Booked this property this weekend but what a disappointment. Old resort, one pool under construction so the water park was overly populated. Not safe for kids to play since everyone was so close together. Dirty and old. Would pay $50 more and stay across the street.

There was no communication and the staff did not know anything when we asked questions we were told there was a shuttle all day to Disney and that was incorrect.

We had an amazing time can’t wait to go back. And the staff was amazing

The property is NOT what is being advertised. The pool was closed and super dirty. There was no resort but still got charged resort fee. The room had mold on walls, stains all over the bed and couch, vents were filled with dust, and the smell was horrendous. We were forced to spend the night there because we arrived late and the pillows caused an eye infection. We spent no more than 6 hours in the room and had to throw away the clothes we had on and did not dare to open our luggage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AS IT IS NOT WHAT IS BEING ADVERTISED.

This was the worse hotel I’ve ever been to. You go to check in and you have to pay more money. Rooms are disgusting. They don’t put towels. Over all the nastiest hotel ever.

First night on our reservation we didn’t even get to stay there had to go to another hotel at like 11:00 pm at night and then had to wait till like 4:00 sunday night to check In, so I missed 1 whole day of my stay and then we had bed bugs in our room. They were unfriendly at the front desk and we also got charged more then we should of. Very disappointing trip.

The property is nothing like the photos. I water park was closed our whole stay. We had to keep calling to get new towels and toilet paper. They never came to clean our room the 7 days we were there. Basically all the food places close at 8pm. We had no hot water and when we said something they told us we had to turn on all the faucets and let them run for about 10mins to get hot water.

Check in took 55 minutes waiting in line. That’s unacceptable

Upon check in our first reservation was canceled! They said they tried to call ect.. non of which happened! So we had no where to go when we go there at 3:30 AM! After 14 hours of driving to get there. Said we would be the first on the list for the next day. We got a text at 2:40 the next day! And that we could sleep in the parking lot. Our room was semi cleaned hair in the tub and on floor. Pool area was subpar one of the kids slides was shut down. Everything was old. Nowhere to sit. The eatery/ arcade ect… was packed!!! Lines were very long! Very little staff most were not friendly at all!! Not a good vining place!! Not to mention the front desk staff were very RUDE! Would not go back to this property!

We were there for three nights in the cleaning lady did not come

Enjoyed a spring break trip to this property. Kids events were fun, rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the water at kid pool and water park area is super cold. All of the kids were running around shivering. Eventually we ended up going to the boring pool because that one was heated. The water park would be way too cold in the winter months. Please heat the water in this pool and on the slides and then we would come back!

The room wasn’t ready at the time to check in so I have to wait two hours to able to get my room 😡

Housekeeping never cleaned the room. Only restocked just shampoo and conditioner which we didn’t need. Guest services didn’t know answers to simple questions like when something opens. Service is very very slow. Gym was small. Most equipment broken. Very few weights. Super hot. No water fountains or mats. Property overall a little old and run down. Pool and water slides were great and kids had fun.
