This is a beautiful hotel and the atrium area is nice for hanging out in the evening if you don’t want to leave the resort. The pool area is great for kids. The only complaint is everything was tremendously overpriced —a single corona was ten dollars so imagine the dining. A simple lunch by the pool was 120. The breakfast was quite good and our kids enjoyed the buffet but the sushi was mediocre and the twenty dollar salad was just too overpriced to enjoy. I will praise the hotel for upgrading our room. We arrived and our room selection was not available so they upgraded us at no charge and gave us a suite! It’s a lovely hotel w great atmosphere and amenities, just be prepared to pay 2x for anything you do.

Great stay. The location is perfect for anyone taking a Disney holiday or doing business in the Orlando area. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Great location. Located centrally between Universal, Disney, and the airport.

Hotel is close to a lot of places . Sea world is just across the street you can walk or take the shuttle . Great place to stay the staff is very professional. There is a charge for parking like many hotels around the area. The hotel is very nice inside and out.

Very nice....but hidden charges....they should tell you

The hotel is nice but i didn't like the smell on the blankets and the pool wasn't heated like others in the area.

Leaking toilet and refrigerator. Tradeswind resturant gave us food poisoning.

Excellent and as clean as it could be for having hundreds of dancers at a convention

Im coming back... for sure super amzing ! Hotel score 10000 point in my book!

Very nice staff but the room was very dirty, We mentioned something to the staff the first night, and the second day the room was still not cleaned properly. Hair all over the shower and floor when we arrived. Very dusty and a bottle cap on the floor from the guest before us. Also the bathroom counter had what looked like toothpaste scum around the sink.

This is a nice enough hotel, and in a good location for the Sea World family of parks. But they use this location to wring every last dollar out of you. A mandatory $25/day "resort fee" that includes basically nothing ? And then another $24 /day on top of that, just to park your car?? What a complete ripoff !!!

Great hotel for the price and location. Very large and comfortable room. The spa was nice.
