I liked the customer service. In any establishment customer service goes a long way because it sets the tone of the stay and the gentleman that checked me in set that tone. "VERY WELCOMING" Great job to that staff member. I enjoyed my stay even though it was for two days. Thanks Double Tree

Staff was very friendly, the property has a lot of great amenities, pool, mini golf, outdoor pool table, etc.

Parking was a big problem. Could not park near my villa. Had to park near the lobby every night.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Mini golf looked closed down at 7:30pm, but found out the next day when we were checking out that you have to get the putters and balls across the resort in the main building. No signs telling you this information. Fitness area was very nice.

We were roomed right next to the pool so it was kind of loud other than that it was great

perfect stay! very easy check in and check out good service

The room was in their offsite, old motel style buildings. There was complete chaos all night throughout the parking lot including drug dealing, arguments/fighting, horn honking, door slamming. I have never been more dissatisfied nor scared for my safety. I would absolutely not recommend this property. The buildings are old, dirty.

Was a clean establishment and helpful and friendly staff

I enjoyed the Veranda.........................................................................................................................................

it was nice, clean, quite, good service...........

The guests in the room above me were moving furniture at 1am. I called the operator. She was not helpful. I called again at 130am . I could not sleep. Operator said they were doing housekeeping because of an accident in that room. At 2 am!!! I asked To do that in the morning. Random unpredictable loud disttubing distractions didnt stop for a long time. Not a good night sleep.

We usually stay at this location twice a year for approximately the last 4 years this time it was probably the worst the staff is friendly but the room that we had this time which was room 708 when we walked in the room looked a little odd it was to me a little on DoubleTree standard seem to be a little dirty to me we went into the bathroom there was hairs all over the bathtub which I understand is no big deal but then it was time to take a shower the shower head was barely attached to the wall the water spout that comes out of the wall could actually pull out of the wall up to a foot and leaking then the toilet bowl was leaking from the base onto the tile floor I couldn't get the air conditioner to get pretty cold the frigerator in the room I actually was concerned about so I didn't put any perishable items in there because it just didn't seem to be cold when we went down to the Laguna Restaurant which we've eaten at probably six to seven times we ordered our normal food then they come back and tell me that the only vegetables that they have available are green beans when the item that I ordered came with broccoli again not a big deal but to be out of a product in my opinion is not DoubleTree standards

I like that there were multiple pools and that there were shuttles to the parks. I didn't like that there was no microwave in my room. I thought that was a standard amenity nowadays. Also the last shuttle leaving at 12 for the day is a bit early to me.

Overall the property is in a good area and nicely kept however I did not realize that the picture Obritz shows of the towers is for the upgraded rooms. What I got for $105 were the villas which are 2 stories and I was on the first floor with lots of noise since the parking lot was right outside the door. the car lights shine right into the room. The room itself lighting was very dim, 1 lamp in entire room, bathroom door lock broken, sticky carpet and very dim light in the bathroom so not safe for a handicap person. Front desk for check out their system was DOWN. How does that happen with no back up plan at a HOTEL when all people do is check in and out. I really would not recommend this property if you want to get a good night sleep. I dont think Orbitz booking allow you to put in your rewards # for a chain but the hotel does not ask either.
