The main reason for me to booked this hotel was that the photos showed one bedroom has 2 double/queen beds, and the living room has a double sofa bed. we have 2 seniors who shared one king in a room. 2 adults and 1 child hoping to share the 2 double beds, and another to sleep on the sofa bed. When we arrived. We were told that the entire hotel has NO 2 double beds in 2-bedroom suite. I called Expedia about the misleading/false advertised photos. They said they will get back to me. Even the gentleman agreed with me about the photos microrotation. I asked for another room for free, but was turned down. The breakfast was great and its service was wonderful. We only stayed 1 night, left early for a cruise. Besides the bed issue, and the kitchen was "weird". Good think we didn't have to use the kitchen. If I have known about the missing bed issue, I would have booked 2 separated rooms, or at another establishment.

We arrived a little late due to airline delays, and the check-in experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When my husband asked a simple question about how long the hold on our credit card would last, the man at the front desk went on an unnecessary rant about how “people ask stupid questions.” He kept making comparisons about “stupid questions” and ended every comment with “no offense to you,” which only made it worse. We kept our cool, because as two professionals, we weren’t about to get into a heated argument with someone behaving like that. But no guest should have to experience that level of disrespect.

The room was nice, however, the beds were very uncomfortable as were the pillows. We all woke up with back pain and did not sleep well. The wall outlets also didn't hold our phone chargers, they jept falling out of the plugs. I also found a hair in my eggs at breakfast.

Nice property. The gentleman at check-in was AWFUL! Asked for our last name, we attempted to spell it since it often sounds like Fulka instead of Sulka, the gentleman complained that we were attempting to spell it and cut us completely off. Then he told us he couldn't hear, so we had to talk louder and louder, and then he asked for our address, and he kept telling us he couldn't hear so then I showed him my driver's license, and then he told us he couldn't see. We basically had to scream the address since he was so hard of hearing. So, you have a guy at the front desk who can't hear or see, not sure how he accomplishes anything, and then he was completely rude. Nobody wants a rude customer service rep and then after a long day of travel delays, it makes the day much worse. Apparently good help is hard to find. He was AWFUL and should not be at your front desk.

The room was wonderful! We could have stayed there comfortably for weeks, though my husband said the TVs could have been bigger. The breakfast buffet and staff are also worth complimenting. It was helpful have a shuttle to and from the airport, too.
