We are fairly "local" we live on the coast but come to Orlando often for theme parks, I have to say as an honest review, this place is very nice for the price. Staff was conversational they actually do room service each day, unheard of in Orlando (even on Disney property is every 3/4 days), never once did we feel "sketchy" vibes.

Absolutely Terrible Experience — Do Not Stay Here! I can’t believe how misleading the pictures were. The room looked nothing like the photos online — it was dirty, run-down, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. During my entire stay, housekeeping never showed up once. The bathroom was in awful condition, with mold on the walls and a constant bad. It honestly felt like no one cared about maintaining this place at all. I travel often, and this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — even for one night. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Served it’s purpose

Being only a 15 min drive to universal parking was a plus. No shuttle available. 24 hr IHOP and there is a McDonald’s across the street. Surrounding area was a bit noisy though with sirens and a loser driving a dirt bike or ATV round in the early morning.
