Very nice room just a little smaller than i expected, but it didn’t take away from the experience. Everything was nearby-grocery store, restaurants, fast food, etc and free parking.

Our stay was geat. The room was clean I love that it has washer and dryer but the dryer is so loud. We were using the bathtub and had to get out right away as we saw a lot of pubic hair. I hope the cleaners will make sure to at least rinse and run a water in the tub to make sure it is clean. The shuttle that is free to Seaworld doesn't pick you up by the lobby area but you have to walk outside the property to catch it. I wish it has their pwn shuttle that is free for their guests to themeparks.

Poor customer service, outdated buildings, noisy rooms ,overpriced food and drinks, saw a dog (not a service dog) at the pool even though it’s a pet free property, asked for a manager to call me about fees on my bill and nobody ever called me back. If you decide not to do the timeshare meeting then you become unimportant to them . I was very disappointed.

As a Hilton member, I asked for a quiet room. I was given a room across from the elevator! Very loud. I woke up to hammering and drilling outside my door the next morning. . Men repairing tiles right outside my door ! Also there were no chairs available at either pool the first two days I was there.

A spacious suite accommodated four adults. Enjoyed a relaxing pool area with entertainment such as Zumba, trivia, and live music, plus plenty of towels were available. Great place, feels like home and could stay there for weeks. Special shout out to Gina. I stay at 2 - 3 Hilton’s per year plus cruises, I have never seen a Pool Service attendant as good as Gina. Not only does she walk around a lot and ask patrons for food and drinks, she is intuitive to know what a client needs before the client does. She is involved and polite in her discussions with clients.

Great suites

The room the so beautiful. Spacious, perfect location for SeaWorld. Pool area amazing. The only negative were that the floors were pretty dirty. Everything else was very very clean.
