Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Room was dirty and old. Room hasn’t had a good cleaning in a while. Shower still had hair from someone else. Shower head was totally gross and had water stains all over it. Kitchen floor had pieces coming up. Cabinet doors were falling off the hinges. Walking around the bedroom floor for 5 minutes with no shoes on and my feet were black. Door to the room wouldn’t even properly close tight and water was coming through the bottom. Bedroom was suppose to be a queen size bed. It was only a full size. Then went to the office to see if we could get 2 more pillows for the bed since it only came with 2 and was told no they didn’t have anymore pillows. And then worst of all saw 5 roaches in the room. Do not stay at this total. It very dirty and need major renovations.

The rooms were incredibly dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I would never go back to this place again.

The room was not as described. However, I am willing to accept that HomeTowne Suites is like all of us actually. Some days are better than others. Sometimes things just do not work out. Yet, every day is fresh with no mistakes in it. Therefore, I am willing to give HomeTowne suites the benefit of the doubt, give them another chance. Just as I would likewise, want to be given another chance, to be better, do better, and act better. Thank you Sandy and HomeTowne Suites for your cooperation. I’ll be back to visit HomeTowne Suites sometime soon.

This hotel needs a renovation. The door looked ajar even when shut. It looked like there was an attempt at a break in. The night stand was broken. Dents all over the walls and floors. While walking up the stairs the room, I smelled marijuana .

I had very bad experience at this property and have to leave it the very first day I booked it due to the smell coming in the rooms and Weeds smell coming around the room. I reached bit late around 11.30 as service desk closes around 11.00 PM. Security guard have the keys and didnt have any other choice but to leave it due to these conditions. Now they are not refunding my stay. Very Sad..

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The room was disgusting and the bathroom had black mold. Was not there for 5 minutes, immediately walked out and requested a cancelation of my stay, was advised to contact Expedia and have yet to get any solution.

We booked this hotel for 9 nights but it was so hard to stay with bugs and roches, they we have to checkout in morning. We changes 3 rooms in night and able to sleep at 3 am. All rooms were terrible that i never saw any bad room like this in life. Hotel didnt return back our money yet and we calling them daily. Whole hotel smells like smoking hub. Dont go here with family ever. Not safe and clean word is not in any book of this hotel. Terrible lift. Staff was ok.

Roach infested. Front desk took and kept a $100 deposit at check-in. AC was broken, no vents. One sheet on the bed at 40degrees at night. Roaches on the bed, table, walls. Typically able to see at least 3-5 roaches at any given time. Asked for trash bag and never got it. This was the most disgusting experience I have ever had at a hotel. I feel like I need to burn my items before bringing them into my home after having them there. Stay away from here unless you are completely desperate.

Dirty ,sticky furniture, room infested with roaches crawling on the walls, shower and floor . I could not let anything on the floor overnight , otherwise the roaches would take refuge underneath . Even their front desk office was dirty . Very unsanitary place with low than avergae standars . I ended up leaving early and fighting for a proper refund with the front desk and Orbitz.

Quarto em péssimo estado , pia do banheiro entupida , cheiro de cigarro no quarto , móveis velhos com defeitos , chuveiro sem tampa de proteção somente o cano .paredes mofadas , descascando com mofo , suporte do papel higiênico caído no chão , o quarto estava sujo e tinha roupas do antigo hóspede na gaveta do armário , vários insetos . Paguei o depósito de 100 dólares até o momento não me devolveram . Gostaria de saber quando será feito o reembolso ?
