No Nightmare - True story

Walked to check in only to be told the hotel had gone out of business two months before. The rooms were sold as condos and there was a conference center. We were not the only ones “checking in”. It was the nightmare no one would ever want to have. I had tried calling the hotel and their voice mail was full. Had even called two weeks earlier to extend the stay for one more day and was told the hotel was booked.

I didn’t stay at green point my hotel was transferred to another hotel without asking me…. I actually stayed at Magic Moments kid resort the hotel is great for someone with young kids. This resort was very clean and it’s very kid friendly but it offers nothing to families that have teenagers there’s absolutely nothing for adults…. We didn’t even get a chance to enjoy the pool area. Expedia should have let us know about the hotel change and give us an option to stay somewhere else.Staff was very nice again if I had younger children it would have been perfect… So honestly Greenpoint can’t get a rating at all not happy with Expedia

We got at the hotel and there’s no formal reception desk. There was one person with a cell phone. I told him a had a reservation via Expedia and gave him my name and reservation code. He told me he needed something different. He told me that Expedia should have sent me the room number I would stay. This is the first time I heard something like that. He told me to contact Expedia and I did. The agents gave him the same info I gave and he was not able to find my reservation. Finally Expedia relocated me to a different hotel after trying to resolve the issue. This happened after a 9 h flight. I do not recommend this hotel and encourage others to look for a different one when traveling to Kissimmee. Never seen a hotel with no front desk.

Excellent area and the rooms are super clean, large and comfortable. It is a place that I would rent again and I recommend it. Clean pool areas. Suggestion that they should fix the chairs but it's something that doesn't bother to be. Excellent place.
