a college marching band at the hotel, and they were incredibly quiet and respectful, especially considering this was new years eve. One hot tub and two very small pools are inadequate in Orlando for a resort witht this many rooms

1941 hotel not in good shape, grounds not clean, staff not well informed. Even the lobby bathroom has broken fixtures. There is a Tower, not sure how rooms are there. Rooms noisy, loud hvac. Outdoor games in bad shape. Saw pictures of hammocks on the grounds in advertisement; didn't see them. Pool towel machine broken. Room service took over an hour for one kids meal. Burger raw in the center, soggy fries. No fridge or microwave. Have to run the water before showering-stinky water. One hook in the place. Shower is OK size but it's a small bathroom. No special place to hang swim suits. Electronics plug in is on the desk light. Not near the bed. Beds comfy as well as pillows. Wobbly light fixtures. Family pool is the warmest. Path to Sea World is behind that pool. Free shuttle to discovery cove is via Sea World shuttle, then after 9am call to Discovery Cove for the tram. Awkward + not ideal since DC opens at 7:15. Nothing seemed to come together here and staff didn't add to the stay. Manager said the info about the DC shuttle is on the website, not sure where. Staff and the Sea World bus driver didn't know of it. We ended up paying $20+ to get to/from DC. There apparently may be some perks with a Sea World visit but we learned of these too late. No info given to us about it. The woman bartender at the pool bar was wonderful and the best staff member. We didn't understand why this is a Hilton or Sea World preferred hotel.

Everything looks like clean and good. The room makes people feel comfortable. The hotel staffs are very enthusiastic. When I want to park my car, staff will support specific parking way to me. The hotel is big. In my opinion, it is convenient for people who will driving to there. A little proble is about window' sound insulation. When people walk pass the door, I feel a bit noisy. Other thing is good for this trip.

The experience was amazing overall. Everyone was very welcoming. I did try to call room service times for dinner and did not get anyone on the line but they did end up calling my room to get back in touch. Which, I really did appreciate. I highly recommend!

We had the best vacation that anyone could have had. The staff was wonderful and everything was extremely accessible. We were moved from our original room to one that was in front of the family pool area. It was great!

First off, this hotel has a main tower with elevators, unfortunately our room was in the section with a bunch of 2-3 story buildings and on the 3rd floor. No elevator so we had to carry our bags up the 3 flights and down. Room was old, as evidenced by plenty of cracks and loud plumbing (bathroom pipes sing after you flush the toilet); shower water handle was tricky; tiny shower and tile needs to be re-grouted-beige as black/brown pieces of grout fell down the drain as I showered); room smelled musty (I tried to air it out by propping the door open and the a/c unit remained on the whole stay but no change); smudge/dirt built up behind faucets and corners in room; It was pretty quiet early in the mornings, but loud at night. Parking is available but you may have to drive around a little. Bed linen looked and smelled clean & there's a gas station, mini-mart, & liquor store across the street. Check in staff was friendly and helpful in regard to answering questions about tickets and park times. Downhill from there. Luckily most of our time was spent at the parks and I only did not not complain because we were hardly in the room. Couldn't wait to check out and feel comfortable again and take a "real shower." Only stayed for 2 nights and will never stay here again, seriously disappointed and surprised this a double tree or a hotel affiliated with SeaWorld.

No one came to clean our room until we asked. Che k out was at 11 but people came to our room multiple times before checkout

My husband and I took a small getaway to Orlando and really enjoyed the hotel. We arrived late and there was a problem with our room but the staff handled it gracefully. they even gave us a free upgrade for the inconvenience. The only problem for us was finding parking late at night. IF we arrived any later than 9pm finding parking close to our room was out of the question. But even with that small inconvenience our stay was pleasurable.

I highly recommend this hotel for people who ia going to seaworld and have a pet. They were awesome with my dog and we walked to the park (seaworld) thats how close it is. They have a self service breakfast that was out of this world. Great food. My 11 year old loved the hotel.

The hotel was a great place to wind down the day for us. The 2 pools were a bit small but due to the rain we did not use them much anyway. This was a fun and enjoyable trip to Florida.

When we arrived at the hotel the rooms were not available. They had construction and wanted the guest to take those rooms, if you didn't they made you wait hours. Many people had to send for a manager who got you a room within 10 minutes making it feel that they were making you wait on purpose to get you to settle for the rooms in front of the construction. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and they had good amenities. They should try to make the welcoming experience more positive in order to keep people coming back.

My experience was good staff were good hotel was great clean lots of parking didn't like paying for Wifi that should be free and having to pay for resort fees

Bathroom was way too small. Exterior of building needs sprucing up. Great location though.
