The front desk and the manger was not helpful when I arrive I ask To move me to another house they just said couldn’t also I ask for extended night since I booked my house also the same story they couldn’t do it which I was surprise with the same answer I also didn’t appreciate that you have to buy your supplies for the room, you had clean your pool towels when they should supply them to you, I would not spend my money in a place that I can’t get help. That would be my last time I would rent from them

Great stay! Everything was great! Dishes however were still kinda dirty & dishwasher had old water in it. But overall for the price, it was great.

Check in did not go well and the kitchen around the stove was raided by ants from the time we got there until we left. They were supposed to spray but nothing changed and I never smelled any spray.

Got this rental because of the private hot tub, hot tub didn’t even work. Everything in the townhome was stained - the furniture, the carpets, even the walls. Saw a HUGE cockroach the 2nd night. Very disappointed in this place.

We were disappointed with this property. First off, the unit was freezing! The AC control unit was broken, so we were unable to change the temperature. The unit was clean for the most part with the exception of the carpet! The carpet was very stained and had bits of paper scattered on it. The kitchen counters and table had many tiny bugs crawling on it. The washer and dryer were very tiny. The washer was really loud, even with the laundry area door closed. The unit could have used more amenities, such as tissues. The ad for the property stated a hair dryer as an amenity, but there was not one. I asked at the desk and they told me they would look for one and bring it to me, but no one ever did. The unit did not have a homey feel at all. The only decoration in the whole unit was a picture on the living room wall. All of the issues I mentioned could have been unit specific, but I feel they should be mentioned. When I was checking in, there was another guest at the counter stating her unit had mold in it and was requesting a change of units.

The worst hotel experience I have ever experienced in my life!! The AC from the moment we checked in did not work. Maintenance was in & out of the room several times. They assured us the problem was fixed. My husband & I proceed with our plans for the evening (we were late for our reservation btw because of the ac issue). We returned to the hotel & the AC was not fixed. The lobby was closed no staff on property, no 24 hour customer service, no 24 maintenance. The only person was the night guard. We were left with no AC all night. My husband at midnight finally saw the maintenance guy never did anything with the AC unit inside. He cleaned out the tube as much as possible which allowed the unit to finally come on. We go to bed & the fire alarm is tripped at 1:30am because the unit is leaking water! Now we have no AC, a fire alarm & a puddle of water. The guard was a nice man but completely useless. He spent 30 minutes playing with the security keypad when it was clearly the fire alarm going off. Finally he called the fire department. They confirmed it went off because of the leaking unit. They were able to get the fire alarm to turn off. Horrible experience! This was supposed to be a weekend getaway (2 nights only) with my husband & the entire time we were dealing with maintenance & bs. I’d never return here again & I suggest you do the same.

The community pool and kid slides are great! I also enjoyed that the unit that we stayed in had a private hot tub and so much space! The beds were also really comfortable! The negatives are that The upstairs carpeting is white and heavily stained, and upon check-in there was a gecko on the wall that we asked to have removed but after 30 minutes nobody came and my husband eventually had to get a broom and get it outside. Also, this is not just a rental community there are a lot of people that live at the resort and have personal items piled up outside of their units which is slightly aesthetically unappealing.

This place was great ! The only real negative was that the slides were not open during the week. We didn’t find out about this until we actually arrived at the property. Pretty disappointing. Also, not enough bedding. With the cooler temps, it would have been nice to have some thicker blankets. And lack of pillows and towels. Everything else was fantastic!

Good: Close to Disney properties. Private hot tub on deck was great. Lots of space in the 3 bedroom unit. Nice to have washer & dryer in unit (but see below) Not good: Carpet showed quite a bit of wear. Front desk understaffed &/or undertrained. Iron was dirty so I took it to the front desk, but it never got replaced. No housekeeping during the five nights we were there. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were useless. Dryer was so slow to dry that I cleaned out the exhaust hose myself, but it still didn’t dry clothes even after an 80-minute high-heat cycle. Conclusion: Wouldn’t recommend, but wouldn’t *not* recommend, either. Just mediocre.

The property was filthy, there were roaches and ants all over. There were disgusting stains on every piece of furniture, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed or clean. It was loud everywhere around us and you could easily hear your next door neighbors. Absolutely false advertisement, it looks nothing like the pictures and shouldn’t be listed as a resort, it’s more like a filthy motel. We were supposed to stay there for 10 days and only stayed one night because we had to. Their office was supposed to be open 24hours, but because of “COVID-19” they close early. Hence the only reason why we had to stay one night. I definitely would not recommend this “motel” to anyone. You’re definitely not getting your money’s worth. I received a full refund for the nights I was supposed to be there and the one night I was there. The manager seemed to understand why we wanted to leave and why we wanted to receive a full refund right away. As if this is something that happens to them on a regular day basis, anyway the manager was cool, but the motel was not. Hope this helps anyone thinking about getting a room here.
