Amazing hotel, highly recommend!

Amazing hotel! We stayed with our two toddlers and the staff was so friendly and helped us above and beyond. We needed milk for our youngest and they took us back to the breakfast area despite it being 10pm! The airport shuttle was a life savor as our flight was at 5am

The desk staff was amazing. I always love this Hotel chain. It does not disappoint. The room was clean and spacious. It was close to several restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Pay for parking and plan ahead for shuttle

The hotel is nice and the suite was perfect. Lots of room and perfect for big families. The biggest issue is the shuttle. I called the day before to set up a time for us to go pick our son up from the airport. We wanted the convenience of not driving. They didn’t do reservations in the evening, said it was on demand and no problem. I reiterated that we needed the shuttle to pick up our boy at check in and was told no problem. However when we came down to use the shuttle we were told it would be over 30 minutes for the shuttle and we ended up having to drive. We were never told that it could be over 30 minutes for the shuttle only that when we were ready it would be ready. This was a huge disappointment and inconvenience. Also be aware that parking is $25/night. That was not something I was prepared for.

Its Ok for one night

The stay was fine but I wouldn't pick this hotel again. The highlights were the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. You could tell it was a recently renovated older hotel. The renovations were done well for the most part. My disappointments was the humidity in the main restaurant area, slow elevators, and the dark living room area of the suite. My main issue was the thin walls. There was a family staying next door and i could here then talking through the bedroom wall.
