Terrible place, terrible management. DO NOT STAY HERE. My door looked like it had been pryed open before, door latch was barely hanging on with a screw. Refrigerator was disgusting and moldy, sink was cracked, metal in shower was rusted. I've stayed in many places including cheap motels, but this one was the worst by far. One would expect a place by Red Roof Inn would be decent, this wasn't a $20-30 a night stay either. Just horribly disappointed with this place, staff was incredibly rude. Other reviews said they had cockroaches and it doesn't surprise me given how dirty this place was. They we're doing some "remodeling" a room over at 6-7am when one is trying to sleep, drills and hammering going off. Again, take your money elsewhere or sleep in your car, but DO NOT STAY HERE.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Room was dirty and old. Room hasn’t had a good cleaning in a while. Shower still had hair from someone else. Shower head was totally gross and had water stains all over it. Kitchen floor had pieces coming up. Cabinet doors were falling off the hinges. Walking around the bedroom floor for 5 minutes with no shoes on and my feet were black. Door to the room wouldn’t even properly close tight and water was coming through the bottom. Bedroom was suppose to be a queen size bed. It was only a full size. Then went to the office to see if we could get 2 more pillows for the bed since it only came with 2 and was told no they didn’t have anymore pillows. And then worst of all saw 5 roaches in the room. Do not stay at this total. It very dirty and need major renovations.

I can't believe Expedia has this hotel on their site. I trusted them until this experience. I will from now on book on other sites. This hotel is cockroach infested. They were everywhere it was disgusting. The outside of the premises has trash everywhere and the inside of the room was disgusting. The refrigerator looked so disgusting I was afraid to put any food in there. The sink was clogged and the bathroom looked like it had t been cleaned. I ask about the cockroaches and they said they would fumigate the room while I was out which I doubt they did because the cockroaches where still everywhere. While getting to my room we heard what we thought was gunshots. All the people came out saying it was fun shots. When I called the front desk they acted like they didn't hear anything. I told them to investigate and they said it was fireworks but the cops spent the night at the hotel so I douby it was fireworks. I found people sleeping in their cars and walking around in underwear. I felt unsafe and disgusted by the experience. Do not book this place unless you enjoy the company of the cockroaches. I was told every room has them and they can't do anything about it. Stay away from.this place. Expedia shame on you for listing this site. You have lost my trust. I won't be booking again.

Well I was for 14 days the GM zanddy is nice I was hope get rate before my time to check out, Room is fine, hotel need a lot clean improvements, like stairs floors and walls, is bug yes, so bring your better pest poison spray to feel better is a. I’ve place to stay until you pass move you new home that rooms at least have the essentials

Avoid this place. My family and I came from Jacksonville to Orlando to stay here for one week. From the very beginning at check-in, the front desk receptionist (Toyota) was extremely rude and disrespectful. The biggest issue started immediately: for five days, we did not have the freedom to properly enter and exit our room. The door would not lock. We were forced to leave it partially closed because it would not secure properly. Our personal belongings had to stay in the car because we were afraid someone could enter the room and steal our items. Staff came multiple times attempting to fix the door, but they never resolved the issue. For five days, we were unable to safely leave the room to go to the grocery store or anywhere else without worrying about our belongings. When I asked for a different room, they said none were available. When I requested a refund so I could relocate my family to another hotel, they dismissed the request and responded sarcastically: “If you want, you can check out now.” We had just checked in. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If you value safety and basic respect, I do not recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, the stay was not satisfactory. The hotel corridors were dirty and there was trash on the stairways. The room was also full of small cockroaches, and we had to use insecticide ourselves. This situation was very uncomfortable and unacceptable.

I would just say to anyone if they have any troubles or need anything…between Latoya and Sandy, you will not have troubles here. I know I have mentioned Sandy in other reviews because she is just so wonderful. And now, with Latoya at her side, what a winning team! Both so engaging and helpful! Just superb! Once again,such a great front desk led by the most caring and friendly Sandy with the help of Tonya, Jorge, Angelo, and the ever so efficient Janetta. I have never had any problems here thanks to such a great staff always smiling and engaging. And the place itself is clean and quiet with a great cleaning staff as well. And once again I want to thank the manager Marta for hiring such great people and maintaining this great feeling here at Hometowne!

Terrible bed , the room hove bugs, many ex-convict lives in this place. There's a strong smell of marijuana. The spring mattress is broken. Police are constantly checking this hotel. The pool doesn't work and the water is very dirty. The only good thing was our experience at Disney World; the rest was terrible, terrible, and terrible.

The room was not as described. However, I am willing to accept that HomeTowne Suites is like all of us actually. Some days are better than others. Sometimes things just do not work out. Yet, every day is fresh with no mistakes in it. Therefore, I am willing to give HomeTowne suites the benefit of the doubt, give them another chance. Just as I would likewise, want to be given another chance, to be better, do better, and act better. Thank you Sandy and HomeTowne Suites for your cooperation. I’ll be back to visit HomeTowne Suites sometime soon.

Pedimos habitación para no fumadores, pero todo el hotel hay gente fumando droga, y dicen no tienen forma de controlar a los huéspedes. Habitación con falta de limpieza, nos alojamos 10 días y dicen solo limpian una vez por estadía. Lástima por la ubiación es buena

This hotel needs a renovation. The door looked ajar even when shut. It looked like there was an attempt at a break in. The night stand was broken. Dents all over the walls and floors. While walking up the stairs the room, I smelled marijuana .
