The staff was excellent. The property is dated and badly in need of updating. The room key is old technology and sometimes doesn't work properly. The carpet had patches missing and in the hallways there was a need to fix some cosmetic things. On the last full day there we were working from the room and starting at 9AM the fire alarm was going off continuously. It turns out they were testing but this went on into the afternoon. Not very pleasant if you are trying to make business phone calls and it also leaves your ears ringing.

The staff was flexible with my check in time, especially after my flight got delayed. Simply asked me to call upon landing so they could send the shuttle out... even though my arrival was after midnight! Upon arrival, the check in was fast and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious (traveling with 6 passengers) and extremely clean. Would highly recommend.

The staff was amazing. We arrived early and they set up the shuttle to take us to the movie theater close by. There are many food options near by that you can walk to, the movie theater is even close enough to walk to. Our room was a great size and very clean. The breakfast was great too. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was in need of repair. Worn through carpet in several spots through the halls, a broken cupboard door in our kitchen, but worst of all, a bedroom door that would not close at all. It was partially off its hinges. We discovered when people were already in bed in the other room so we couldn't really get everyone up to change rooms. No credit offered when we brought it to the attention of the front desk.

I liked that it had two bedrooms. I didn’t like the breakfast. It was just breakfast bars, cereal, yogurt, and bagels. The ads should say basic continental breakfast not breakfast. The pool and hot tub were dirty and unusable, the sofa in the living room was so old it was painful to sit on, it’s a very old facility and needs to be updated. We were there for five nights and were told that our sheets would be changed on day 3. It never happened. I really wanted to move to a better hotel but my schedule wouldn’t allow it. Very disappointing.

This place had all the amenities you need to feel like you are st home. The staff were all great and super helpful.

Dirty, poop stains on the bathroom walls, shower clogged up, toilet was dirty, no extra sheets pillows or blanket for pull out bed. When pulled out the pull out bed it had Food crumbs all over the place. Sticky candy on the tv stand.

The hotel is in a great location! There are plenty of restaurants, shops and a theater within walking distance. (And a Starbucks!) It is ideal for those flying in/out the airport for proximity as it is literally up the road. If you're wanting to explore Orlando but not stay in the thick of all the touristy locations, this is a great option! And it's not far from I-drive. I'd stay again!

We had 4 people in our hotel room but only 3 sets of towels. The breakfast was nice, but garbage was overflowing. I cleared my plate and had to walk around to find one that wasn’t over flowing and by the time I cleared my children’s plates from the table, they were more overflowing. Shampoo and conditioner were enough for one day for a couple people (I brought my own), but not enough for the other three and not replenished the next day.

Great room. Excellent staff, stay was too short to really enjoy amenities, wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel was just wonderful. We enjoyed our stay even if it was only for one night.

Entire hotel staff was great! Hotel front desk was so pleasant, transportation was so helpful and the Sunday morning breakfast exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again.
