The property was dirty, floors gross. The room was dirty, stains on the pillows and sheets and hair. The bathroom was dirty. I took a chance because reviews seemed ok, but it wasn’t worth it. Slept with a sweater over the pillow because we arrived late and I was too tired to change hotels and had Disney early the next day.

I stayed for a week with my son and I absolutely loved it. The colors of the place are vibrant and welcoming. The hotel overall is super clean. The breakfast had a good variety ( pancakes and eggs were consistent and the meats and bread types were varied). It was properly staffed and folks were very nice and accommodating. I checked in around 11:30am for free because I was a VIP expedia member which was very cool. The location is great its about 22 mins away Universal and LOTS of great restaurants nearby (walmart is also like 14 mins away). My son loved the pool table and the shuffle board. Rooms dont have a microwave but there is one available on the first floor 24 hours. Overall great experience would definitely book here again :)

The property is very clean the room clean. The location is good. The reception of the girl at the desk was the iciest I’ve ever received. And I watched her and she was that way with everyone unless they spoke her language. I stayed on the second floor. There are two elevators that are small and the lines of people waiting to go up with the luggage and children filled them up quickly. I asked the icey receptionist if there were stairs I could use and she said no very bluntly I find that hard to believe that there’s no stair access or dissent.

It’s ok

Pool closes early. Breakfast sucks. Shuttle for some parks are too late. Hard to find shuttle back all week so we still had to uber. Some employees were rude and moody.
