Nice clean room. Loved the size of the room too. Lobby is very nice and customer service was great. Only thing was the temperature in the room felt like it was fluctuating a lot and the water in the shower got hot with the smallest adjustments. The only negative was the resort fees. I truly do not understand why they charge those but be prepared to get charged those just because they don’t serve a purpose in my eyes, but we did get a good deal for cheap tickets so we didn’t have to pay what other people pay booking direct.

The hotel was nice when we arrived. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The air conditioning did not work well in the room and smelled musty.

This is a great property. Front desk staff and Bella Grove staff were exceptionally friendly. Rooms are large, clean and easy to get to. Location is also great as its between Universal and Disney properties.
