The staff behind the main desk was not welcoming. The room was clean, but bed was hard and very uncomfortable. No regular pillows, they offer small square pillows. Really uncomfortable. AC was either too cold or hot and settings varied de what was selected. Terrible hours for the shuttle service. If you’re looking for this hotel for the shuttle it’s not worth it. Walt Disney resort is not close enough. 25 minutes away! The worse part is the breakfast!! We only ate yogurt for the 3 days we stayed! Garbage everywhere! Nobody collected it during the day and yo had to stare at it through the stay.

The first room we checked into didn’t have a place to hang clothes. We changed rooms. The second room was clean. But the air conditioner didn’t seem to be vented properly. The room felt damp. However, we were there for work and were really only in the room to sleep. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was updated. It was inexpensive and adequate for our needs
