The staff behind the main desk was not welcoming. The room was clean, but bed was hard and very uncomfortable. No regular pillows, they offer small square pillows. Really uncomfortable. AC was either too cold or hot and settings varied de what was selected. Terrible hours for the shuttle service. If you’re looking for this hotel for the shuttle it’s not worth it. Walt Disney resort is not close enough. 25 minutes away! The worse part is the breakfast!! We only ate yogurt for the 3 days we stayed! Garbage everywhere! Nobody collected it during the day and yo had to stare at it through the stay.

I thought it was a great spot to come home to after spending the day at a Disney park, or Universal. Super close to shopping centers and many parks only 55 minutes away from beautiful beaches.

This property has clean, modern facilities and makes a convenient landing pad if your main goal is spending days at the parks. The breakfast is a highlight with a wide variety of options to choose from, though the seating area is limited and often feels crowded. The overall lobby layout, which combines the breakfast area, pool table, business center, and snack bar into one compact space, can feel cramped and lacking in comfort. This was our second stay, and while the hotel works well for short park-focused trips, it may not be ideal if you are seeking a quiet stay with more spacious amenities. The walls and floors are thin, and you can easily hear footsteps or movement from the rooms above. Another consistent issue is the pillows—whether staying in a king or queen room, the pillows provided are unusually small, more like square cushions than standard rectangular pillows, which affects comfort. The most disappointing part of both visits has been the front desk service. During check-in, staff offered very little communication, often just a sentence or two, and then continued conversations with each other in Spanish while we stood waiting for keys or final instructions. While the language itself isn’t the issue, the timing and lack of guest engagement came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the staff gave the impression that assisting guests was a burden, with interactions feeling rushed or unwelcoming.

I'm not sure why it was the top rated option available, considering the other hotels are generally better. Breakfast was pretty basic, but thankfully they had eggs, coffee, sausage and coffee. It felt like a cheaper 3-3.5ish star place. They didn't clean the room except the last day, so we ran though our towels and toilet paper by day 3 of 5 of our trip. Gym is very small, but has a few dumbbells and cardio. I wanted a room for 3 people, but we got 2 beds and a chair, not even a pull out bed or couch, and the room was petite (coffee maker and microwave near the buffet area). I couldn't lower the ac except by cutting the power because the buttons didn't work. It's like they were stretched thin. It's quite good if you compare it to the worst. There is breakfast and a small gym, a pool table on the ground level. Book others in advance if you can, but pick it if only basic is available.
