No where in reservations did the property say that the pools where closed down. I paid a lot to have no pool when I stayed there to be at a resort. A resort fee for no pool or water play area is ridiculous. Asked to talked to manager and was told all of them are busy. Game machines took money and they didn’t even give all my money back that I lost.

The hotel was really nice and i like how big the atrium was and it felt spacious. They offered a lot seating areas and they had a couple bar areas that also offered food options. The room was pretty big and the the décor was nice. Staff was great and they were really nice. Pool was a good size and really enjoyed the aqua area for kids with the water slides. My only complaint there was how far away it was from the pool and the chlorine was really strong to a point that i saw multiple people washing their eyes out multiple times. The only things that i did not like was they have a place called the R Kitchen and its a breakfast place and market put together but it closed at 6pm. So that meant you could not get a late night snack of drinks at the hotel and this forced us to leave the hotel and find other option which i find to be bad business. Also, the beds where hard as rocks and very uncomfortable. the pillows where great but man the bed made my back hurt really bad that even my wife ended up sleeping on the couch bed because it was more comfortable then the king bed. The bathroom was spacious but it needs some updating and the shower head it terrible. please invest some money in changing the showers head to something better because it was hard to get a good setting for water to actually come out and cover you. Also I know that now a days hotels charge for everything but 35 dollar a night hotel fee with a 33 dollar parking fee which we were told it was only 30 was a bit much.
This is our go to hotel for any seaworld visits. As usual, the staff and facilities were top notch.
