We booked our stay for 4 nights but ended up leaving after just about 3 hrs. The room was so dirty. We booked 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. 1 one the beds was not made. Bathroom door did not locked. The closets and drawers were broken. Our building were by the construction area so it was very noisy and dirty. We tried calling the front desk multiple times but no one answered so we went to the front desk to complained. We were told to go back to our room and pack up our belongings someone will come and move us to another room within 15-20 minutes. We went back, packed up and waited over 45 minutes and no one showed up. We ended up going back to the front desk, checked out and left.

The pool and water park were awesome for kids and they loved it. The staff was very friendly and they did games at pool for kids.

Not what I expected. Got the same room as my second room and different pricing. I did not know they were adjacent rooms and the room next door had a dog that would not stop barking and the smell of marijuana was coming through the door. The facility is dated.

Overall everything was ok, but i wished they share the fact they are under construction before making your reservation here. So the amenities were less, especially if you are traveling with your kids. Our building was far away from the water park.

The elevator for our building was broken. We had to climb 6 flights of stairs with all our luggage. There wasn’t enough parking near our building so we had to walk far. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Our room type was overbooked and rooms weren’t available at check in. They put us in 2 rooms instead of a 3 bedroom suite.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. I just didn’t appreciate Holiday INN promoting a tour of their new location and not fully disclosing that the “tour” was an actual attempt to sell me a time share for $100,000. I denied them several times but they were so forceful. It was supposed to be 90 minutes but I felt like I was being held hostage and they took 4 hours of my time. Completely misleading. When I confronted the holiday inn staff, they said “their a third party company and we have nothing to do with that”, they took no accountability. If holiday inn is to promote a company under their roof, then holiday in is vetting that company, and holiday inn should be held accountable for the poor service that said company provides. Nonetheless THE MANAGER SAVED THE DAY!!!! I forgot his name but the manager came in and rectified the situation and gave us a generous amount of food credit for us to use and I was so thankful!!!! Other than that I was placed in a building where the elevator doesn’t work and we had to walk extra far for everything. No ice machine. The amentities were great! Despite the fake “tour” that took away time I’ll never get back with my kids, I would actually come back to this place!

Friendly staff. Loved the amenities except most of the internal restaurants were closed. We got real sick f pizza quickly. The breakfast buffet was nice. The room was small and quite dark but it was nice to jump on the elevator and skip down to the water area which was quite nice. The cleaning crew had our room sparkling when we cam e back to room in the afternoon. We took in a free movie. The mini putt needs a bit of cleaning up. They seem to be doing some renos while we were there. We would go back.

Showed the front desk staff and management my confirmation reservation. They found only 2 but my reservation was for 3. They kept me waiting for over an hour at 2am. They gave me a room at a higher price. They also charged me a resort fee and the resort was closed. Tries over 6 days to resolve this matter spending over 4 hours and they didn't care. I will book my athletes at another hotel the next time. We had a total of 8 rooms over 6 days that will go somewhere else. There loss

Staff were decent but did not follow through on more than one request including a housekeeping turn for a 7 day stay. Found cockroaches in our room, pool music was loud from 7am to 10pm and our room smelled like chlorine/pool chemicals.

Property was under construction and we were not notified prior. Our room was on the 5th floor and 2 nearby elevators were out of service so we had to take one in another building that had the construction nearby and very limited parking. When we went to the pool there was no towels available. At one point we were given an estimated time of when they would be there but when we went back we were told they wouldn’t be there any time soon. Overall it was not a great experience.

When we arrived at the property they double charged me and said “it doesn’t matter what you paid for from Expedia, a 3rd party, this is what we’re charging you”. The front desk girl was rude and unwilling to help. I spoke with the manager and he was the same. As I’m leaving from checking in there were men stating they had a gift for us because of our stay. Then they got upset because I declined all of what they wanted to offer. The property is not labeled well and it was hard to find our room. Once we finally did it was filthy and didn’t look like they cleaned it at all before we came. It smelled like chlorine. Everything from the counter tops, walls (sticky in the kitchen, and boogers on the wall in the bunk bed bedroom!!!) the lamp shades were filthy. They didn’t replenish our towels any of the days and we had to call each day other than the very last day. I will not he staying at this “resort” again. It was a terrible experience. Live and learn.

Bare minimum. The pictures are far from reality.

Our first encounter was a man's g-string left on the robe hook in the bathroom. Bathroom floors not vacuumed or washed. Something sticky on the living room floor. All light bulbs that worked were way below proper brightness, giving the place a gulag feel. Elevator closest to parking spaces out of order. Almost no sound barrier from the other rooms and outdoor playground/parking. Dried baby roach in the clothes shelves. No complimentary kleenexes. Hidden fees that doubled the hotels.com price listed. Overall, this is the lowest-quality hotel I've ever stayed at. It was okay enough not to switch hotels...seemed safe and was convenient. Beds were comfy.
