Dirty ,sticky furniture, room infested with roaches crawling on the walls, shower and floor . I could not let anything on the floor overnight , otherwise the roaches would take refuge underneath . Even their front desk office was dirty . Very unsanitary place with low than avergae standars . I ended up leaving early and fighting for a proper refund with the front desk and Orbitz.

Quarto em péssimo estado , pia do banheiro entupida , cheiro de cigarro no quarto , móveis velhos com defeitos , chuveiro sem tampa de proteção somente o cano .paredes mofadas , descascando com mofo , suporte do papel higiênico caído no chão , o quarto estava sujo e tinha roupas do antigo hóspede na gaveta do armário , vários insetos . Paguei o depósito de 100 dólares até o momento não me devolveram . Gostaria de saber quando será feito o reembolso ?

Everything was wrong. Only had 1 bed, had to change rooms. Door was wide open and looked like someone had just taken a shower, dirty towel on floor. TV remote batteries were rotted. Stove didn't work. Roaches. A/C unit smelled of mold. No pillows. No phone in room to call front desk. Overall horrible experience. Booked a separate hotel that night and left the property first thing on the 19th. A prorated refund would be appreciated.

Overall terrible experience from my beginning, stay till the end, especially the end. Everybody was turning on me all of a sudden, and could not handle providing consistent customer service their job is to de-escalate, but rather it escalated as I was being more firm and they retaliated because of that regardless of how patient they admitted, and I provided them my customer service to prevent discomfort or escalation, but yet still problems occurred as they were inconsistent. I got frustrated and they noticed and did not appreciate that which I found was inappropriate and immature unprofessional things don’t get done right away and when they do, they come as they please, regardless of communication beforehand telling them on and on, I appreciate my privacy. Please let me know. They never do even the manager was not the most helpful only briefly.

Roaches and more roaches. They were everywhere. Dirty floors and cabinets, really run down and very loud with truckers pulling in and out behind hotel. Neighbor blasted music all day long. This hotel should be ashamed of itself. I would never stay here again. Wifi was ok but not dependable. TV channels did not match channel on screen. Just a horrible experience.

What has really made this place outstanding is its staff. It is now being led by the wonderful Sandy who is a delight beyond words with a proficiency that's out of this world. As many have said she is a force to be reckoned with and makes this place feel like a home befitting its name! Thank you Hometown studios once again for such a wonderful staff.

The property is budget friendly. Fyi, I fumigated the room the first night expecting to kill the roaches that were crawling around the room & refrigerator. I don’t know what happened but the roaches doubled the next day made numerous calls to staff for help with the situation and no help from anyone. Would love a full refund for food lost and cleaning supplies I purchased and the clothes I most likely will throw away bc I don’t want to bring roaches home.
