Advice - do not accept a room on the ground floor. This was the loudest motel room i have ever been in. Outside corridors and a U-shaped building around a courtyard means that any sound echoes horribly. Security was a joke. Room was small and dark, but acceptable.

Stayed here for 5 days, awesome stay! Text communications was very convenient for alerts and housekeeping. Main pool got very busy which is to be expected but the smaller pool was nice and relaxing with minimal kids. They did try selling us on timeshare but if you make it known you aren't interest they won't keep bothering you. Would love to stay again!

The property is very beautiful and well kept. Perfect for families. The suites are renovated and gorgeous. Very spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen with everything you need, washer, dryer, balconies, convenience, store, and fantastic pools. I will definitely be coming back for a longer stay with my family. And You can’t beat the price!

I love this place so much I only book with this hotel because I know if I don’t want to leave out I can enjoy everything at this hotel , and if I did need to go anywhere everything is so close

Gorgeous property that would have been one of placed as we have annual passes but the religious aspect was hugely off putting. We paid for the breakfast package (bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel-it was incredible) but they were literally belting out loud Christian music. Practice what you want on your own time. If you’re not equally playing music from other religions then you are pushing an agenda. Politely asked the manager to please not force your beliefs on others. He apologized profusely. Walked outside to grab my now ready breakfast and when we went into the main lobby they had changed all the music to Christian music. Point taken. Y’all want to encroach on others then we will happily take our money elsewhere.

I don’t want to over hype this place. But this is an above average resort, and my wife and I loved it. We got the 1 bedroom King suite, and it was perfect for us. The staff is very friendly, they have a pickleball court, the food there was good. And 10 minutes from Disney Springs. Already making plans to come back. 9.23.25

The property was fine. The free shuttle to the theme park was oddly only available for a return trip. If I have to get myself there, I'll get myself back. The front desk has a high-pressure sales pitch to get you to buy into some condo deal or something. At check in your dealing with this, before you can get a parking pass. The "free parking" was eat up by hidden "resort fees" so I booked a place that cost me more, and did not have the shuttle I wanted, and could have stayed at a walkable hotel for the same price. Room was clean, pretty quiet, the kids upstairs played soccer in the room for a bit each day, at night it was nice and quiet. I slept well. I would consider it again, but I'll know it's an additional 40 bucks from what you get when using Expedia. That chatter about "all taxes and fees are shown" is BS. I have charges to my CC to prove it. I'm sure it's in the fine print somewhere, but how annoying. I won't use Expedia again. Not sure you can travel anywhere without it being like buying a car. The prices just keep getting piled on you, and you don't have any say as you find them out when you're getting into the room, tired, in need of somewhere to stay, far from home. I expected better. Disappointed.
