Unfortunately hurricane Irma was in my path, I hope next time I will enjoy more and stay for along.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. Very helpful in every way. There is one special man Mike from Michagin which I feel should have employee of the month. This man did everything in his power to be sure our stay was the best it could be. Thank you to all the staff especially Mike we appreciate you all. We also will be looking to stay again with these folks loved loved loved it. Thank you Kevin Beach

People on the front desk were no so friendly. Trying to sell us time sher. When we say no they were not happy . Restaurant were outside and it was very hot. Also a lot of hidden fees

Great staff very clean. Didn't like the fact they where so pushy on doing a breakfast to try and sell a time share. I was called everyday and asked to go and every day I told them no thank you. Definitely would go back and recommend hotel to others

Staff called us to telemarket one of their Hilton Rewards events that we already declined. Took over 2 hours to get extra items our hotel needed. Checked in at the right time, but our room wasn't ready for another hour. When it was my turn in line for(after waiting for 15+ minutes), staff asked me to go back behind a women who just arrived because she was part of their rewards program. Said they would watch our luggage out front, but they left it just sitting there, and then said they would bring the luggage straight up, but we didn't get that until 3 hours later and 2 calls. When they did bring the luggage, they forgot a bag in their storage unit. The room was nice and clean, but the front desk staff is terrible. They didn't even have shuttle service to or from the airport or discovery cove.

Large suites, very friendly staff, great location, nice facilities including two big pools, well stocked convenient store/deli, and nice restaurant. Our only minor complaints are that our room was a bit dirty and the deli store prices are very high. But we're being picky. We will definitely stay again, in fact this was our second time.

We went 5/9-5/12 and had perfect weather along with a perfect toom. 2 bedroom 2 bath kitchen living room laundry in room. Beautiful updated decor, large rooms, 2 balconies. 3 large pools in gorgeous settings, very tropical. 5 hot tubs. Will 100% go back.

It's a time share resort in Orlando. It attracts the same clientele as a cheap cruise line. It's clean and relatively quiet, but neither luxurious nor a great value.

Nice hotel. Perfect for families. Great pool area. Decent pool side restaurant. Good location of hotel.

We left our other hotel early to check into this hotel and we wished we would have just come here first it was great.

This was our first vacation withoit our son. We stayed at a few different hotels, but this on stood out. The whole time we just krpt thinking how much our son would love the hotel and started planning our next trip. We are so excited to go back with our son. If you have kids this is definitely a hotel to stay at.

air condition did not work and management did not follow through with resolution. Poor customer service.

Everyone was great except the internet service worked only once during my three day stay.

I like staying here - close to where I want to be. If you don't mind the bit of drive, it's actually very convenient to most locations

This was a great choice of places to stay in Orlando and I will book this resort again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld! We stayed in a one bedroom king suite. Our room was great. There was only one issue we had and that was with the shower. They told us it was a handicap room and the shower was a roll in shower, which we were fine with. However, whenever you took a shower the floor sloped away from the drain and the entire bathroom floor would get soaking wet. We tried switching rooms, but there was nothing available close to the main lobby/pool area so we just stayed in the room and used a ton of towels to try to keep the water in the shower area. They should probably add shower curtains to help keep the water in the shower area. The pools were wonderful! There was always some activities going on, music, games, etc. The activity desk came around with cool washcloths and popsicles, which we thought was great on a hot day! My daughter participated in the Mermaid Academy one day that was offered and she had an amazing time! I would highly recommend it. The only area that we did not care for was the restaurant. We ate there the first night after a late evening flight. The service was terrible, it took them forever to greet our table and get us menus. Each time we would ask for something they would either take forever to bring it to the table or just forget completely and never bring it. Also, the food was not very good and overpriced for what you got. I would not recommend eating there.

Close to sea world and has free shuttle to universal studio. And also good service

Very close to SeaWorld you can walk or take a free hotel shuttle. Amenities are superb. Going back

Suprisingly nice for the price - way better than some other hotels in the area at similar price. Perfect location to go to Discovery Cove / Seaworld / Aquatica
